It's so bad I want to give you a zero but that's not possible so I give you a 1. First there is no option to leave instructions online. I called to leave instructions and was given a attitude. I ordered baklava and a meal, for 1 the delivery driver didn't even bring it to the front door. They pulled up to the side of the street and I had to talk to the street. When I opened the food I didn't receive my baklava and had to call again. I was told that they don't sell it yet I was charged and it is also on my receipt. I texted the place through google maps and was told they usually respond in 15 minutes. Yet it's the next day and I still haven't been helped. Terrible customer service and service all around. I ordered food on here from the EatStreet app. The wait was over an hour, which was something I was prepared for and fine with. A little over an hour after I put the order in, the driver called me telling me he was here. I went to the front and back doors of the apartment and advised the driver that he was not at my door. He then told me over and over again that "he was here" . He asked me to share my locations, which I did even though I was hestitant. It was clear he wasn't there. He asked me to meet him at Meijer, which I was not doing as it was close to 1:30 AM. I called the restaurant and they did not seem to care about my experience at all, and told me to get in touch with the app. I will never be ordering from here, pickup or delivery. read more

Can't do it. It's gone so downhill these jokers can't even do a grilled cheese right. They gave me ungrilled pieces of bread with cheese in between. Now this is after I talked to the gentleman on the phone and told him how bad my last grilled cheese was. This used to be the second best grilled cheese in the city! I'm waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out and to tell me we've been punked. This had to be a joke, right? Alright, so four of us got sub platters, which comes with two sides and a drink. Two of us ordered chicken phillies, one steak philly and one reuben sub. One chicken philly randomly didn't have cheese (it's a philly!) and the reuben was mostly a lettuce salad. However, to be a salad, you also need salad dressing...coincidentally you also need thousand island dressing to be a reuben. Oops. Onto the sides. Two of us ordered the potato wedges, and we each literally got three wedges. Seriously. Three wedges. I suspect Ashton is hiding the rest. The other two at least had a healthy portion of onion rings. All four of us ordered Greek salads as our second side. Now this is the fun part: two salads were missing green peppers, one was missing banana peppers, and black olives means greek olives...one greek olive a piece. How is that possible? It's four of the same thing! On a positive note, the bread on the subs was actually really good. And the Lipton bottled tea one of us got was pretty solid too. read more

The brosted chicken of which their sign promotes is the most putrid, and manufactured thing ive ever had in my mouth. The entirety of our 9 piece meal came with a total of 3 potato wedges. Which were good at least. The staff was very friendly and gave us a free pop for waiting on our chicken. However never would I ever recommend this to anyone. Even if they didn't have taste buds. Ok, I read all the reviews before I left to get this food. I am glad I did not listen to them. I walked in, placed my order and 15 mins later they had it ready. It was hot and looked delish!! The guy running the counter even opened the lid for me with pride to show me what I was paying for. I got back to work, ate my food it and it was just as good as it looked. I ordered a shrimp po-boy and fries. The fries were amazing and were hand seasoned with seasoning salt. yes the décor could use some help , But the food was really good. I have ordered food from here 3 times but will never order from them again. The first time I ordered, my order was a complete mess. The food was coming out of the takeout containers and the containers were torn up we if they were thrown around. I called and the woman on the phone was saying how sorry she was and blah, blah, blah. I gave them another try and the second time I was called before my food left the restaurant because they didn't have a meal I ordered and asked if I wanted something else. I went ahead and ordered a different meal which was cheaper then my original meal (so I expected a refund for the difference) and they didn't return my money. Soooo once again Its late so why not give them one more try... .well this time I was missing a large part of my meal and my husband's jalapeno poppers were VERY VERY overcooked. I called and the foreign gentleman I spoke with was going to send a driver back with my part of the meal that was missing and wouldn't replace the overcooked jalapeno poppers or bring the dressing that was missing from my husband's salad. I asked the gentleman if my whole meal would be replaced because it all would be cold by the time the driver got back with my other part of the meal. The gentleman said no and said "I am trying to make it right what else do you want me to do?! I have been a regular for about a year and a half.I love this place. Granted, I only order three things from this place and that's about it. However, the three things that I do order are great and I really can't complain. I get a mixed meat gyro, onion rings, and carolina gold wings. Instead of telling a story with my order I will just list the things I like. heavy sauce portions, they are cheap, pretty fast when it comes to gryos for pick up, their wings are delicious, order enough times and people will know you by name, never had an issue with my orders, open late Cons: sometimes food looks slopped together, delivery takes FOREVER!!, really busy menu, customer service isn't that spectacular. Honestly, if they put just a little bit more effort with customer service, wait time, and attention to detail when it comes to orders, I has potential for 4 stars. read more

I placed my order for a LG Mixed Meat Salad, and gave my card info over the phone as usual. I was told 30-45 min wait for delivery. After an 1 hour wait and no salad, I called back to check on my order. I was told there was a malfunction with their machine. They charged my card, but had no record of my name/number/address, so they couldn't make the delivery.Ok, I understand that computers have issues from time to time. What I don't like is I was told, that my salad was just sitting there. The girl told me they would cook FRESH MEAT, for my already made salad( which became soggy from sitting so long). She promised to give me 10% off my next order, and my order was the next one out the door. Another 45 mins goes by and still NO SALAD!! I called back for the 3RD TIME, to check on my salad. I spoke to different girl, and she said the driver should be there any minute. I explained that my plant was closing unless than 15 mins, and it has been almost 2 hours for a simple salad delivery. I demanded to get my next order free of charge,since this was beyond ridiculous at this point. Instead, I was told to ask for " A Big Boss" the next time I place my order for a Big Discount. The salad finally arrived after 2hrs of waiting, I told the driver how pissed I was. I know it wasn't his fault, especially after he explained he was their only driver. Ordered a Greek salad with chicken to go. I came home to a chicken salad with no feta cheese, Calumeta olives or peppercini's. They would not deliver the right salad, told me I had to come back to get the right salad, the manager was rude and couldn't care less and offered a 20% discount when I come back! As if I would! His attitude was take it or leave it! The chicken was dry and there wasn't enough salad dressing. $7.00 for a small chicken salad! The establishment was also dirty. Stick with American made food! The first time I ordered from Mr. Gyro's I had probably one of the best diner-style cheeseburgers I've had in a long time, and thus became one of my favorite places to order burgers from. Over the last 2 months or so I've ordered from them 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times I've ordered my food it was prepared wrong and with no-where near the quality of my first experience. I'm not one to complain very often as I'm experienced in the food/hospitality industry and know sometimes mistakes happen, but when its on this regular of a basis I can't help but be at least a little frustrated knowing that this place can do much better than the mediocre garbage I've gotten my last couple of orders (I do not say this lightly either.) I don't usually stray from my fried egg burger that I order plain (which should be easier than throwing the veggies and condiments on) and getting a side of wedges and seasoned fries, and this latest time my burger was smothered in veggies and condiments, with a side of very soggy regular fries and 3 potato wedges. I was angry to the point I immediately threw the box out straight away otherwise I would have photographed the monstrosity. I will be getting ahold of them and see what sort of answer they have for this sharp decline in quality. These guys really have the potential to be a great eatery and they fail simply because they have no respect for the quality of the food or for their customers, who I assume they think are idiots with no taste at this point. From what I've read in other reviews I imagine the management is to blame and I hope they get this sorted out so they might eventually put out edible food again. read more

I usually order delivery from here on those late night after the bar munchies. Apparently they have new owner who decided to add breakfast items and "mexican food" to the menu. I had the all meat omlete and it is to die for. Its huge i couldnt even finish it in one sitting. It comes with home fries and toast. They r very generous with the home fries. Sometimes they add onion n cheese to it depending on who cooks for the day. The other breakfast items r good as well. Fluffy moist pancakes and their breskfast sandwiches are pretty good. BUT! He reallyyyy needs to do away with the entire mexican menu. Total FLOP! The tacos are old and stale. Shells r like 3 days old n hard as bricks not to mention the taco meat n unseasoned n bland as hell. YUCK! I also had a beef casidia ( however u spell it) which was aweful as the tacos. They stuffed the tortilla bread with unseasoned meat n such a stingy amount of cheese you could barely even see it. Then on top of all that there was no lettuce or tomatoes nor sour cream or salsa on the side. Just tasteless bland meat. I was NOT a happy camper. Sooo if u eat there late night and no place else is open i suggest u stick to chicken wings burgers n wedges ( do NOT get the fries or so called "seasoned" fries.
