Customer service was exceptional. The menu was explained in detail by one of the workers, suggestions were made, and questions were asked in terms of what my preferences are in a burger. I like their different fry options (jerk seasoning, yes!) I like that they have more than one vegetarian burger option, on top of the meat types of course. No frills. The shakes are little expensive for what they are but they still taste ok. I feel like the burgers maybe been a little more...oomph? I don't know how to explain it. I ordered delivery, so I cannot comment on the physical location, but I *can* comment on one of the most amazing burgers I have ever had. I got the double jalapeno burger, cajun fries, and a mint milkshake. My order was prepared quickly and the food was cooked to perfection. I devoured the burger immediately and could barely finish the pile of cajun fries that came with it. The mint shake was so delicious! I called to place a to go order for a turkey burger and fries and a malt. When I called a young lady took my order and told me it would be about 15-20 mins. I stopped over next door to get something, then I came in and paid for my order and left. What really got to me is that they use to have lemonade and for some odd reason they discontinued it. So since I don't drink pop I decided to get the malt. When I got my food home I tasted the turkey burger and it didn't taste good to me at all. I am not sure if it was different from what they normally use but it wasn't good at all. Although the food was good, what I witnessed at this location left me with a bad after taste. The cashier who took my order was friendly and helpful. However, I was disturbed by the actions of one of the managers that worked there. While I was waiting for my order, I witnessed a car park in the only handicap parking spot in the parking lot out front. There were no visible handicap placards or plates on the car. A man approached her as she was getting out of the car to confront her. She brushed him off and entered the store. She made a joke to one of the other cashiers as she entered about the incident and proceeded to get something behind the counter. The man outside was visibly taking pictures of the car and came into the store. He said he'd like to speak with a manager about this violation. She then said she was the manager and continued to brush him off. She gave him a card and continued with what she was doing. When the man finally left, I heard her and the staff members at the counter joking about the encounter. Very disappointed by the staff at this location and will never come back. read more

The food is good and the service has always been friendly! It usually is ready in a reasonable amount of time and if not they always compensate you in some way. I've been here a number of times and always order to go. It's right across from Mac college so it's not really a "dine in" place although you totally can and there is some seating. I cannot believe I lived without this place. By far the best burger I have had as as long as I can remember. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the bun wasnt wet, which seems to be the problem I have most places. I am pretty picky with how I like my food, but they get my order just right everytime. They have a very impressive menu of burgers, but my go to is the double burger, and I just build from there. My husband and I went here with our boys for the first time yesterday. There was nothing special about the burger. I ordered the original and they barely put any ketchup or mustard on the burger and it was also greasy. Not to mention it put us on the toilet! Been having gas since yesterday...smh and constantly on the toilet. I also got their Cajun fries. They were ok but way too much Cajun seasoning to the point to where it was way too salty! It seems like they fry the fries then add the Cajun seasoning after. Our kids didn't even eat the sandwich after one bite which is good because they would have diarrhea too...smh it's a no for us. I really enjoyed coming to this little burger shop. This a really cool neighborhood with smoothies, and fresh bread. Well anyway no other place do burgers like they do. They seem to have a freshness to it, and their burger seems to be just a little bit bigger than most. Even better than a Big Mac or Whopper. Their ingredients in the dandwiches has a freshness taste to it, or you could even add bacon or an egg to go with it. Also it is good to finish it off with a caramel shake. They screwed up and served me a single instead of the California I ordered, but I didn't care or mention it--I just ate the thing because I was hungry. Stopped in today for lunch with a co-worker. The two of us go out for burgers about once or twice a month. This place is a welcome addition to burger joints near where we work. The place is attractive inside with more room than you might expect from the outside. The person taking my order was pleasant and patient with my questions (had never been to My Burger before today). It's obvious burgers are made to order and there are a lot more options for toppings than at most places (only Smashburger comes close). All burgers come with fries so don't be misled by the price. My California burger (minus tomato) was $7.25 ($.50 extra from the standard $6.75 because I wanted cheese). Our burgers came pretty quickly considering it was lunch time. The burger had a nice char on it (bonus points) and was meaty, tasty, and well seasoned. Juicy, too. Fries were good; better than Culvers by a long shot but not as good as the shoestring potatoes at Smashburger. We dipped them in their sriracha mayo which is more of a dip than a mayo, IMO. Really brightened them up (albeit made them more fattening I suppose). All in all, I would say the burger here is better than Smashburger, WAY better than Five Guys, and edges past Culvers too because (a) the burger is slightly bigger and (b) the bun is better, but mostly (c) there is a lot more burger flavor here. Since the standard butterburger at Culvers (with cheese) is about $3.25 and fries takes it to $5.25, I think My Burger is worth the extra buck. Welcome to the party in MacGroveland, My Burger. So my daughter is old enough to go trick or treating with her friends, so we were all freed up to do our own thing. We decided to go to My Burger and try to eat healthy, well at least one of us. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (Lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and pepper jack cheese). To even be healthier, I ordered the side salad instead of their steller fries. The reason I am writing this review is that i was pleasantly surprised by how the chicken was cooked. The chicken breast was grilled in such a way it turned out somewhat crispy. The great thing was the breast was still juicy even without mayo on the sandwich. The side salad was nothing spectacular, but the spicy Cesar dressing was a nice touch. I have to say I have had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich at another MyBurger location, but it was not crispy and was somewhat dry. So kudos to whomever cooked up my chicken breast last night. read more

You know that color fried foods get, when cooked in old oil? The kind of dark dark, not golden brown look? You know that empty crunch you get, when there's no discernable onion in your onion rings? How about that burning feeling in your mouth, persisting on your lips, after consuming super-salty french fries? That's what i'm feeling after TRYING to consume rings and fries from MyBurger in MacGroveland. The onion rings were simply impossible to eat, crunching into hard little bits with zero onion flavor, and LOTS of salt. The fries were even worse. My mouth is trying desperately to salivate away the burning swollen-lips feeling one gets after having eaten something HEAVILY salted. The burger, priced at approximately $20/lb., was passable, but certainly not worth crossing a street for. Jeez, now i'm getting salt sweats. Damn you MyBurger. Another over-priced, drastically underperforming, fast-food insult to human decency. Stay away. read more
