We ordered a beef shawarma bowl with extra lettuce and no rice, and a chicken shawarma bowl with extra lettuce and no rice. After waiting quite a while for our food, they brought us the exact opposite--a bowl loaded with rice instead of lettuce. We let the owner know about the mistake, and instead of fixing the order, he came back with a tiny plate of lettuce and said, "Here." As if that was supposed to make up for an entire bowl filled with rice that we specifically asked not to have. At that point, we had already waited so long that we just decided to eat it anyway. That turned out to be another mistake. The chicken and beef were unbelievably salty. We each took only a couple of bites before throwing the food away because it was practically inedible. To make matters worse, both my friend and I ended up with terrible heartburn afterward.
