I asked her to make sure she maintained my side walls and said I was ok with them needing to be longer if the length I specified would mean she had to file my side walls. This didn't happen. Side walls were filed off. 2. Nails look "ski sloped". 3. Set already looks grown out. It's been less than 24 hrs. 4. Salon was visibly dirty and tools were obviously being reused. I was at the salon on June 7th for a gel builder manicure. Within four days, two of my nails…read morecracked and one broke in half. I called within a week to let them know, and I was told the repairs would be done at no charge as long as I reported it within that timeframe. I was also advised to take photos to document the date in case I couldn't come in right away. When I came in today, I was told I would be charged because I had gel builder, as if a gel builder manicure is only expected to last four days. I showed the picture and let them know what I was told, unfortunately they do not keep their word. This was very disappointing and completely inconsistent with what I was originally told. To make matters worse, after fixing the nails, the staff did not help me find a color that matched my existing nails and instead rushed me to "make a decision." The entire experience felt unprofessional and customer service was clearly not a priority. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me why I stopped coming here in the first place. It seems the focus is more on making money than on standing behind the quality of the work or taking care of customers. I left feeling disappointed.
