Nacho Daddy Today my wife and I decided to check out another location of Nacho Daddy in Las Vegas, to see if they were consistent with locations regarding service, food quality and overall satisfaction. Sat us quickly! Music was great and upbeat, not the typical mariachi. The style of the place is like a sports bar atmosphere. The Restuarant is bright, electric, outgoing and welcoming! 3:37pm Our server, a young lady with red hair named Sam, was welcoming and asked if it was our first time to this restaurant. We said no. (we had been to another location on Sahara, check out my review) 3:43pm Promptly brought us waters and took our order. Both men's and women's restrooms were absolutely clean, have both paper towels and Dyson hand dryers. 3:46pm Sam brought out our bottomless nachos and salsa. All salsa options are delicious however we like medium the best! Sitting in the booth my seat faced directly into the kitchen area. Those preparing food looked competent and the kitchen was very clean. 3:56pm Our food was brought to our table by someone other than our server, a young man with glasses, immediately after, Sam appeared to ask if we needed anything for now. When you eat here, remember to pace yourself as each bite is filled with more flavor than before! It's hard not to eat it so fast! Don't fill up on bottomless chips waiting for your entrees, you'll be glad you saved room! 4:08pm Sam came by and refilled our water. 4:12pm came by and asked if we were still doing ok and if we needed anything. Have to say the guacamole is super fresh and bursts with flavor! No ingredients are over powering! Nacho plates come out of the kitchen 8" stacked high! 4:22pm we paid our bill with Sam! She was so lovely, and really loves being here, you can tell all employees love being here! My wife and I give this location 5 out of 5 stars, for overall value! The food, people, atmosphere, and location make this a must stop for lunch or dinner! You can't afford to pass this place up if you're just passing through Las Vegas or if you're here for three days, heck if I lived here our family could eat here three times a week, it's that good! We were a party of three that made reservations a few weeks before so we were excited to finally get a table. I love the environment with the open walls and the fresh air and the music was excellent, seemed like 90's pop rock and it really made it a nice environment. The kitchen does appear to be missing doors LOL so we starred at mops and supplies through the opening but that was fine, doors are probably on their way lol We had the queso appetizer, chicken wings, filet mignon fajitas and the chicken quesadilla. Since we checked in on our Yelp app we got a free margarita and it was YUMMY! Every employee we encountered was polite. We enjoyed the experience and look forward to visiting again. The bad parts were, name it whatever you want but the filet mignon nachos did not include filet mignon. The meat was grizzly and tough, or cut wrong - it was not filet mignon. Also, when we were all done eating I was asking the waitress about deep friend ice-cream and she tried to describe it but then admitted she's never had it and doesn't know how it's made. So for the three of us, we ordered one, excited to share. When brought to our table we dug in - fresh ice cream and cinnamon covered homemade nacho chips - oh hey wait, this isn't deep friend ice-cream. So when our waitress came by I said "this doesn't seem like deep friend ice cream" and she said "yeah they brought you the wrong dessert." At that point I thought for sure she was going to get us the right one, but nope. Then I thought for sure she'd take it off our bill, but nope. She acknowledge they brought the wrong dessert and did nothing to rectify it. That was odd to me. So if they brought the wrong dessert then what kind of steak nachos were we eating? We paid and scooted. The food was good (minus the strip steak nachos which my partner left at least 98% on his plate, and the waitress never inquired about any issue). The waitress we had needs more training on customer service and how to handle issues like bringing the wrong food to a table. Again, we love your place and look forward to visiting again! read more

We went on Fridays night 2/24 the place was extremely busy, a 45 minute wait time. So we decided to go and sit in the bar area. The start was not to bad. However my cup had a good chip in it. I had ordered the fajita burrito with chicken. My fiancé food was fine, my burrito came out with steak and it was cold the shredded cheese was not even melted. Once we were able to tell someone they expedited my food. Once it came out again the order was wrong it was a different burrito than what I had ordered. We felt like it was not even worth trying to have them fix it again for a second time. As we were told we are busy and got slammed and they are trying to get food out asap. We paid the $50.00 bill and left. It's really frustrating. read more

I have always been a fan of nacho daddy! The food quality has changed. The hot salsa was still really good but some of the nachos aren't as good as they used to be. For example, the enchilada nachos were always my favorite but now it seems there's a very heavy unpleasant chili powder flavor and not as much cheese and sour cream as it used to have. There's still an abundance of shredded chicken and that's fantastic! It was still a decent meal. My daughters loved the Vegas knights nachos and my son adored the crab & lobster nachos! read more

My husband and I went to the friends and family opening today and the food was amazing! We had the chicken quesadillas, golden knights nachos, fish tacos and fried ice cream. This was our first time trying out a Nacho Daddy and we were pleasantly surprised! I don't know why, but I thought this would be a fast food kind of deal so when we realized there was a full menu and bar, we definitely had it on our list of places to try and I'm glad we finally stopped by! We went on a Thursday evening. It was busy in there but not overly so. We decided just to sit at the bar because there were plenty of open seats. The bartender greeted us right away. I ordered the Pineapple Mint margarita and my husband went with the Spicy Cucumber Margarita. I thought mine was really good. Kind of like a margarita mojito but it wasn't overly sweet. Really good! My husband really enjoyed his spicy marg. For food we got the Golden Knights Nachos. These were pretty tasty. It came with filet mignon chunks on it and those were very tender. It comes with shredded cheese on top and with queso as well. I think it could have used a little more queso. We ended up with a lot of dry chips. We also got the Lobster and Crab Enchiladas. These were good too. Definitely recommend splitting entrees - that's what we did. No way we could have eaten the nachos and then an entree each!! read more

Pork carnitas - pork does not seem to be marinated or flavored at all. The red onions and toppings help but a bit underwhelmed by this dish Got the strawberry daddy margarita - does not taste like fresh strawberries. There was absolutely no pulp or seeds and tasted more like a punch or kool aid flavor. Queso dip appetizer was wonderful. Ordered the vegan nachos with black beans. Was surprised that the queso on the nachos wasn't very good - I thought it would be the same as the dip appetizer- but it was very disappointing. The vegan 'sour cream' was very tasty. Ordered trio of enchiladas - got three chicken not the trio of ground beef, pork and chicken. Server was really nice and ordered the other two types for us. Rice with the enchiladas was really good. Roasted corn was really good as well. Our server, Cheri, was great and very helpful. We did have a few issues with our order (not Cheri's fault) so they kindly reduced our bill a little bit. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars but giving them a 4 because they just opened and there is always a learning curve. Would be happy to try them again in the future read more

Nachos were not of the daddy level.... We went for the first time and got shrimp nachos.... It was very sad the standard they came out in. A whole six shrimp on top and cheese on top only. I enjoyed my enchiladas but looked over and saw a pile of chips with no toppings or anything where there were supposed to be nachos.... Haven't and will not be back again. It was a disappointing experiences. This was our first time here, and we were excited to try it out. The food was not very good. We ordered steak with my burrito but delivered chicken. We were hungry, so we didn't want them to remake the dish. The chicken was dry and had no flavor. We also ordered the supreme nachos with chicken, and chicken was dry, with no flavor and not enough cheese. However, the Mexican corn was very good, and it's the only food I enjoyed eating. My boyfriend and I are huge Nacho Daddy fans so we always make an effort to eat it when we're in town. This location is newer and I actually liked it a lot because it's not as busy as the one on the strip and the building itself doesn't feel as small as the one in downtown. It was about 30 min wait for party of 2 on a Saturday night, but since we were both over 21, we were able to get a seat at the bar immediately. The food was delicious as always, and the bartenders were super friendly. We will probably start coming to this location more often read more

The location is very nice and the inside looks clean. Staff is also nice and attentive. They also partner with Telson which I think is super cool. I've visited the downtown location and prefer this location. I tried a white peach margarita and was not a huge fan. For around $15 a glass you would think there would be a little more effort put into the garnish of the drinks. The nachos were good, but honestly overpriced, $20+ per main entree. I decided to rate this at 3 stars because everything is overpriced. I also wish they had the option of a half size because the nachos come in huge portions. They aren't a good item to take home because they get soggy and are much different reheated. read more

I love coming to this place. The staff always knows us and treats us well. Tehillah is my favorite server of all time. She's friendly and on top of drinks! The margaritas here are pretty good and the food is, in my opinion, good as well. I took a buddy here one time and we had scorpion shots, which he really enjoyed. They have tvs everywhere playing old music videos and I really like watching those. There is a fun game on the kids menu, if you've got young ones. Over the past 3 years, we've gotten to know several servers by name and they have hooked my son up with a yummy dessert more than once. read more

My husband, and I have gone to Nacho Daddy numerous times now during happy hour. We always sit at the bar because Dean is a Sweetheart and a great server! She always greets us with a smile on her face and is happy to help us. She also makes great recommendations, so we ordered the barbecue chicken nacho and the enchilada nacho. We shared the steak fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious and they were presented flaming - no Juan's needed if you want a little show! We love Nacho Daddy and we love this location. My wife has always liked the food but is not a big fan of Fremont Street. This location is next to our main Costco and she loves to bring our kids and friends when they come to town to visit. The overall vibe is always very fun and the employees have been fantastic every time we've visited. And, of course, there's the food. We love it. I've always loved good nachos and the variety and options here are excellent. You'll see us regularly and we'll try to bring friends who come to town or follow us down here to live. This girl knows her stuff and nacho daddy is lucky to have her. I always truly appreciate when the service is good and it's always on point at Nacho Daddy. Very cool lace . The food was really good. My husband had a vegan nacho and I am not a big vegan fan comes to vegan cheese and vegan sour cream. However in taking a fall by you would never know it was vegan it was very good. I have a special margarita the Blanco margarita and it was so yummy I would have that again however it was very expensive opted to have a house margarita for the second round. I had crab and lobster enchiladas which I love except the corn tortillas were a little thick , However with chips and guacamole were yummy and they play 90s videos on their TVs and I know every song and it was so fun that I would like to go back just for the atmosphere. I ordered the second margarita and she comes back and she says the bartender made extra margarita and I get all of it so it was like two margaritas one. It so good so I had three margaritas and I know my husband because I got a little drunk and he had to drive home. I visited the location on the strip once before and it left me with a pretty good impression. Food was delicious and vibes were vibing. I was excited to try this new location. We ordered lobster tacos, filet mignon nachos, and the apple nacho dessert. For drinks, we got beers and a cucumber jalapeño margarita. Everything was so tasty and delicious! First time trying this place...new to Las Vegas...we had a terrible experience...waited over 30min for our food and our food was served cold...we call the waitress over and she was very apologetic and brought the manager over...the manager offered to redo our order, however, it would take another 30min...we didn't want to wait so we took our food to go. Manager discounted our food (but not by much). We appreciate Hayley for being attentive to our needs. The manager, had an "I don't care attitude". We came home and heated the food up and it was tasteless and ended up throwing the food away. We will not be coming back to your establishment....what a disappointment...you just lost a customer.
