You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. Go ahead and call whoever you want, I have the photos of the damage you did to my hands. Fix your staff before you try to fix your reputation online.

They recommended a layer of builder gel to minimize breakage, which I appreciated the insight because I wasn't too sure what I needed for my natural nails to be their best in between sets. Unfortunately the place I went to before to get a full set wasn't as careful with application so my nails had some damage but Amour saved my life! I wish I lived closer so I can come more often but I will definitely be back for regular manicures at least. Their interior and the equipment they use is very well kept. She wanted acrylics in a soft white with a white chrome finish. The nail tech was very nice and really took her time to make sure the length and shape were exactly how my daughter wanted. Right before applying the chrome, they let me know it would be an additional $15. I was a little surprised, since that seemed pretty expensive, but they explained it was a higher-end chrome. We went ahead with it, and the final total came to $70 (before tip). Overall, my daughter is very happy with how her nails turned out they look beautiful. I'm just a little overwhelmed by the extra charge for the chrome.
