The biggest issue here is the lack of communication and respect for a patient's time. After being seated in the dental chair, she waited 45 minutes before the dentist finally showed up. During the visit, they suggested fixing a filling. However, instead of explaining what actually needed to be done, she just started drilling. It's hard to judge if she is a truly skilled dentist based on a single visit for a simple procedure, but the chairside manner left a lot to be desired. Additionally, they charged for a deep cleaning, which I found strange considering my daughter consistently keeps up with routine cleanings twice a year. Ultimately, this office does not seem to communicate well with patients. Expect to spend most of your appointment waiting and guessing what was happening next. The wait time is unreasonable, and I expected better coordination.

The office is in a small shopping center which has its own parking so you do not need to search for a spot. They are currently having one patient at a time so you get their full attention and do not have to wait. The dental hygienist was very professional and was careful when cleaning my teeth. I appreciate that she was very detailed and did not hurt my gums when cleaning. Dr. Guttman was very complementary about my teeth and even through in a joke while examining my teeth. I recommend this dentist office because they did a great job!

As soon as I opened the door the staff was warm and welcoming. I waited maybe a minute. Sebastian was wonderful getting me settled in and comfortable with the setting - checking on me while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Samantha was great. She didn't lecture me at all about not seeing the dentist regularly. I told her I was hitting the reset button and back to prioritizing my dental health - she was receptive and wonderful. I had three cavities filled that day. I didn't feel a thing! Before the procedure, staff came in to review costs with me. There was zero pressure to get any work done that day. The space is great - it's open but still very private for doctor/staff and patient conversations. Parking was $5 for two hours and there were plenty of spaces. I think I found my dentist after a few trials at other places!

The numbing injection was probably the least painful one I've ever had, and I've been to quite a few dentists over the years prior to finding this office. Abigail, the hygienist, is also so sweet. I let her know I had some sensitivity beforehand and she was extra careful the entire time. She still did everything she needed to do without making the process feel unbearable.
