They understood my hesitation, took their time with me, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Connor is thorough and always focused on finding the best solution. As soon as I opened the door the staff was warm and welcoming. I waited maybe a minute. Sebastian was wonderful getting me settled in and comfortable with the setting - checking on me while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Samantha was great. She didn't lecture me at all about not seeing the dentist regularly. I told her I was hitting the reset button and back to prioritizing my dental health - she was receptive and wonderful. I had three cavities filled that day. I didn't feel a thing! Before the procedure, staff came in to review costs with me. There was zero pressure to get any work done that day. The space is great - it's open but still very private for doctor/staff and patient conversations. Parking was $5 for two hours and there were plenty of spaces. I think I found my dentist after a few trials at other places!

Then I went to consult Dr Tomimatsu paying out of my pocket to get a second opinion and after he checked and x-rayed me told me that NO cavities were found and my teeth were healthy. Dr. Tomimatzu is the most honest dentist you can find!! The others, like Dr Lim at GDL dental located at 11725 W Washington Blvd Los Angeles CA 90066, are willing to destroy your teeth i order to make a profit. Please beware because Dr Limhas other offices in Los Angeles under other names.

They came up with a random number and when asking for the itemized, it ended up doubling, but they didn't incorporate payment that was made when I originally had my procedure done a year ago. Would not recommend, especially their front desk. I was told 5 different totals until I did the math myself, and even gave them an incorrect amount to see if they would finally get it right on the fifth try. I'm sure I was still quoted above the normal rate for procedures that were not covered by insurance. But would definitely stay away from this place.
