    Basil Fried Rice
    Anna B.

Hidden gem (I think, I'm a tourist LOL) First night in Denver and our Airbnb host recommended this place to us - forgot to take a pic of the veg egg rolls before eating them (comes with 2 rolls / 4 pieces) - very clearly homemade and soooo good Drunken noodles (mild - ask for the spice rack to do it yourself!!) are the best I've ever had NO DOUBT. Soo perfectly balanced with soft noodles, tender chicken, and the right amount of veggies and herbs. Basil fried rice was flavorful but light, fresh and came out so hot. Absolutely a winner!! Server was friendly but not chatty, fit our vibe perfectly. Definitely a no frills restaurant, but still nice for an evening out - def seems to be super popular for take out too!

Tasty khao soi. Portion size was on the smaller side, not quite worth it for the price ($21) but enjoyable flavors. Service was slow albeit friendly. There's a parking lot behind the building which is a little tricky to find.

I have been wanting to try this Thai spot for a while but it turned out to be a disappointment - The restaurant has its own parking lot in the back - friendly service - has a drink menu with plenty of cocktails (which we didn't try so can't comment on them) - not busy at all during weekday nights We ordered two dishes and both were disappointing. The grilled beef salad was very small. Flavor was good - had rich spices. However, the beef were not tender. The second dish was the Spicy Seafood Stir-fry - one of their "signature dishes" from the menu, which turned out to be a major disappointment: tiny portion in a big plate (the whole plate had two shrimps, two two pieces of squid, two small pieces of tilapia, and two mussels). Seafood was not very fresh but chewy and fishy. I was still hungry after eating the whole $18 entree. I will not go back.

Placed a to go order and it was still delicious I ate it back at the house. I ordered a pad Thai with chicken protein and level 3 spicy hot. It is spicy, which is how I like it. Would highly recommend!

Came here for dinner and had a delightful meal! The menu had several great options but after talking with my server I decided to get the pumpkin curry since I was told it was their specialty. The pumpkin curry was AMAZING! Although I did ask for Thai spicy and my food was maybe level 3 hot, the pumpkin gave a great flavor and texture to the curry. I also ordered their ginger tea and it was a great compliment. The place is small but cozy and has a nicely stocked bar. Would highly recommend!

We happened on this gem one day during a game delay. It was convenient and had ample parking. This cute restaurant is modern and had a new feeling to it. The mix of wood and metal decor was nice. We were promptly seated. It took a little while to get a server but they were able to get us our food fairly quickly. The food was good. We had a very hot soup and some curry. The food was a little spicier than we anticipated but really good. Portions are right about the right size. I would recommend.

We just got into town and my family was starving. We wanted a place to quick walk to and my daughter found this place online. Excellent service and delicious food. We highly recommend.

I came in with no reservation on a Thursday night and I believe we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, but it was so worth it. It's decorated very well, with an authentic clean and fancy feeling, even though it's hard to really get fancy in Denver Although they were so many things on the menu, I wanted to try, I love a good khao soy so I had to give that a shot first. It was so good and the portions are so generous. I also started with the iceberg lettuce appetizer, which was yummy like a salad and we had the mango sticky rice to finish it all off. The mango was perfectly ripe and sweet and in season, this is one of my favorite desserts, and I was so lucky to get it at this time of year

We were the only people in the restaurant, yet our server repeatedly forgot basic things like drinks, chopsticks, and hot peppers. We had to remind her multiple times throughout the meal. To top it off, there was a 5% "kitchen appreciation fee" added to the bill. Sorry, but paying your employees should not be the customer's responsibility through surprise fees. It's a shame because the food was genuinely very good. But great food can only carry a place so far when the service is this poor. Another one bites the dust.

Not just a little, it added an almost acrid flavor. The chicken was cooked fine. We ordered the cha siu and tom yum Noodles. The cha siu was fine, but, definitely overcooked, the lack of sauce just made it just a cooked piece of pork, rather than what is truly "cha siu" I truly had a gripe with the $24 tom yum noodles. Immediately as I arrived I knew what this was - this is mama noodles, $0.25 cent mama noodles packets but made with spaghetti - and completely salty and inedible at that. Truly, the profit margin on this dish must be astronomical. // I just checked, they were going to charge me $28 dollars - I asked to sub out shrimp since I was allergic, and TWO pieces of tofu was an additional $24+4 - insane? We had the eggplant as a replacement, it was fine. My server attempted to explain away the tom yum noodles as being too "green onion forward" - lady, I literally make mama noodles at home everyday. Don't sell me a fake story. It's an okay restaurant, slightly higher prices due to its renown. But it's clear the owners are not Chinese, Thai or Korean. At this point in my life, I don't like leaving a bad review, but mid food layered with mild deceit leaves a bad taste.
