My issue is with the quality and time spent on the services. For a deluxe pedicure, which costs $45+, I expect the full service and attention that comes with that price. In the past, the deluxe service usually lasted 45+ minutes, while the basic service was around 30 minutes. My sister and I both received the deluxe service, yet she was completely done within 25-30 minutes. It felt rushed, with corners being cut by trying to do multiple things at once. Unfortunately, the callus remover was not done properly for either of us, which was very disappointing. After years of loyal business, I expected better quality and consistency.

We were all happy to come in and get out toes done, we walked in and let the know we didn't mind waiting, the girls know me so they smiled and said hi hunny long time no see, I was happy to see them again. I let them know we needed 4 pedicure then the manager yelled from across the room, you have appointment? I let her know we didn't but we also didn't mind waiting. She seemed to have been in a terrible mood, she looked at me and said no, we don't have time, you come back hmmm in 4 hours we do for you, I let her know we can't wait 4 hours that seemed excessive to me, she said leave come back in 4 hours. At that point I understood my business is not worth anything to this lady I felt bad inviting my friend and her mom there I said thank you and we walked out. We ended up walking across the street to royal nails and the ladies there actually treated us nice. I'm never going back to this place and definitely never recommending my friends or family there again.
