The feng shui is feng shuingggg. I was introduced to this location from a yelp event and finally found the time to make it back on my own. They rearranged the interior and it is the perfect set up. Idk if it was a busy day or short staffed day, but when I came there was a line to the door with two people working. I was not in a rush and planned to work at the shop so it all worked out for me. I ordered their loaded breakfast sandwich in a croissant and caramel cafe latte. Okay.. I was steered wrong, but also super indecisive. The croissant is not the way to go if you don't like getting dirty while eating. It was bomb, don't get me wrong. However, I had flakes all over myself, table and floor. The cafe latte was really good and perfectly balanced. The shop is very inviting and designed beautifully. I really enjoyed seeing the different variety of plants and nicknacks. I would get the sandwich again, but on a bagel next time. Overall it was a really good experience and I can't wait to go back. They even have a tv for the World Cup games going on right now.

This is a hidden gem in Riverside. The coffee choices are amazing..(dirty horchata) the plant filled atmosphere is so homey. They also have the cutest little trinkets to buy. The jalapeño avocado toast is delicious as well as the blueberry sweet loaf. Local owned business with lots of potential , check them out.

Mundial Coffee is a Latinx and woman-owned Coffee Shop serving Riverside and creating a global impact. Their passion for sustainability, nature, and coffee shines through their curated menu and beautiful cafe oasis. The interior is beautifully designed, while a mix of pop and instrumental music plays softly in the background, adding to the calm and relaxing ambiance. The space appears to accommodate around 20 to 30 guests indoor. They also accommodate limited outdoor seating. The owner and staff were very friendly. They gave us a warm welcome. We ordered one Pistachio Latte, one Spanish Latte, one Banana Nut Loaf, and one Chicken Caprese Sandwich. Their service was fast, and we got our drinks and pastry within a very short period of time. The drinks and pastry were exceptional - expertly baked and made with perfection. Their Pistachio Latte and Spanish Latte were undoubtedly one of the best in Inland Empire. The Chicken Caprese Sandwich was good but could have been better. And last but not least, the Banana Nut Loaf was so good and way better than the Banana, Walnut & Pecan Loaf at Starbucks! We enjoyed the food as well as hospitality very much. Our overall experience was pretty amazing. A great place for the Coffee lovers. Many thanks once again for their food and hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back in the near future to try more of their drinks and pastries.

Mundial coffee never disappoints. I usually get a Mexican mocha, but decided to try the pistachio latte with almond milk and I'm so glad I did! I paired it with a concha...delish! I love that the conchas are a perfect density. My friend got an iced spanish latte and was raving about it. I also picked up some items for a birthday gift. The ambiance inside is so welcoming and relaxing. I love coming here for some good coffee

Grate service. First time coming here. Reason we came to visit and check out a pop up vendor form a small oil and more business. We got coffee. I got the Dirty Horchata very refreshing and good blend. To many plants for me but paper is nice and pretty. We might come back to bring people from work.

Very cute coffee shop in Riverside. I went in for a quick reading session with some coffee and a snack. I ordered an Ixchel Cacao, a Dirty Horchata, and a blueberry loaf. Every drink was delicious-the Ixchel Cacao had an especially rich chocolate flavor! The blueberry loaf warmed up was great! Would recommend for anyone wanting a quick reading session, there aren't many open outlets or chargers for anyone having a longer work session.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops! I just tried their dirty horchata with oat milk and it was so good. It had cinnamon powder on top which added to the flavor. I also tried their banana loaf and it tasted really good. It has to be one of my favorite banana breads I've had. I highly recommend this place! Staff was also super nice and the place is a vibe.

Located on the corner of Spruce St & Chicago Ave with plenty of parking and indoor/outside seating (no drive-thru). The atmosphere is distinctly earthy, with beautiful live plants and various items like mugs for sale. I came here specifically to try their 'Turkish Coffee'. It's about a 10-minute wait as it's prepared fresh in a traditional cezve. The 4oz serving is served in a regular paper cup and had a great taste. Because the coffee is finely ground and typically served without straining, the sediment at the bottom can be quite overwhelming for some. Besides specialty coffee and tea, they serve items like avocado toast, wraps, and pastries. The service was excellent, friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll be back to explore more of their coffee house specials.

Just wanted to update my review to say that Mundial is the reigning champ for my favorite matcha/cafe! I travel all over and have matchas in so many cities, but Mundial is something special! I just had the seasonal Monkey Business Matcha, which was above and beyond delicious (and I appreciate the nondairy cold foam!)- don't miss the seasonal beverages!

First timer ordering on DD. We ordered: Briar Rose Latte, Cafe Mocha, Horchata cold brew, and House cold brew. Paid over $45 for these 4 drinks. Online they sounded and looked very unique. The Briar Rose Latte tasted the best out of the 4 of them. However, there was no garnish, on this coffee, even though that was requested. My guests said their coffees were, "okay." The Horchata taste didn't really come through on the cold brew, and tasted like a regular cold brew. We didn't receive any straws and the lids were ill-fitting, causing spillage when taking drinks. I had wanted to try this place out for a while, and wanted to treat my guests, but these are way too overpriced for the taste and mess when drinking.

Been here several times and I never leave disappointed. The pastries and coffee are always great. I've had the conchas, cheese danish, and recently the guava and cheese. Their Cafe de Olla cold brew has been a favorite this Summer. Really like the ambience and aesthetic. Also love that they have artisanal items in their shop. read more

delicious iced latte I had from here, it's been a long time since I've had a truly good latte. And I try everywhere. I'm here in town and I'm glad I came here, might have to come again before I leave. They don't let you customize with like, adding two flavors (I do hazelnut & vanilla usually) which I found odd but latte was excellent regardless. read more

Delicious drinks, food and amazing atmosphere!! Supporting the local cause and staying away from the big brands I was lucky to come across mundial on Instagram. Their drinks looked so delicious and so did the environment. Came today and the baristas were very kind and helpful and made suggestions. I couldn't make up my mind so I bought two drinks. The golden latte and oatmilk brown sugar are very good!! Feel refreshed and ready to start my day! Was also a treat to see Loteria and other fun books/games out for customers to enjoy! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the Caprese Avocado Toast. Everything about it was immaculate and the overall vibe of the coffee shop was so peaceful. I would recommend this place for everyone to come try. The selection of drinks they have to offer are also very nice. Holy cow do they have good coffee. My friend took me to this coffee shop and I was in love with my drink. At every coffee shop, I get a simple Carmel iced coffee and this shop has definitely taken first. The only downside is having to pay 7+ for a simple iced coffee but oh well totally worth it. read more

This place gets a 5/5 because the baristas and cashiers always greet you with a smile and the coffee options for sale are amazing. They have Hojicha which is something I would have never expected to find here, so that was a pleasant surprise. They are a little pricey, but I think the service and ambiance make up for it. Also they have plants as well as coffee and tea so it's a win in my book! read more

I came in with a friend to try their Cafe de Olla. It was bitter than other ones I've tasted and it wasn't my favorite. I love supporting small businesses and decided to give this spot another try. I came in on a different weekend and I ordered the Briar Rose latte. They got busy with some online pick up orders so my order took a bit longer. I was waiting near the pick up side. The employee accidentally gave my coffee to another customer. The customer had walked away, but they were able to catch her before she left. So she brought back my order and took hers. Instead of making me a new coffee (because who knows if that customer tasted the coffee that was supposed to be for me), I watched the employee get a new cup and pour that same coffee into the cup. I understand mistakes and accidents happen, but I was extremely upset that I paid $9 for a latte and the staff couldn't even be considerate enough to make a new coffee in case the other customer drank some. I asked for a refund and left. I definitely don't recommend this spot and will definitely not be going back. read more

This is the best coffee bar for drinks and for beans. Their food is very good as well. I enjoy the chicken capresse sandwich as well as the turkey melt. Both are well made and very flavorful. They have a nice selection of pastries as well. I like the knafeh. It is delicious with vanilla bean ice cream. I can't say enough about the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. So stop by and have a great coffee. You will be glad you did. read more

This place is cute, but they need to expand their options when it comes to substitutions. I wanted an almond milk latte, but I was told that they didn't have almond milk, which sucks. They have a counter full of syrup options, but don't expect to add any of those to your drink either; again, you can't add flavors to the drinks. This is basically a what you see is what you get coffee shop. The staff wasn't the friendliest either. I ordered the oat milk lavender latte and it was watered down. Stick to Molinos or Twee if you desire a customizable drink that's good. It's super important to ensure that you cater to a wide audience when it comes to coffee. read more

This place is a cafe that specializes in Mexican coffee. The coffee is delicious. You can tell that the staff really understand coffee and how to brew coffee correctly. The Kanefahs and conchas are fresh and yummy as well. This is one of the best in the area. read more

My wife and I stopped by yesterday, it was amazing. The service, the drinks, the pastries, the atmosphere, everything was absolutely perfect. I had the mocha Mexicana, best latte I've had. It was the perfect balance, I love chocolate, so the drink was perfect for me. I forgot what my wife got but she loved her drink too. We got a cheese danish, that was really good! And we got a Knafeh, it was or first time trying that desert. It was so good, I never thought cheese and sugar would go well together, but it did! I already told my wife this our weekend coffee spot from now on. I'm a try the Turkish coffee next! I highly recommend this place. read more

This place will grow on you. Just wanted to say that because they also sale plants. I'm a coffee snob. I buy fresh beans, weigh and grind my beans daily for my fresh pour over. So yeah I get picky with not only my coffee beans but especially when I pay for coffee. I found my spot. This place is so inviting and the staff was super friendly. The coffee beans are from various roasters which i love trying new beans. They also don't care if you're a novice coffee drinker or advanced, the entire staff had knowledge to help everyone who wanted to try something new. Cant wait come here weekly for my coffee. We are a family owned shop who combined our passions into one place! Mundial is the Spanish word for “global” and through here we hope to bring awareness and support to small farmers and organizations around the world. Each of our coffee bags have a unique story behind it, as do each of the handmade artisan crafts we have displayed. With each story, we hope to impact you in a special way. Coffee has always been a love of ours, but meeting these communities all over the world has given it an entire new meaning to us. Their response basically was we have that variety of tree Santa Rosa plum but we don't know what route stocks we have. I said can you look and tell me. Their answer was no if you want to see you can come down and look. After hanging up the phone and disbelief, I called Parkview nursery on Chicago Avenue and again I got the outstanding service that I'm used to there. I told the gentleman who answered the phone what I was looking for he said let him check. He came back in about a minute and told me that they had that rootstock, but asked me why I wanted that particular type of rootstock. I explained to my situation and the type of soil and he recommended a better root stock that I was not familiar with. I had even gone on the Dave Wilson Nursery the supplier of fruit trees and it didn't catch my attention. He was absolutely right the root stock that he recommended was 100 times better and they also had that in stock. Needless to say, I got in my car drove the 35 minutes. It was greeted with outstanding customer service by every employee I ran into. If you are looking for a true outstanding nursery, this is the place to come. They have caring employees who really want your landscaping/gardening adventure to be successful.

As I Googled Succulents, so many choices came up. You can grow them from seeds, clippings or already rooted and potted. I chose the clippings, because it's like they're meeting me halfway and the cost was much better. Seeds would take several weeks before I would see a plant. So, I chose Annie's from Esty. She had the best priced offer of 30 clippings for around $25. They arrived within a few days via a small Priority Mail box. They shipped well all the way from CA. And, I received way more than 30 plants! I'd prepared for their arrival by purchasing special soil and pots with drainage. In botany, succulent plants are plants with parts that are thickened, fleshy and engorged, usually to retain water in arid climates or soil conditions. The word succulent comes from the Latin word sucus, meaning 'juice', or 'sap'. I spent time learning about these plants while waiting for their arrival. They require little watering and do well indoors. New plants can be created by taking off petals and propagating them. I was so excited! It was fun arranging them. They can be replanted later individually if needed. If they survive me, then, they're pretty hardy. They will also make excellent home office gifts for friends!

As far as options go, I think there's a decent selection of more unique syrups for coffees. They do change it up throughout the year. The drinks here are definitely more of a premium price point, but I think they're generally good. On this particular trip, I wanted to try their new syrup flavor (it was some form of orange zest, or something similar?), but noticed my latte had no real flavor in it after a few sips. Upon looking at the receipt, the person who took my order just gave me a regular cafe latte and didn't add the syrup I requested. The coffee was fine, but I would have liked trying something new. I have gotten several of their food options before, and I think that some of them are well-priced for the portion and some can be more on the expensive side. I think the avocado toast was pretty robust and was a good value. The steak and eggs are somewhat hit or miss, and I have had it multiple times. The cut of the meat can be chewy at times, and then also more lean and tender other times. Sometimes it comes with large pieces of chewy fat, which isn't quite to my taste. The sandwich options generally are a good value. I do kind of wish they switched up their menu a bit more often, since this current menu is rather basic and they have had more interesting food options before. Overall, a decent choice for a more premium coffee, tea, and food for the Downtown/UCR area of Riverside. Service is okay, and I have had somewhat mixed experiences with that. The employees generally seem pleasant and they're nice, but I have gotten incorrect orders at least a couple of times. During this particular visit, in which the photos are from, I had to ask two different people to get extra napkins. Our actual server was the first to acknowledge, then possibly forgot and didn't come back.

This became my favorite place ever! It's beautiful and unique because of their coffee and plants! Who can ask for more? This was such a relaxing place with the most amazing vibes. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the coffee and plants they bring into this shop. It's amazing to see such success that they have within a week of opening. I enjoy following them on Instagram and tik tok because they are always updating their customers on a daily basis about specials, sales, and new drinks/ food/products and they make amazing and funny content. While my husband and I were there, they had a line full of people and each person was extremely happy with their service and their beverages/ food or pastry. It went to show me the effort they put into these drinks and their staff. I ordered a fall into it iced latte and it was the best drink I've ever had! You could taste the creamy espresso as well as the hints of cinnamon. I am obsessed with this drink! I brought my family here too on another occasion and I tasted their drink and it was just as delicious! I am so happy that I am supporting this coffee and plant shop that is women owned, minority owned, and focused on helping low income communities and the environment. If you're looking for a delicious cappuccino, Mundial is the place to go. The espresso was rich and flavorful, and the milk was steamed perfectly to create a smooth and creamy texture. The foam was also beautifully textured. The interior of the cafe had a welcoming atmosphere with plants throughout. There were also a few tables with seating, as well as a counter where you could order your coffee. There were also some products that could be bought, such as coffee beans and pastries. Overall, I had a great experience at Mundial. The coffee was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there were some products that could be bought. I had a great experience from beginning to end. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Everything we ordered came out looking great and tasted even better. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without making us feel rushed. They checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambience was also very enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. Mundial offers a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee related drinks. However, what truly stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. I had ordered a strawberry matcha with cold foam, but it was missing when my coworker picked it up. I called the store to report the issue, and the staff member who answered was incredibly responsive. They immediately refunded the cost of the missing cold foam. The owner also called me to apologize and went above and beyond to make things right. First off, the ambiance is super cool. You enter a forest of amazing looking plants and you immediately get into a trance seeing how green and serene a coffee shop can be. If you're looking for real coffee in Riverside and want to support local businesses thrive, you gotta go to Mundial. I got a pour over and it was worth the wait.
