Pretty good breakfast spot. I ordered the rib eye with eggs, and it was cooked amazingly. Hash browns were golden and not oily. Only thing I didn't care for was the cinnamon roll, it had way too much icing and it was heavy. But overall, all the other items I tried was good. read more

When me and my friends ate food here, we were hoping for a good experience but sadly that wasn't what we got. The eggs tasted grainy and microwaved while the sausages tasted pretty bland. Me and my girl are always going out to eat, especially for breakfast i mean its the most important meal of the day according to the experts, besides who the fword wants to cook for themselves anyways. We veered away from the typical Denny's, IHop scene and tryed this Mr.Perry's place. The waitress was super friendly and everything was seeming to go well until we got our food. The food itself was incomparable to any other breakfast i'd ever been served, up until the part where my girl found a long curly dark hair on her bacon... NO JOKE! Yeah Mr Perry's is a dive but you get your standard diner food and it's pretty good. I would never eat anything but breakfast here. For eggs and bacon it's decent, except the bacon is a little too salty. I do really wish they'd clean the place up. I get that they want to keep the retro vibe but it could be clean and retro. There is duct tape on the seats and its all pretty shabby looking. I just don't get restaurants that are super busy and obviously doing well but don't seem to put one penny back into the business. Ok so if you ask my kids(4 year old and 8 year old) what do you want to eat for dinner? All I can say is wow! This place has the friendliest staff ever and the food is delicious comfort food from my childhood. We sat at the counter and our server was so happy and so fast! I believe his name was Matt, he somehow managed to never miss a refill or have friendly conversation even though he was slammed. I also really enjoyed that both the cook and buser interacted with the customers. It's clear there are regulars here and I think I'll be one now too! Kinda disappointed.. Came in here with my girlfriend as this is her second time here with me on a beautiful sunday. As I was beginning to write this review because of past great experiences, the waiter(older man named Jeff) came by and asked us if we were ready and my girlfriend and i said we needed more time so he looked at me and told me to get off my phone. I was actually on my phone writing a review on google and yelp for this spot and usually stay off my phone but we just got our coffee and already knew what i wanted(I come here a lot). The food came out pretty quick! We enjoyed it but he didnt bother to ask us if we wanted desserts and was just huffy and puffy kind of vibe with us.. We arent loud or disruptive and we always greet everyone with smiles. He simply just left the receipt on the edge of the table as he walked away without saying a word. I get that if it gets busy we got to move in and out but it wasn't busy busy just a normal sunday. Even my girlfriend felt uncomfortable as he was just staring at us as we got out our table and walked to register to pay.. We remained our happy selfs and payed and left a tip. We will come back only because we missed out on our favorite waitress! She's amazing always talks to us in a calm matter and constantly refills our coffee . Boyfriend and I have been going quite a bit. The service is better when compared to big chains like Dennys and IHOP. The food however is basically the same, burgers, salads, breakfast and dinner items. Granted they have some really good items. I had their jalapeño poppers and they were really good. You can actually taste the spice. I also like their onion rings. There's something in the batter that beats the other places. If you enjoy classic American diner food and don't want to go to a chain I say perrys is good. read more

I had a horrible experience on an online order pick up at this location. I walked in this Sunday morning and no one helped or greeted me. I stood at the front counter for at least 10 mins I would say about 4-5 employees doing their own thing , hardly any customers, completely ignoring me. When I finally approached an employee asking for some help after waiting that long, an employee in turn called me rude! Finally one lady handed me the order (didn't apologize for the wait ) while a rude young kid (employee) yelled at me, ordering me to pick up the order and leave !! I felt like I got booted out for just asking for help. I will never visit this restaurant for order picked up ever! They don't deserve your business. All employees there should be retrained and be educated for basic customer service. I hope management take this seriously. The young kid that yelled at me from across the kitchen should be sent back to preschool to learn the ABCs In etiquette & manners , obviously he didn't get any from his upbringing! read more

I have a lot of respect for this place. Since we started going there soon after we were married in 2009, we've become friends with several of the waitresses, as well as the manager. My late father in law,Don, called this place home as one of his favorite places to go. The waitresses not only were his friends, but knew what he liked to eat and how it was to be prepared. They were equally attentive to us and continue to do so whenever we return. This place deserves to be ranked five stars for the excellence in the food, willing to exchange food that wasn't prepared as we ordered, and for their excellent customer service. I'm writing this review based on the fact the two times I've been there, the waitresses were awesomely amazing. They were on point coming around the table. We got the 6.99$ steak, hash brown, 2 eggs and toast meal that might not be on the menu but they still have it. I love Mr. Perry's! I came here one late summer night with a friend of mine. From the outside, it does appear a little sketchy. But inside it's adorable. The place has an old diner feel to it. I wanted something small, so I chose to order a cup of clam chowder soup. It was surprisingly delicious! We also shared an order of hash browns which were great as well.
