I originally asked for french tips, and the girl who did my nails could not get it right. so i eventually just told her to paint her entire thing white. it was very messy and bumpy and uneven. Masks are NOT enforced here and there were plenty of people not wearing them even though Yelp states masks are required to enter this business! No social distancing is being enforced here either! Manicure area has plexiglass but seats are very close. This place is dirty and I never saw any sanitizing of stations while I was here. Chairs are old and dirty looking. Technician, Huda (who was wearing his mask just under his nose) did an ok job but I did had to stay on top of him to do so. Toes nails were jagged, uneven with each other and there were tiny spots of paint left close to the cuticles. He did a half ass job of scrubbing my callouses and barely massaged my legs at all. He was pretty lazy and not at all friendly in the least. However, my sister's technicians, Sean and Nancy were way more accommodating, sweet, friendly and did a great job which is the only reason I am giving an extra star. I came in for a fill in today! I left very upset, it even made me cry! This is a place I use to love and enjoy coming too but I unfortunately had a bad experience and stopped coming l. I decided to give it another shot and regret it had a terrible experience today! Since I walked in all the nail techs were arguing about who would take me the place was empty but no one wanted to take me I knew it was not going to be great already. I sat down and the tech was grabbing her phone the whole time. Then another guest of hers arrived and she started rushing to get me done. I've been going to Palazzo for about 2 years. Everything has been great up until recently. About two weeks ago, I went in at 6 after work (they close at 8 and I'm usually out in an hour). The tech doing my nails was rushing and had a bad attitude. She made my French tips thick and when I asked if she could make them smaller, she huffed and said she would do it later, which she did not. After my nails were finished I tipped which she did not say thank you to and I paid but was not satisfied at all. Mai was so sweet and offered to redo them for me the way I had initially asked for. I went again two days ago for a polish change and the tech doing my nails was extremely sweet and did my toes amazingly. The only issue is that my nails have started cracking not even 48 hours later. I know this could happen with having white nails, but I've had white nails done here before and that did not happen. I've loved Palazzo and recommended it to many friends however recently the quality has not been as good as before. read more

It is so hard to find a good nail salon but thanks to yelp and the awesome reviews I found this spot. I had a formal event to attend on a Saturday evening so that morning I took a chance and came to Palazzo Nail Spa. There is plenty of parking since it is located in a strip mall across from the Publix. No appointment was required and mask were optional for the guest. The salon was spacious and upscale. Upon arrival I was greeted by an amicable gentleman whom asked me what service I wanted and to pick a color. I explained that I wanted a french pedicure with gel polish. I was seated at a pedicure chair immediately. They offer you something to drink while you wait to get your service done. The Salon was busy so I waited about 20 minutes before the technician started on my service. My technician was friendly, she didn't say much but I wasn't in the mood for talking anyway. Such an amazing salon! This was my first time at the salon and I got an SNS manicure. I had Tu and he was AMAZING. Very gentle and paid attention to detail. He even gave me a mini hand massage after he had finished my nails. I almost fell asleep, it was so relaxing. The staff is very kind and I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. Very clean facility and I can tell they care about their clients. I know this because I asked Tu to fix a specific nail and he made no qualms about it. I asked for my sns to be removed along with a manicure just to leave with uneven nails, sns base (glue) and color still intact with my actual nail. Very first time here. Found this nail salon on yelp. I've been in the process of finding a new nail tech since my original one in Alpharetta moved. The wait time is extremely long so make sure you pack your patience! I expected it to busy since it was a Sunday. I got me and my daughters nails done. Acrylic with gel polish full for myself and just a polish for my daughter. Tu did both of our nails and he did it so efficient. He fixed the shape of my nails and I loved them. update: 2/10/2020: I used to love coming here. Tu and Phoebe have always been phenomenal and take their time been very attentive. After January we learned they were under new management. However we haven't been able to make appointments with Tu or Phoebe because they've been on vacation. I tried with Cindy and she did a good job. I liked my nails a lot. She did SNS on my natural nails that are already almond shaped and my mom got SNS and has square shape. In the end, i was charged $5 extra because almond shape costs more. Square shape isn't charged. I've never been charged an extra $5 for shaping my nail the shape it already is. I asked about this on my next visit because i was confused as to how if i were to go from Almond to square, i wouldn't be charged but to keep my almond shape, i was charged an extra $5. Filing my nail should be a part of the service. I can see it being pricier for acrylic or course but not my own nail that is already shaped. I don't understand the reasoning for the charge and i never complain but it's a bit aggravating and i was never given a good explanation. It just doesn't make sense. I may be going back to my previous nail tech elsewhere. ------------- I just moved in the area a few months ago and I've had the same nail tech for 15 years but it's too far to drive there now. I read reviews about this place and i figuri would give it a try. I went with my mom and our friend. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and they asked what service we needed. We all wanted pedicures so they told us to sign in on the iPad and go ahead and choose a color. We all chose our colors pretty quick and were already told which seat numbers to sit in which i found very helpful and organized. The price is a little more than other places ($25 for pedicure if you're a woman and &27 if you're a man) but it's very clear you get what you pay for here. My nail tech was Linh and she was so detailed but also quick. My nails looked flawless. Everything looks clean and they were pretty busy and they just had a constant flow of techs working so there weren't any customers waiting at any point. That's unheard of.. I appreciate how quickly but detailed my pedicure was done and i will definitely be going here again. They also offer a lot of other services including gel,SNS, waxing, eyelash extensions and more. I'm glad i found a new place. Update: i came back because my mom told me she got her nails done by phoebe and she recommended her so i decided to make an appointment with her and give her a I decided to go for a natural SNS ombré look. I showed phoebe a picture of the shape i wanted on my own nails and another picture of the ombré i was looking for..when i tell you the final product was wayyyy better than the picture i initially showed her.
