Instead of the spice level I ordered, I was given Reaper-level tenders, which normally require a waiver. Because of that, the food was completely inedible -- I couldn't eat it at all due to how extreme the spice was. This isn't a small mistake; it's a serious error, especially considering the safety aspect of that spice level. Timeline: * March 10: I contacted customer support and provided my receipt * March 13: Followed up after being told it would take up to 3 business days * March 16: Followed up again requesting a resolution * Now (over a month later): Still no response or resolution I was initially offered only $20 compensation for a ~$60 order, which doesn't reflect the situation at all, and after that, communication completely stopped. Spending $60 on food that couldn't be eaten, combined with being ignored for over a month, is extremely frustrating. At this point, I'm still waiting on a proper resolution. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both order accuracy and customer support.

It seemed to be on the slow side when I walked in which was good because that meant in and right out. I was greeted immediately by one of the preparers and I decided on a steak burrito with most of the available items one can have added to a burrito. There was rice, tomatoes, lettuce, spicy sauce, corn, black beans, shredded cheese and sour cream. They had guacamole but that was for an additional price and I decided to leave this out of the already sizable burrito. It took less than five minutes to assemble and the process reminded me of college days when I did similar work at a local Blimpie's which used to stand not far from this Chipotle. Now I am unsure when the chips stopped being complimentary but I think that they used to be. They seem to run about $2 a bag which is nice if you must have chips with your order but as I mentioned I was taking mine to go and I did know that there were similar chips on hand in my domicile. Once home I was impressed with the overall size of the burrito. It ran me about $14 and it was so large that I cut it in half to have part now and the rest for tomorrow because we be filled up when you can do that instead. While I had a spicey sauce added to this I also use some of the sauces that I keep in my home. For this one I used my Jalapeno sauce from Yellow Bird. I like a number of this company's output and if you are curious they come with a solid recommendation from me. All in all, I was glad to have chosen Chipotle today. My neighborhood has had a whole crop of restaurants and smaller pop ups serving up this kind of fair and it might be fun to try some of them out provided the activity doesn't add to the waistline too much.
