The feng shui is feng shuingggg. I was introduced to this location from a yelp event and finally found the time to make it back on my own. They rearranged the interior and it is the perfect set up. Idk if it was a busy day or short staffed day, but when I came there was a line to the door with two people working. I was not in a rush and planned to work at the shop so it all worked out for me. I ordered their loaded breakfast sandwich in a croissant and caramel cafe latte. Okay.. I was steered wrong, but also super indecisive. The croissant is not the way to go if you don't like getting dirty while eating. It was bomb, don't get me wrong. However, I had flakes all over myself, table and floor. The cafe latte was really good and perfectly balanced. The shop is very inviting and designed beautifully. I really enjoyed seeing the different variety of plants and nicknacks. I would get the sandwich again, but on a bagel next time. Overall it was a really good experience and I can't wait to go back. They even have a tv for the World Cup games going on right now.

This is a hidden gem in Riverside. The coffee choices are amazing..(dirty horchata) the plant filled atmosphere is so homey. They also have the cutest little trinkets to buy. The jalapeño avocado toast is delicious as well as the blueberry sweet loaf. Local owned business with lots of potential , check them out.

Mundial Coffee is a Latinx and woman-owned Coffee Shop serving Riverside and creating a global impact. Their passion for sustainability, nature, and coffee shines through their curated menu and beautiful cafe oasis. The interior is beautifully designed, while a mix of pop and instrumental music plays softly in the background, adding to the calm and relaxing ambiance. The space appears to accommodate around 20 to 30 guests indoor. They also accommodate limited outdoor seating. The owner and staff were very friendly. They gave us a warm welcome. We ordered one Pistachio Latte, one Spanish Latte, one Banana Nut Loaf, and one Chicken Caprese Sandwich. Their service was fast, and we got our drinks and pastry within a very short period of time. The drinks and pastry were exceptional - expertly baked and made with perfection. Their Pistachio Latte and Spanish Latte were undoubtedly one of the best in Inland Empire. The Chicken Caprese Sandwich was good but could have been better. And last but not least, the Banana Nut Loaf was so good and way better than the Banana, Walnut & Pecan Loaf at Starbucks! We enjoyed the food as well as hospitality very much. Our overall experience was pretty amazing. A great place for the Coffee lovers. Many thanks once again for their food and hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back in the near future to try more of their drinks and pastries.

Great service, great atmosphere, and amazing coffee and food! The plants give it a really cozy vibe and it's a great place to catch up with a friend for coffee or just hangout and grab a light breakfast. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area. 10/10 coffee spot

Mundial coffee never disappoints. I usually get a Mexican mocha, but decided to try the pistachio latte with almond milk and I'm so glad I did! I paired it with a concha...delish! I love that the conchas are a perfect density. My friend got an iced spanish latte and was raving about it. I also picked up some items for a birthday gift. The ambiance inside is so welcoming and relaxing. I love coming here for some good coffee

Grate service. First time coming here. Reason we came to visit and check out a pop up vendor form a small oil and more business. We got coffee. I got the Dirty Horchata very refreshing and good blend. To many plants for me but paper is nice and pretty. We might come back to bring people from work.

I visited Mundial and it was a welcoming space off Spruce & Chicago in a semi-industrial area. The service was cool and my Iced Americano was delightful. I'd just ask for another espresso shot next time.

Very cute coffee shop in Riverside. I went in for a quick reading session with some coffee and a snack. I ordered an Ixchel Cacao, a Dirty Horchata, and a blueberry loaf. Every drink was delicious-the Ixchel Cacao had an especially rich chocolate flavor! The blueberry loaf warmed up was great! Would recommend for anyone wanting a quick reading session, there aren't many open outlets or chargers for anyone having a longer work session.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops! I just tried their dirty horchata with oat milk and it was so good. It had cinnamon powder on top which added to the flavor. I also tried their banana loaf and it tasted really good. It has to be one of my favorite banana breads I've had. I highly recommend this place! Staff was also super nice and the place is a vibe.

Located on the corner of Spruce St & Chicago Ave with plenty of parking and indoor/outside seating (no drive-thru). The atmosphere is distinctly earthy, with beautiful live plants and various items like mugs for sale. I came here specifically to try their 'Turkish Coffee'. It's about a 10-minute wait as it's prepared fresh in a traditional cezve. The 4oz serving is served in a regular paper cup and had a great taste. Because the coffee is finely ground and typically served without straining, the sediment at the bottom can be quite overwhelming for some. Besides specialty coffee and tea, they serve items like avocado toast, wraps, and pastries. The service was excellent, friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll be back to explore more of their coffee house specials.

Just wanted to update my review to say that Mundial is the reigning champ for my favorite matcha/cafe! I travel all over and have matchas in so many cities, but Mundial is something special! I just had the seasonal Monkey Business Matcha, which was above and beyond delicious (and I appreciate the nondairy cold foam!)- don't miss the seasonal beverages!

First timer ordering on DD. We ordered: Briar Rose Latte, Cafe Mocha, Horchata cold brew, and House cold brew. Paid over $45 for these 4 drinks. Online they sounded and looked very unique. The Briar Rose Latte tasted the best out of the 4 of them. However, there was no garnish, on this coffee, even though that was requested. My guests said their coffees were, "okay." The Horchata taste didn't really come through on the cold brew, and tasted like a regular cold brew. We didn't receive any straws and the lids were ill-fitting, causing spillage when taking drinks. I had wanted to try this place out for a while, and wanted to treat my guests, but these are way too overpriced for the taste and mess when drinking.

They say that customer service goes a long way. It's definitely true for this place. I bought a double shot of Turkish coffee not knowing what I was going to get myself into. An employee of the coffee shop gave me the backstory on how to drink and enjoy Turkish coffee. If you're a coffee enthusiast and/or a plant parent than this place is also for you. Mundial has a good selection of coffee beans and different plants to choose from. Since this place is in a quiet shopping plaza, it's easy to enjoy a cup of coffee and just enjoy the moment. read more

My go-to coffee spot near the UCR campus! Great, quality drink selection, cute interior. I like coffee, but I'm no connoisseur. The relatively knowledgeable workers at Mundial are nice and always quick to help me figure out what to order. I once spent a whole day here during my qualifying exams for my master's degree / progression in the PhD program, and their coffee + the energy in the shop really kept me going. It's sometimes hard to find coffee shops whose owners/workers clearly align with my values, and I'm glad Mundial is somewhere I can spend my money without worrying about supporting people who would rather I not even live in the neighborhood. I always recommend this place to my friends as the default option for coffee near campus. read more

Overpriced bland coffee. They don't give you enough coffee and add too much milk for the latte. The flavoring is whatever. Not the best, there's better coffee joints nearby. They used to have cute plants but now it's very dead looking, they raised the price on everything. It's a no go for me! read more

Pretty lame service, no "hello how are you?" As you walk in, they don't call your name when your drink is ready or let you know when you stand right there. Guy just placed the drink down and let me figure it out for myself, Hard to hear the cashier over the music . Cold brew was 9$ which is insane. I haven't even seen cold brew that expensive in Orange County. Definitely not worth the money. The coffee is decent so 2 stars seems fair. read more

Top tier coffee shop offering an authentic cafe experience with fun Colombian vibes. I can't say enough good about this place. Not only do they know their coffee but the service is always so friendly as well and who doesn't love being surrounded by plants and cute gifts?! The cafe menu is awesome as well. Very healthy fresh ingredients and I love that they have sourdough bread. It feels so good to know there are still small cafes like this out there who offer a far deeper richer and tastier experience than Starbucks can. Love you guys, keep up the excellent work!!! read more

it's pretty average coffee-- ordered a vanilla latte and a cafe de olla, café de olla is sweetened with piloncillo, however, I guess they make it differently at Mundial; I was asked if I wanted sweetener or syrup to add in for sweetness, kind of threw me off. the cafe de olla tasted burnt and bitter. The vanilla latte was average. The inside is beautiful and the random things they sell is great to look at-- love the vibe of Mundial, just wished their coffee was better. read more

I was very impressed with this coffee shop. Staff was polite and helpful. First time here and didn't know what to get, barista recommended the Dirty horchata and, let me tell you, AMAZING! Coffee tasted fresh and flavors are unique. The place itself was very cozy and they have artesanal items to buy. Very cool place! Try that dirty horchata on ice with Oatmilk. i thought this place was Latina owned but their employees aren't too friendly to other Latinas?, came in for the first time over the weekend with my brother & im standing in front of cashier & the lady is sweeping & im just smiling waiting respectfully until she's done, she ignores me standing there & looks down sweeping & says "let me know when you're ready" (coffee shops don't greet anyone anymore?) & looks at my brother & smiles, so i put my feelings to the side, ordered & sat down, my brothers goes next & she says "hello how are you?" all of sudden fully engaged & nice, he sat down & he gets his coffee first when i placed my order before him?? i'm not one to complain but so not okay, if you're having a bad day, hungover whatever then okay i understand but to go take it out on customers who smile at you?? not okay, even tried sparking a convo to lighten up the situation, overall not a good experience in my book, my mom just passed so after i went home & balled my eyes out bc being welcoming doesn't cost a thing, all i wanted was happiness & a cup of coffee. read more

Mu favorite is the "Fall Into It" latte. The coffee is smooth, perfectly sweetened, and the cinnamon and cardamom flavors are lovely. Staff is always so friendly and love that they are women and Latinx owned. Cute stuff is available to purchase in addition to some tasty pastries as well. Great coffee shop to catch up with a friend and also to just order to go. read more

I freaking love this place. It's like heaven to me. Coffee and plants oh man, what more can someone want? When I first saw this shop I was beyond excited!! Just coming in to look at the plants while smelling coffee is awesome- it's like instantly relaxing. They have a unique collection of plants. They carry a lot of your everyday house plants that are inexpensive and fairly priced. They also have some rare plants there as well that are sitting in a nice little greenhouse cabinet. They often get new plants so you can always expect to stumble upon a new little igem. Aside from plants, it's a unique coffee shop. Not your everyday Starbucks- I feel like they have great quality products/ ingredients. They also sell a bunch of cool little knickknacks like pots, soil, shirts, mugs, coffee sets, etc. I just love it! It's just so flipping cute!! read more

Charming little coffee shop located in Riverside. The inside is decked with plants and décor. Super homely and inviting vibe. The staff was excellent! I had a Lavender Matcha iced and it was great! Also, had a hand pie I believe it was blueberry. Warm, sweet and gooey. Overall a 10/10-great spot! read more

If you are ever in the Riverside area, do yourself a favor and stop here! I don't know where to begin.. As you walk in you are greeted by beautiful plants that line up along the left side of the wall and throughout the coffee shop. In the center there is a wooden gazebo with artisan items for sale. The ambiance of this place is simply beautiful. Treat yourself to a delicious coffee ( I had the lavender oat milk latte). This was the best coffee that I have ever tasted! I have been drinking coffee for 20+ years. Lol upon the first sip the lavender overtook all of my senses (in a good way) . I ordered a turkey melt sandwich ( not sure if that's the exact name of it) but it had turkey and Muenster cheese. This sandwich was absolutely full of flavor! My boyfriend had the chicken sandwich and the coffee he had tasted like it had abuelita chocolate in it . I can't remember the name of his drink ... mocha something or other.. lol he was highly impressed with this place as well. When I was there last night I asked if this was the only store they had and was surprised to hear that it is! As soon as I got home I looked up the business' website and was so happy to see that this place is woman owned! If you are ever in the riverside area, please do yourself a favor and stop here! I had called the nursery that is located about seven minutes from my house. It's not Parkview. I asked them if they had the particular root stock and tree in stock. Their response basically was we have that variety of tree Santa Rosa plum but we don't know what route stocks we have. I said can you look and tell me. Their answer was no if you want to see you can come down and look. After hanging up the phone and disbelief, I called Parkview nursery on Chicago Avenue and again I got the outstanding service that I'm used to there. I told the gentleman who answered the phone what I was looking for he said let him check. He came back in about a minute and told me that they had that rootstock, but asked me why I wanted that particular type of rootstock. I explained to my situation and the type of soil and he recommended a better root stock that I was not familiar with. I had even gone on the Dave Wilson Nursery the supplier of fruit trees and it didn't catch my attention. He was absolutely right the root stock that he recommended was 100 times better and they also had that in stock. Needless to say, I got in my car drove the 35 minutes. It was greeted with outstanding customer service by every employee I ran into. If you are looking for a true outstanding nursery, this is the place to come. They have caring employees who really want your landscaping/gardening adventure to be successful.

Staying at home has driven me to bring out my creative talents that I've suppressed for whatever…read morereasons. So, I decided to do some simple plantings and enhance my surroundings. As I Googled Succulents, so many choices came up. You can grow them from seeds, clippings or already rooted and potted. I chose the clippings, because it's like they're meeting me halfway and the cost was much better. Seeds would take several weeks before I would see a plant. So, I chose Annie's from Esty. She had the best priced offer of 30 clippings for around $25. They arrived within a few days via a small Priority Mail box. They shipped well all the way from CA. And, I received way more than 30 plants! I'd prepared for their arrival by purchasing special soil and pots with drainage. In botany, succulent plants are plants with parts that are thickened, fleshy and engorged, usually to retain water in arid climates or soil conditions. The word succulent comes from the Latin word sucus, meaning 'juice', or 'sap'. I spent time learning about these plants while waiting for their arrival. They require little watering and do well indoors. New plants can be created by taking off petals and propagating them. I was so excited! It was fun arranging them. They can be replanted later individually if needed. If they survive me, then, they're pretty hardy. They will also make excellent home office gifts for friends!

Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. As far as options go, I think there's a decent selection of more unique syrups for coffees. They do change it up throughout the year. The drinks here are definitely more of a premium price point, but I think they're generally good. On this particular trip, I wanted to try their new syrup flavor (it was some form of orange zest, or something similar?), but noticed my latte had no real flavor in it after a few sips. Upon looking at the receipt, the person who took my order just gave me a regular cafe latte and didn't add the syrup I requested. The coffee was fine, but I would have liked trying something new. I have gotten several of their food options before, and I think that some of them are well-priced for the portion and some can be more on the expensive side. I think the avocado toast was pretty robust and was a good value. The steak and eggs are somewhat hit or miss, and I have had it multiple times. The cut of the meat can be chewy at times, and then also more lean and tender other times. Sometimes it comes with large pieces of chewy fat, which isn't quite to my taste. The sandwich options generally are a good value. I do kind of wish they switched up their menu a bit more often, since this current menu is rather basic and they have had more interesting food options before. Overall, a decent choice for a more premium coffee, tea, and food for the Downtown/UCR area of Riverside. Service is okay, and I have had somewhat mixed experiences with that. The employees generally seem pleasant and they're nice, but I have gotten incorrect orders at least a couple of times. During this particular visit, in which the photos are from, I had to ask two different people to get extra napkins. Our actual server was the first to acknowledge, then possibly forgot and didn't come back.

This became my favorite place ever! It's beautiful and unique because of their coffee and plants! Who can ask for more? This was such a relaxing place with the most amazing vibes. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the coffee and plants they bring into this shop. It's amazing to see such success that they have within a week of opening. I enjoy following them on Instagram and tik tok because they are always updating their customers on a daily basis about specials, sales, and new drinks/ food/products and they make amazing and funny content. While my husband and I were there, they had a line full of people and each person was extremely happy with their service and their beverages/ food or pastry. It went to show me the effort they put into these drinks and their staff. I ordered a fall into it iced latte and it was the best drink I've ever had! You could taste the creamy espresso as well as the hints of cinnamon. I am obsessed with this drink! I brought my family here too on another occasion and I tasted their drink and it was just as delicious! I am so happy that I am supporting this coffee and plant shop that is women owned, minority owned, and focused on helping low income communities and the environment. If you're looking for a delicious cappuccino, Mundial is the place to go. The espresso was rich and flavorful, and the milk was steamed perfectly to create a smooth and creamy texture. The foam was also beautifully textured. The interior of the cafe had a welcoming atmosphere with plants throughout. There were also a few tables with seating, as well as a counter where you could order your coffee. There were also some products that could be bought, such as coffee beans and pastries. Overall, I had a great experience at Mundial. The coffee was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there were some products that could be bought. I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee or hang out. read more

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Everything we ordered came out looking great and tasted even better. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without making us feel rushed. They checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambience was also very enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. Mundial offers a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee related drinks. However, what truly stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. I had ordered a strawberry matcha with cold foam, but it was missing when my coworker picked it up. I called the store to report the issue, and the staff member who answered was incredibly responsive. They immediately refunded the cost of the missing cold foam. The owner also called me to apologize and went above and beyond to make things right. If you're in the area and need a great drink, be it coffee or otherwise, I highly recommend visiting Mundial. read more

First off, the ambiance is super cool. You enter a forest of amazing looking plants and you immediately get into a trance seeing how green and serene a coffee shop can be. If you're looking for real coffee in Riverside and want to support local businesses thrive, you gotta go to Mundial. I got a pour over and it was worth the wait. Mundial Coffee's Oat Milk Brown Sugar Latte is my absolute favorite smooth, just the right amount of sweetness, and the oat milk makes it extra creamy without being heavy.
