My set looked great, but what sets me back from making another appointment is cleanliness. The tools that she used were orange from rust, I've never seen that before. I had an appointment at 315pm with Rhiana for gel and advanced art. I was texted at 1123am saying that they had to leave work early due to an unexpected personal reason and asked when I was free to reschedule. I replied and suggested the next week. They confirmed. Halfway through the next week, my work schedule changed and I texted Panic Room back and didn't receive a response. I've since now sent three text messages and haven't received anything at all. No confirmation, no rescheduling option--absolutely no response at all. What a joke of a business that can't even adjust schedules and cancels at the last minute. read more

Rhiana does a great job to make sure that your nails are perfect, she doesn't cut you or take too much cuticle off, and her shaping skills are immaculate. The gel overlay also protects your natural nails, doesn't smell, and last a VERY long time, I only need to get touch ups every 3-4 weeks.
