Cheap pedicure, but you get what you pay for. She painted most of my toe instead of my toenail! Half-way through my pedicure, she asked if I could wait 5-minutes and she would come back so I thought she was going to use the restroom. After 15 minutes, I looked around and she was cutting someone's hair!! By the time she came back, my feet were pruny and she did a terrible job overall. Been here twice based on the reviews and my experience has been mixed. The pedicures have been great- carefully done and long lasting. The chairs are nice, and they've had the Food Network on the two time I've been there which is always a plus. However, the last time I was there I also got a manicure and that service was extremely disappointing. I'm not sure if it was because there were many walk-ins at that hour (around 6pm), but I had an appointment and I didn't expect the manicure to be rushed. While my pedicurist took her time, the lady who did my manicure probably finished in about 15 minutes. And the end, the polish at the tips were uneven and there was polish all over my cuticles. I can understand the desire not to lose walk-in customers, but I was very disappointed that my appointment was rushed. read more

This is really nice place, I got a full set (white tips + gel), nail art, and a spa pedicure, all for under $70. The thing that I didn' tlike was that I was bounced back and forth because my manicurist overbooked herself. The staff is all really sweet, and thorough with their job. And it's a wonderful quaint little place. My manicurist used new tools, for my manicure, as did my pedicurist. The pedicurist also did this wonderful hot towel massage, extremely relaxing, and helpful.Great place. read more

A co-worker and I went yesterday to get pedicures, We had to wait for about 15 minutes before we could even begin soaking our feet in the "massage" chairs; which didn't work. It wasn't after we started to leave they decided to turn the water on for us. They spend a long time on your nails, and give you a pretty long Massage, feet and leg. But my only gripe is they wear latex gloves with they do this, and my lady didn't use enough lotion/oil so it was like rubbing dry latex gloves up and down my leg for 15 minutes which i didn't enjoy. And if guess if you are allergic to latex don't go here... because that's all i could think about what if my legs break out in a rash and I'm too timid to tell her to take her gloves off???? All in all we spent 23 each because it was 20 for the pedi and 3 for the french tips. They did an OK job, my french i think was too think and they used that weird pink overlay on my friend's toes. If you're in a hurry, this might not be the place to go, but if you've got a while, I highly recommend Nail Touch. I got a gel fill for $20 and that's alright with me. The lady who did my nails was very particular about being careful with my thin cuticles and shaping my acrylic so that it flowed naturally on my fingers. She also made sure to correct the old acrylic from the last place I went to, making sure it wasn't lump. So awesome! The prices are fantastic here as well. I didn't get a pedicure, but they have various types depending on your budget and the chairs look awesome. Can't wait for flip-flop season. read more

I don't understand why there are so many one-star-negative reviews on here. These women do a great job! Linda is the owner, she has a bit of attitude which I believe she should change and be nicer (for being the owner). The BEST pedicurist is definitely Tina, I always tip her +$8. Second best is Sally! For Shellac manicure I recommend Jenny, although she has such a horrible attitude! So therefore I'd say Sally does a great shellac manicure with great personality. Come in. Remember to always pay attention to what these salons are doing to your hands and feet, talk and communicate about what you like, want, and don't like. read more

My favorite place to go to get my nails done. I never make appointments, usually I just come here after work, since it's on my way home. I have ventured off and tried other nail salons (closer to my house, because sometimes I'm too tired/lazy and I wait it out until I absolutely need a fill =X ) but I always end up wishing I had waited and just come here instead. First time came in for a refill once she started on me her "appointment" went in late so she stopped working on me to attend her I was there for over 1 hour!!!!!!! Nail Touch, also known as "The Nail Place by Costco" is definetly what you pay for. Its cheap, and the service isn't bad. But remember you're paying for cheap service. I loved going there when I was in HS, and every once in a while I still come back- because its cheap and fast. They're open till 8pm (i think) and always taking walk-ins. DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed here!! Last night, I was in the neighborhood and came in to get a mani/pedi while waiting for the traffic to die down before heading home. The mani/pedi was ok. I didn't get her name, but she has (blue tinted) tattooed eyebrows and eyeliner and speaks a decent amount of english. I was asked if I wanted to wax my eyebrows, that she was going to just clean them up. I said sure, thinking there's no harm in getting rid of a few strays here and there. We went in the waxing room. She had me lay down on the bed and doesn't say anything to me. Next thing I know she started waxing. Typically the wax person takes a look at the eyebrows, brushes it, looks at the shape, and even trims the hairs if need be.. NOPE. She didn't do any of that! She just went in! And did not offer a mirror to look at. I don't know what the heck she was doing. Now I know in my gut something was wrong. She tells me she's done and to look at the mirror on the wall. She totally botched my eyebrows!! They are half the thickness and uneven. One rounds up and the other one is flat and straight. I was too upset to say anything-- as I had already paid for everything (including tip) before getting my nails polished. I should have demanded a refund, but I just left feeling annoyed. I have much regret as my eyebrows take a long time to grow out. She didn't "clean up" my eyebrows, she changed it's entire shape and thickness. Now I'm thinking about getting bangs to hide them, it's really that horrible. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place! read more

I have been an "on and off" customer for at least 10 YEARS. I will never be a loyal customer to this salon, please continue reading to find out why. My mom, grandma, AND sister still come here, and we all leave great tips when great work is done. We know Linda, Sally, and Kim the best. My mom got me a gift certificate for my birthday to come here for a pedicure and full set with gel. I made an appointment to come in on Friday 5/23/14 at 5:30. When I arrived and sat down for my pedicure, a lady customer was quite upset and was demanding that someone finish painting her toes immediately. She was extremely rude and irate, and I thought to myself that she acted quite ugly. My manicurist finished my pedicure and was going to proceed with my full set until another young lady that she knew came in to the shop for her nails to be done. The manicurist asked me to wait, and I could not understand why since I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. This incident made me upset, but I quietly sat and waited... and waited. Linda finally came over to do my full set, but DID NOT do a good job. I believe she let the rude customer alter her mood because they exchanged works back and forth until Linda decided to IGNORE her. I asked for gel on my full set, and Linda painted my nails with a top coat instead. I asked her for gel again (because maybe she didn't hear me), and she LIED and said that it was gel that she had painted on my nails. When I asked her to see the bottle, she screamed for me to go and sit at another station to let my nails dry. I was polite until this point because I do not tolerate being screamed at by anyone. I told her that I do not deserve to be treated like that. It was quite embarrassing to be screamed at in front of the other customers. I spent my whole $73 gift certificate to be treated like CRAP. Linda knows better. She knows me quite well. My feet were done beautifully by another manicurist, but Linda did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. They looked awful on my birthday. My mom, grandma, and sister can still come here, but not me. There are too many other nail salons that would like repeat business. NEVER AGAIN will I come here. Another thing I witnessed during my visit was a girl come in for a refill. Linda turned her away and said; "I don't have time." Minutes later, another girl came in for a mani and pedi and was welcomed with open arms, practically. I'm beyond disgusted. read more

Just needed a manicure NOW, you know the feeling. Place I tried to go to couldn't take me for one hour so I left and came here, knowing where they were (next to Costco). Clean looking salon. They were not busy (Wednesday late morning) and took me right away. The lady who did my nails never told me her name. She was the only one without a short white coat on.....maybe the owner? Anyway. Nail Touch is inexpensive and you can usually get in fast on a walkup. I've been there many times over the course of the years, usually to take a rest after the Costco campaign. I've had good experiences here for pedicures, but generally pretty bad experiences with manicures. Strange, the same tech who can do a nice job shaping toenails does a horrible job shaping fingernails. And all I wanted was a natural, slightly rounded shape. Cut them too short too, so when I asked the manicurist to round the edges more, they were way too short and they still had ugly snaggy square corners. If the nails aren't shaped properly, doesn't matter if they do everything else right, it's a bad manicure. Don't know why, but my last 3 manicures there were terrible, so I've learned my lesson: feet only. read more

I came here with a friend expecting that we'd be done with plenty of time to spare. Nope. My manicure/pedicures took an hour and a half to complete! While initially, that might seem like an indication that the technician did an especially careful job, that wasn't the case. She simply seemed to drag out each step of the process without attention to detail, and as a result, my nails looked mediocre at best. The whole ordeal was relatively painful and slightly uncomfortable, and my nails haven't even lasted a few days. And while I didn't expect a luxurious experience, it's a little gross to have your hands rubbed with the same paper towel used to collect your nail clippings and dead skin (sorry). Yes, $25 is a great price, but I honestly would've rather spent a bit more elsewhere for a more efficient and pleasant experience. read more
