I started taking it to MeGee because they were closer to home. I have been coming here for several years, spent money as I regularly serviced 2 vehicles and yes, I always paid for whatever extra recommendations they had. I had an oil change 5/2/2024, my fan started kicking in loudly on 5/15. Called them and explained what I was hearing. They said bring it in. I immediately got a rental since I work in real estate and NEED to have a car. They get my Jeep in, call me back and say there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Jeep but they recommend changing the spark plugs, trusting them, I tell them to go ahead and change them. When they say its ready for pick up (Friday), I voice my concern again because spark plugs (in my mind) have nothing to do with a fan kicking in loudly (usually means something is getting hot right?) The guy laughs at me and tells me (annoyed) that there is nothing wrong with my jeep and that the noise is normal making me feel dumb for voicing my concern again. So I said ok.I picked it up and the very next day I am driving it to my appointments and the fan kicks in again and now the temperature gauge is in the red. I slammed on my breaks and pulled over going 60mph on a busy road. SUPER DANGEROUS.... but I manage to pull over safely, shut it off and get it picked up my Preston Millsboro. Once again I have to get a rental vehicle. Preston takes a look at the Jeep and tells me within the hour that they have discovered NO COOLANT in my Jeep and now a blown head gasket and other interior leaks due to overheating. I said how? that is impossible it just had an oil change and I took it back to MeGee because of the fan noise and they assured me it was fine. The tech at Preston asked me if they checked the COOLANT ? (I didn't know) he then said... maybe they never put coolant in it when they did the oil change. I have to replace my engine which is going to cost me $14,000 and MeGee is taking no accountability and they cannot show me or tell me that they actually checked my coolant or if there was some issue when the oil change was done. They are not answering my questions. I have filed a complaint anywhere and I can because this is unfair, sexists (treating me like I am just a woman and don't know what I am talking about) and totally negligent. They put me and possibly others in danger by not doing their jobs correctly and now simply ignoring the fact. BE CAREFUL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I drove down from NJ to he dealer in a rental car and the General manager HIMSELF, Jay picked us up from the rental car return which was about an hour away. At the dealership, all the paperwork and other things were handled extremely professionally and efficiently by Jay and his office manager, Heather. There was no additional fees thrown on us (like many dealers try to slip past you), and we were in and out of the dealership in an hour with our temporary tag and off to return home. Had the story ended there, this would have been enough of a reason to leave a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the car developed an engine issue and needed a costly repair. I reached out to Jay and even though the car was purchased AS IS, he said he will speak to his boss an see what he can do. In the end he sent us a check for a significant portion of the repair and reminded myself and my family that there are still dignified and upstanding individuals in this world. He could have easily said you bough the car for a great deal and it was As IS, tough luck, but he demonstrated that he is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I recommend anyone in need of a car to check these guys out first as you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to sending friends and doing business in the future!

I don't even know if this will go through or not. Okay, so moving forward, this place is AMAZING! My partner and I have been looking for a school bus to convert to our home and found their listing. I shot them a message on Facebook and got all of the information I needed, and then some! When we pulled onto the lot, we were greeted by friendly staff. (Dylan rules!) Jay is especially knowledgeable about everything auto related, as well as being extremely charismatic. We weren't given the usual bs most auto places throw at you, just shown the parts we care about and even let us start up the vehicle. The entire team went above and beyond to get us a temp tag as well as help us move our school bus off of the lot. During the pandemic, it even meant more to see them always keep their masks on despite how hot it was outside. They took extra measures to elbow bump and hand sanitize everything. They care a lot and they will treat you right. I love them!!!

They were able to get me in RIGHT AWAY and they offered to tow my car over from the Wawa which saved me time and money. Their Ford Certified mechanic was there and he diagnosed a bad fuel pump as soon as he tried to start the car. I was told it would be a few hours and given some restaurant suggestions while I waited. Swati Shah was very nice, helpful, and friendly! They also fixed a radiator leak that I didn't know I had. This garage is amazing! I highly recommend!
