This is a tough review because on so many levels the burger hit as five star. The amount of wagyu ground meat was impressive. It was rich, greasy and flavorful. Here's where I wouldn't mind seeing some variation: The burger presented is served one way. There are two items on the menu. The burger and the fries. Perhaps it might be wise to broaden the menu with two or three other items or burger options. Buffalo, perhaps? Chicken or fish? Something vegan? Otherwise, supporters may tire. The beef tallow fries were good and unique, however, not immensely exciting. Also, it would be nice if the jalapeño was fresh not pickled. Service was good. Ambiance is a little dark for a burger joint. Wishing them well and glad we deviated course from Capital Grille for burgers to try this new place. Next time it may be a toss up between the two but I would return. Kudos for a new spin on America's greatest standby lunch option. read more

If your ever downtown Denver and want a juicy delicious Cheese burger then look no further! NADC serves a mean, gnarly, awesome burger made with Wagyu quality beef! Full of flavor that wants you to savor every bite! I got a 3 Patty cheese burger which typically only comes with two but for an extra $8 you can add an additional patty. (I'm glad I did) and it comes with onions, pickles and jalapeños! I also got a side of fries which are pretty damn good! Plus they're fried in beef tallow! And finally I got a chocolate chip cookie to go which is rich, moist and extremely delicious. Not a dry crumbly cookie. The spot has a lot of seating which is great for lunch with co workers and friends and even for a date night or with family. They also serve beer and cocktails which was a plus! Has an old school skate shop vibe ambience. Now it is a little expensive but you get what you pay for. And it's definitely worth every penny! Guys working were awesome but I think the dude who took my order was having a bad day or wanted me to order more quickly since he was also running the grill. All and all, 10/10 I would definitely recommend it and will return. read more

This burger was by far one of top 3 burgers I've had in my life. I do wish they had bacon but even without it, just meat cheese and that's is the burger was seasoned so well. And the bun was toasted. I added fries onto mine also and it made it even better. The service was nice also. The guy was very patient . They play rock music which I didn't hate and also was pleasantly surprised by. If you don't like the music, there is a great patio you can sit out front on and eat also. read more

For all the hype around a $17 smash burger...it's alright. I got the Wagyu double and added a third patty. The enjoyed the beef tallow fries. Only 2 items on the menu, burger/fries and then the toppings. Honestly you don't need the loaded fries. The plain ones were bangin. Food came out quickly. New looking spot with a fence around the front. Seemed busy with a lot of first timers also. Everyone was happily eating and cleaning up after themselves. My only problem was paying over $70 for two light-medium sized burgers, two orders of fries, one soda and one shot. Burger was a sloppy mess, greasy, couldn't taste the sauce, I ate it immediately and had to power through it before the bun completely fell apart and everything turned to soup. There is also no bathroom which I assumed was illegal. Had to go next door and awkwardly ask to use the bathroom of a vintage store/bar. I will say you can taste the quality of the meat but it's not worth the price. I paid $52 for two burgers and fries with no drink. Service was very average. Also the topings (jalapeños, pickle, and cheese) weren't that great and overly salty. We were excited to taste the hype for ourselves since we frequently find ourselves chasing the best burger in Denver. Super bummed. The burger was unremarkable, the sauce was weird (and that's from a Thousand Island lover, which is basically what they add as a sauce), and the fries were disappointing for being tallow-fried. They're just thick-ish fries. The spicy ketchup was interesting though. Ambiance struck us as gritty-concrete-sparse, which might be what they're going for, but didn't strike us as inviting. Especially by the time you add in expensive and annoying Larimer parking, the $52 burger and fries for two is a definite "no." read more

At $8 a patty this should not need anything much less too much of an otherwise good thing. The Junior is small and the regular won't be much more for 2x the price. I hate leaving bad reviews but I just have to give it a no go for us! I was super excited and drove around for 20 mins just trying to find a parking spot to visit this place! The burger had literally no flavor other than pure salt! You couldn't taste the onions or pickles or even the burger itself, because it was so salty! It seemed like a really popular place and maybe it was just on off day but I can't say we will be going back for this over priced burger. read more

Beat burger in history! I went here with my buddies a couple of time but every time it is amazing. If you are near NADC you have to try it. The service is good but the ambiance is incredible! The yeti is sick and they have an old gaming setup at the entrance. They do need a bathroom that is easier to access. read more
