Yesterday had to be one of the hottest days, and I was just trying to find something fresh to eat while I was between North Hollywood and Glendale. I randomly came across this poke spot, and honestly--it was exactly what I needed. I got a poke bowl with two proteins and unlimited sides, which was a win. Everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. The place itself was clean, the vibe was chill, and the staff really stood out. They were welcoming, walked me through everything, and were just genuinely kind. They even noticed I had leftovers and offered me a bag, plus threw in extra sauces, which I appreciated. MP Poke Shack is a go-to spot when you're craving a solid poke bowl. The food is great, portions are huge, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I also love that they sell seaweed--it's a nice add-on that not every place has. Service is good and keeps things moving, which makes it easy to pop in and out. There was one time the fish had a slightly fishy taste, but every other visit has been on point. It hasn't been enough to keep us away. Anything less than 5 stars doesn't make sense. MP sushi carries a wide variety of different sushi, poke bowls, and even hot bowls! Every ingredient that i received was fresh and nicely prepared. Love that we got a HEFTY amount of proteins, because I'm not used to that. Great quality overall. And to the person that said there's not enough sauces, there's literally so many different oils, and sauce bottles they offer not only when they're making it, but when you eat at your table there was about 6 different sauce options. Loved that honestly! The customer service was 10/10 the girl who helped us was funny and really nice. Tipped but wanted to tip more! Visited: 1/17/26 The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our visit! When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and even offered a lollipop! Customers have the option to order using a touchscreen kiosk, which is easy to use, or to place an order directly with the staff at the counter. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, giving guests flexibility depending on their preference. Parking is available directly outside, but it is limited to only a few spaces, so it is best to be aware of that ahead of time. Inside, the space was very clean, well organized, and nicely decorated. The atmosphere felt modern, cute, and welcoming. There was plenty of seating available, and each table was equipped with napkins and a variety of sauces, which made dining in very convenient. The staff truly stood out during our visit. They were kind, patient, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. If you need water, you can simply ask at the front, and they will happily provide it. The restaurant also sells additional items such as ice cream and a selection of drinks. The food itself was great as the fish tasted very fresh, and the portion sizes were extremely generous for the price! Moreover, our food was made and delivered very quickly. The restaurant provided plenty of sauces, including spicy mayo, ponzu, soy sauce, wasabi, and eel sauce, which complemented the dishes well. I especially appreciated the extra additions, such as fresh vegetables, pickled ginger, and an extra scoop of imitation crab meat. The food was beautifully presented and was just as enjoyable to look at as it was to eat. The only minor issue was that the salmon sashimi was slightly icy when it was first served. After letting it sit for about an hour, the ice melted, and the sashimi was perfectly fine. I also wished there had been a bit more seasoning on some of the sushi, as a few pieces were slightly bland. However, these minor points did not take away from the overall experience. Overall, this restaurant provided a great dining experience with excellent service, high quality food, and a clean, inviting atmosphere. The prices felt fair for the portion sizes and quality offered. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future!!! they were very nice. The place looks very clean. The food came quick, unfortunately, it's kind of bland to be completely honest. It's probably the same as you would get at some quickie Mart or Ralph's or grocery store kind of setting. I guess for a quick bite locally if you work around the area could definitely be good. But this would not be my first pick . You get about 10 pieces of sushi in a roll more ginger you need I got the eel roll and shrimp dumplings The dumplings are very bland. I can taste the vegetables in it, but haven't tasted a piece of shrimp yet. Again, the eel role is just OK (kinda like grocery store, sushi ) for the price and they have it so close to your work. I loove this Poké place! They have such a nice variety of options. I'm keto so I skip out on the rice and do tuna/salmon/ sometimesss the crab and it's delicious every time. I've been ordering from here a few times and I love it. The sushi rolls are so fresh and you can taste how fresh the fish is it doesn't have that fishy smell. This place is AWFUL. Me and my husband ordered from here yesterday because it was local. This used to be another poke spot and turned into MP. It was horrible. There was not many sauce options, the quality of the fish was terrible. I took 2 bites and threw it away and my husband ate only about half and tossed it when normally we finish the entire bowls at other spots. Don't waste your time eating at this place. This is the third time attempting to order food here, and being unsuccessful. Two prior times I am ordering and they are out of proteins. No fish at a poke place is not really a poke place. Today I wanted a plant based wrap and hand roll and the chef said he only had time for a bowl. A wrap or hand roll would take 35 minutes. 35 minutes to wait for lunch doesn't fit into most people's work schedule. I don't know how many more times I'll give them a chance to make up for their service, but I've yet to try their food. read more

The price is perfect for the amount of sushi you get which is really great compared to other places I've gone.
