I'm not a picky eater by any means but we won't ever return to Nacho Daddy. I'm a nacho fanatic so I was very disappointed. The cost for nachos seemed high at first, but we thought it'd be worth it. Once we received our food, we all determined that the cost is actually *astronomical* because you're essentially receiving a plate of chips. We ordered the steak nachos and there was minimal sauce and almost no meat at all. We were all very unimpressed and determined we could get more affordable and way more filling/more substantial nachos at a ton of bars in midtown. It also took foreverrrr to receive our food. Ours was hot, but my aunt's food was cold and the waitress was extremely rude about it when she asked her to just heat it up for a second. The one positive would be the vibes. 90's pop played throughout the restaurant with accompanying music videos and that was fun. It may be good for a drink but we won't be returning for food. read more

Great location, service, and food. As someone that goes to Vegas four times a year and visits ND there every trip, this location is doing them proud. The margaritas, triple dip, lemon pepper wings, and nachos were all executed perfectly. Really enjoyed the Nashville hot chicken nachos. Went there for cinco de mayo and expected a wait. Go to the restaurant at 730 and stood in line to speak with the hostess till 750. At 750 I checked the open table app to see if I should just make a reservation. They had an opening at 8 so I made the reservation. I got to the hostess desk at 8 and advised her I had a reservation for two at 8. The hostess rolled her eyes and had a terrible attitude. She asked if I wanted to sit at the bar and I said no I'd like a table. She told me it would be 45 min so we said okay and waited. The whole time she was at the hostess table she was cursing about her coworkers and how much she hated it here and was extremely rude to the guests. At 810 the manager came out and was able to find us a table. I should add I counted 5 open tables in the restaurant while waiting. We got to our table and sat there till 840 and no one came to check on us get our order nothing. So we got up and left. I would not recommend this place it was dirty and the service was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Take your money somewhere that will provide service. read more

Food is so good! We have eaten at the one in Las Vegas & had to try this one. Very friendly service folks and the manager is extremely nice. If you get a chance, order the fried jalapeños to add to your food do it! So tasty! The restaurant has a very cool vibe to it. We will be back for sure! read more

Parking:Paid street parking is available nearby, starting at $1.75 per hour. We were able to find free parallel parking a few blocks away around 23rd Street. Wait Time:Our reservation was for 5 people at 7:00 pm. We were seated at 7:14 pm, and our waiter took our orders by 7:20 pm. The food didn't arrive until about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes later. Service:Our waiter was fantastic! Despite the multiple issues we faced, he did his best to make the situation work, even though much of it was out of his control. At the end of the night, Food complications and all, our food was paid for in full by the restaurant. Atmosphere:I really enjoyed the atmosphere--it had a sports bar vibe. The restaurant is two stories, so there's plenty of seating, with bars located on both floors. One downside was that the main kitchen is only on the bottom floor, which can add to the wait time if you're seated upstairs. Food:Unfortunately, the food was a letdown and didn't justify the long wait. * $6.95 for salsa? And there's a 4-person minimum? An authentic place would never! * Mild Salsa (1/5): This was bland, unseasoned, and honestly didn't even taste like it came from a jar. * Spicy Salsa: Slightly better but still not worth ordering (1/5) * Cheeseburger Nachos (2/5): The chips were soggy from sitting too long. It was just ground beef on chips, and by the time it arrived, it was more goopy than tasty. * Chicken Tinga Nachos (2/5): These came out with barely any cheese or toppings--just chips with a faint hint of chicken. The chicken flavor was decent, with a sweet sauce and a subtle kick, but when the waiter brought out a replacement, the extra cheese didn't make up for the lack of flavor in the chicken. * Chicken Quesadilla (3/5): A pretty standard quesadilla, but overpriced for what it was. It was also served cold, though it tasted fine once I reheated it at home. Overall:My friends and I left disappointed. The food was cold, inconsistent, and not worth the wait. It feels like the restaurant needs some time to get its act together, especially with summer approaching. I can't see myself returning anytime soon, and I'd only recommend it if you're in the area and have no other options. The food and drinks were pretty good and service was generally okay, but the prices are a little deceptive!! We went for lunch and ordered thinking we were ordering from their "quick bites" lunch special menu (11-6pm weekdays), but ended up getting the full priced entrees without knowing until we got the receipt. Everything on the quick bites menu was also on the normal menu and the names were the same, and we had no reason to know what the difference was. If the quick bites menu is actually different from the normal menu it would've been helpful if the waitress had asked to clarify what we meant to order because the prices ended up being 2x what we thought we were going to be paying. Would probably still go back, but I would definitely recommend clarifying if you want the lunch special when ordering! read more

Prices are a little high, but portion sizes are huge. Be prepared to share or bring home leftovers. Parking is paid but reasonable. We visited this restaurant on July 5th and had a terrible experience. We waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged our table, and when manager Tina C. finally came over, she didn't take our orders--just said she'd send someone. Five more minutes passed before she came back and reluctantly took them herself. We ordered margaritas, and one of my friends never received hers. Tina disappeared for most of the visit. Thankfully, food runner Malachi and FOH manager J'ya stepped up--J'ya made the drink herself and comped it due to the delay. When Tina returned at the end and we told her about the comp, she rudely replied, "I don't know anything about that," and walked away. Malachi and J'ya were amazing, but the overall service and Tina's behavior--especially as a corporate manager--was unacceptable. read more

Overpriced Mexican food... when you walk in, of course you're greeted. The host and hostess were really nice. We were sat near the bar, not an issue. However, the performance that we're singing were great just overly loud (the volume). I couldn't hear my partner across from me. Our waitress was very nice, her name was Chey. She did great and got our order correct and was attentive. The kitchen got my order incorrect and it was an easy fix. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with red enchilada sauce on top of it. I had more tortilla than anything. The bean and cheese to tortilla ratio was way off. The food is most definitely mid. You can go to nolensville road and get better Mexican food for a fraction of the price. I'm sure this is catered to tourist. read more

Service was amazing from the beginning. The host was pleasant, then when we were seated - we asked our server, Niya, if we could have a booth instead and she happily re-seated us. Niya was patient in explaining drink specials, making sure we were rung up for the deals correctly and had great suggestions for food and Margs. She was training another server and I can see why - she did an amazing job checking on us throughout the evening, not rushing, and celebrating other guests who go scorpion shots. Her attitude was fun and welcoming. My partner doesn't eat beef and she also helped us switch the fajita nachos to shrimp. I got the chicken tinga nachos which were delicious and we also got a spicy cucumber marg and the white peach marg - both amazing. We also had two managers and a chef check on us during our stay and everyone was so nice - even giving us a card for free queso and chips on our next visit.
