As soon as I opened the door the staff was warm and welcoming. I waited maybe a minute. Sebastian was wonderful getting me settled in and comfortable with the setting - checking on me while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Samantha was great. She didn't lecture me at all about not seeing the dentist regularly. I told her I was hitting the reset button and back to prioritizing my dental health - she was receptive and wonderful. I had three cavities filled that day. I didn't feel a thing! Before the procedure, staff came in to review costs with me. There was zero pressure to get any work done that day. The space is great - it's open but still very private for doctor/staff and patient conversations. Parking was $5 for two hours and there were plenty of spaces. I recently got 2 wisdom teeth removed and the oral surgeon was great. I opted out of the laughing gas (piece of advice: don't ever opt out, it was awful being awake!) so, naturally, I was nervous. The oral surgeon talked me through the entire surgery to ease my nerves. It was a quick (15 mins!!) and painless process which healed days later. Love this office! Highly recommend

The numbing injection was probably the least painful one I've ever had, and I've been to quite a few dentists over the years prior to finding this office. Abigail, the hygienist, is also so sweet. I let her know I had some sensitivity beforehand and she was extra careful the entire time. She still did everything she needed to do without making the process feel unbearable. The front desk staff are always kind and welcoming. They're always informative whenever I have questions and they make sure to go over everything with me at checkout. Overall, everyone here makes going to the dentist feel less stressful.

BEWARE: Before my appointment, Toothopia confirmed that I did not have dental insurance. Then, when I got to checkout, they again confirmed that I was uninsured and suddenly told me that I had 6 cavities. I asked why the dentist looking at my teeth said I had 4 and the lady at check out said the dentist had mispoken on how many based on the scans? They quoted me approximately $2,000 for the recommended dental work. Going from 3 to 4 cavities during the exam to 6 at checkout, along with a $2,000 treatment quote, felt extremely strange to me. The whole situation just felt off, and I became suspicious enough that I did not feel comfortable moving forward without another opinion. I went to a completely different dental office, had new X-rays taken and a full exam, and they told me that I have zero cavities. I had them double check as I was shocked to hear this, and also then after explained the situation that had occurred here. And they again confirmed that no, I had no cavities. I understand that dentists can sometimes interpret things differently, but the difference between being told I had 3-4 cavities, then 6 cavities, being quoted around $2,000 in treatment, and ultimately having another dentist find none at all is pretty shocking. I'm extremely glad I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion before agreeing to treatment. I would not go here and am at a loss of words for the situation Toothopia nearly put me in.
