It was a very chipotle-esque experience, with you building your bowl as you move along the stations. I opted for their beef bowl and loaded it up with brussel sprouts, mushrooms and broccoli, and a plethora of other vegetables. The bowl was refreshing, very filling, and felt pretty balanced in terms of nutrition. Their peanut sauce was really delectable! She even admitted that the chicken had been sitting out for roughly 20 minutes when it's clearly printed on my receipt that I requested my chicken be grilled well done.
