I paid $35 in totally. I wouldn't go back. Because usually nail salons push your Cuticles back and cut them, but she didn't do that. And my nails aren't even, there ALL cricket IT DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHAPES. I don't like them. And when she shaped my nails it's not even she cut them and filled them down, it still looks like a square, she was just doing how she liked it. I would give this place 0 stars for their service if I could. I walked in after the gym to get my eye brows waxed for $8. They took me in pretty fast which was good. But literally spent 3 minutes on my eyebrows. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed numerous times at various places and this place is by far the worse. No shaping, no trimming whatsoever! I only had a card on me, so the lady said it was a $12 minimum (when the sign said anything under $10 means there will be a 0.75 charge..wtf?) So then I decided to get a basic manicure for $12 to make things easier. The lady that did my nails was a straight up B****!!! Like something was up her ass!! She did not greet me, or nothing. You know when someone is irritated and gives you attitude. Yeah, that was her. I don't know what the hell I did to her. Or if thats just how she is. One of her clients came and was waiting for her, and the whole time she was chopping it up with her client. She did my manicure in like 5 minutes. And then the worse part is her painting. She did such a horrible job at painting my nails! It looks like shit. Like my 3 yr niece could've done a better job. There are white spots that she missed, cuticles that she did not even trim. She rushed the whole damn thing. I was SOOOOO PISSEDDD!! After I was done, she did not even have the courtesy to tell me to dry my nails under the UV thing. She took me straight to the register. I'm usually really nice when it comes to tipping. Even if its just decent service, I will always tip 15%. If the service is great, I usually do 20% or above. I said you told me it was five dollars on the phone and she argued and said it's $5 for hands and $7 for toes. She didn't specify there would be a difference when on the phone. I decided to try a new salon this week for a gel manicure. The salon was not all bad but definitely did not leave me wanting to come back! Staff-not customer friendly, the lady doing my manicure was soo busy speaking in her language loudly, it was borderline uncomfortable and annoying! Manicure-I asked for a gel manicure, which is the new manicure that last 2 weeks without chipping, so it's 25.00 with a manicure. She did do a good job on my nails but I have no idea where the manicure went. She slapped lotion on my arm, then told me to wash my hands and hadnt even rubbed in the lotion, could still see the white from the lotion on my arms. Atmosphere-the salon is new, so the inside is nice and has great potential! We keep coming back because they have the best deal for a spa manicure and they really take their time to help you relax! They are usually really nice and have great customer service. But MiMi did my nails this time and I felt that she was very standoffish and rude. When i asked if she can cut my nails shorter she just looked at me and so I asked again and she said later. She would never tell me to relax my hand she would just tap my finger and never speak. Then she put my hand under the uv light and my nail bumped the machine and she rolled her eyes like it was my fault. I absolutely recommend this nail place. I drive 20 min to go here instead of going somewhere near my house. And I have never had any issues. They're all super nice and on hot days they'll bring you out water bottles. They always listen to how I want my nails and don't sit there and pressure me to spend more money. They have a ton of polish colors. I always get acrylic and their prices are 25 for a set and 15 for a fill. I have been going to this salon since it opened, and I love it! They are not high priced, but they do better work than many others. I have probably been to 6 or 7 other salons, including spas, and I never have my nails turn out as good as they do from the Nail Chateau. I have gone to all the ladies that work there and they are always nice and polite. It is true that the ladies in this salon do talk to their co-workers, but that doesn't bother me at all. I have never felt like they were talking about me or other customers. When I go in to have my nails done that is MY time. I don't want to chit chat. I want to read quietly or listen to music or audio books. It is hard to carve out any me time away from the kids, so when I finally do, I much prefer a place where they don't need me to talk and keep them entertained. read more

Made and confirmed reservations, got there and they were TOO BUSY!!!!!! I came to this nail salon to get a gel manicure(which is supposed to be chip free) and pedicure for a wedding. My first experience was good, so I came back. The second time, my nail polish chipped, my natural nail cracked, my toe nail polish was uneven and that was all in the same week the service was done. So I went back to have it corrected. I mentioned to my technician that my nail was cracked and she said it was just the gel. Because it was a small crack, I trusted that it may have been. Well after getting my manicure and pedicure, three days later I noticed that my small crack was now even more, so again I went back to the salon. This time another technician dipped my nail in powder and said that would fix the nail...wel it did not. In fact, it made it worse. And now other nails were cracked and damaged. Needsless to say when I went in today to have the gel removed this was my last time as a patron to this salon. read more

I've never been too disappointed. They are very clean & always usually provide what I ask for when it comes to nails. I come here all the time. I understand it gets busy on weekends, but I wish their appointment system was set up better. I called ahead asking to come in, and a lady told me to come back in an hour & they will take me (but she didn't ask for my name or make an appointment), so I figured that they wouldn't be busy around then. When I went back, they were still busy and asked me to wait another half hour. I tried to explain I was told to come back after an hour but they still didn't take me. I would recommend making a firm appointment time with your name, especially on the weekends. That way you're guaranteed to be taken right away. But overall my favorite place to go. read more

Last night I decided to try a new salon next to the gym. I had a manicure and a pedicure. First was the pedicure. The water to soak your feet was barley warm. The lady that was working on me asked me on what kind of package I wanted I told her I wanted the basic. When she heard that she became annoyed. She asked again if I was sure. For $5 more I can get my feet scrubbed. Sure, why not. Then she scrubbed my foot. It felt like she was running a loofah over my foot. There was no scrubbing at all! When I asked her about it she became angry and said that that's how they do it here. she painted my toe nails. They looked okay. Not the best I have seen. Then came the manicure. It looked like she painted them with one eye closed! They looked so unprofessional!! There was nail polish all around my nail. The top of the nail were not even. You can tell where the next stroke was because it was higher then the other one. I could have done better at home. Then I went to dry them I noticed that there were white specks in my nails. I asked her to fixed them and she stared to yell to the other workers in her home language in an angry tone. She told me that if I didn't want specks in them then don't put them under the dryer. I will start with the positive.... the facility was clean and in neat order. Now the negative, they left my friend and I for a while in the pedicure chairs with no water then when they filled the water up it was barely warm. The pedicure itself was quite lacking and short. But my main complaint is about my nails. I always put liquid gel over my real nails then gel polish, i asked if they had liquid gel and the worker said yes. When she was doing my nails I'm completely guilty of not paying any attention, I was too into conversing with my friend.when I did finally look at what she was doing she had put fiberglass powder over my nails! I was pretty ticked but she was almost done so I had to continue. She also stopped working several times to answer text messages on her phone which I found annoying and rude. When she was done with my nails they were horrible, she had put the fiberglass powder on way too thick and uneven so my nails were bumpy looking.
