Food amounts are different each time, taco with barely any meat, pinto and cheese with about half the amount as before, and more issues... It does not seem that Taco Bell reduced sizes as sometimes everything is fine. BUT, the biggest issue is the now heavily long wait times. Drive thru wait time has become incredibly long and in store wait time is now also really bad. Along with that the newer employees really suck, bad. Taco Bell made a bad choice removing the soda machine. Now, you cant get your drink before your order is ready, and more important, they never have your drink made when your order is ready. Kids cant go get their own water. Taco Bell has basically caused a lot more work for their employees. I'll 100% update this review if it gets better, but so far it has not. If for some reason i have to go to this location and eat in store, i will most likely be ordering in drive thru then taking the food inside as the drive thru wait time is still better than in store, even though the drive thru is no longer fast.

As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to correct it because I could not proceed with the order. I called the store several times and even left a message, but never received any response. Despite that, the order was still prepared anyway, with no attempt to contact me or confirm anything. A simple phone call could have prevented this entire situation, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. That day, I did not have any other food options, and this order was supposed to be my only solution for the day, which made the situation even more stressful. I also have call logs that clearly show my attempts to reach the store, which confirms I made multiple good faith efforts to resolve the issue immediately. To make it worse, the only communication I received was on April 14th, 2026, stating I would receive a 30 percent discount that expires tomorrow. However, this is not helpful at all since I currently do not have the funds available to use it. On top of everything, I was told I would not receive a refund or even my points back, which feels completely unreasonable given that I acted right away to fix the mistake. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of basic communication. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, and I hope others do not experience the same lack of responsiveness.

You're not the victim here dip sh@t. 3) The management could care less about how the employee's are conducting themselves. The manager heard our complaint, but walked on by. Again, never once do they apologize for any bad experience you may encounter. We were the only ones in the store...nobody else. 4) Your food will be cold when it finally arrives. I'm not sure how they pull this off but they let it cool down before bagging. Or another little trick like to do is have you pull forward and wait for your order. Three times I've experienced this and not once have they brought the food out as communicated. It's a shame that a brand new store is run so poorly. Not sure if this is corporate owned or a franchise but in either case, it's a bad dinning experience even for $45 dollars of fast food. It's terrible. We have vowed to never return. Done with Wendy's. We'll spend our money at a place that appreciates it. I'm sure Dave Thomas is spinning is his grave.
