Since it was wrapped in a paper towel (and looked like trash) it was discarded. She was devastated. The Staff was Empathetic and understanding and all genuinely concerned. They recommended a layer of builder gel to minimize breakage, which I appreciated the insight because I wasn't too sure what I needed for my natural nails to be their best in between sets. Unfortunately the place I went to before to get a full set wasn't as careful with application so my nails had some damage but Amour saved my life! I wish I lived closer so I can come more often but I will definitely be back for regular manicures at least. Their interior and the equipment they use is very well kept.
