Seems to me that if you want an authentic Jacuzzi, this is the place. All of the other inventory seemed to be available elsewhere at more moderate prices. read more

I bought a pool from Namco and had it installed. It leaked from day one. I had to call several times to finally get a manager. I spoke to the manager and his reply was "well you bring us the part that's broken and we'll look into it" The liner of the pool was leaking. I paid to have it installed and water delivered!! How am I supposed to bring that in!!! I had to hire a diver to come and find the leak and repair it on a brand new pool from them! Never again!! I give ZERO STARS read more

I recently went into Namco with my husband to purchase a replacement umbrella as ours was destroyed in a storm. While speaking with Destiny the Manager about umbrellas, we also saw that patio furniture was on sale. We tested the floor samples and found just what we wanted. During our shopping spree there was a heavy downpour and thunderstorm which knocked the power out - so we couldn't check out that day. We exchanged phone numbers so they could let us when the power was back on and later that week we were able to pick up our beautiful furniture. Thank you Destiny for your help. read more

Customer service is atrocious. We purchased our hot tub in November 2020. The unit was not heating the water to the proper temp. After about 30 calls/emails to both Namco and finally Jacuzzi, it got fixed two months later in January. The lights have never worked either from day one. We have contacted the store and manager Chris multiple times (and Chris lives less than a mile away from us). Lastly, we got a different, inferior hot tub cover when it was delivered. That cover is now broken. We do not recommend Namco Pools. UPDATE 11/19/2021: Since writing the review above, Namco turned things around quickly. They called the next day and had a service tech (nice guy named Matt) who was out the same day and fixed the lighting. Matt came back a few days later with a new lifting mechanism. On top of that, Namco gave us a $150 gift certificate for the store. We are now happy customers! Thank you! read more

Save your time and money and go elsewhere! - I've been a customer of NAMCO since 2018. I purchased a Jacuzzi which I needed repaired roughly 5 months ago, trying to get service to come take a look was the almost impossible. I was even willing to pay for the repair since it was out of warranty. After many calls unreturned and a few weeks later, I was assigned someone to come out and look at the repair. That person never showed. Fast forward to today. Stupid me purchased a Innova spa Storm and it was delivered in December without the necessary parts needed to keep the water in the actual hot tub. The delivery team informed me the parts would be delivered at a later date. 2.5 months later and NO parts. Just a leaking hot tub that I cant use. I called several times, a ticket was made and I was promised several call backs and still nothing. Save your money, stress and time and go somewhere else because this company cannot stand behind what they sell. Customer service is practically non-existent. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. read more

Great service very nice manager although many of the employees don't know the prices of anything

I am such a fan of this store! We bought our first hot tub last year from the store manager, Chris. He is incredibly knowledgable and made recommendations to fit our budget. We take our water in to be tested (free follow up service) every so often to make sure our chemical levels are right. Destiny is always so helpful and took extra time with me when we couldn't figure out a problem with our water, even getting Chris involved to make sure we had explored all of our options. We finally figured it out, btw. They are super helpful and always a good partner. read more

If I could give this store no stars I would. I would never recommend this place to purchase a pool to anyone. They are a money hungry company and will lie and do everything to make a profit by selling their product. There is no responsibility or regard for their costumers when it comes to answering for items purchased but not delivered yet. We bought a pool at the beginning of June and were told it would be delivered by July 21st. No call, or response by Namco to let us know the pool would not be delivered at that date. After calling they kept pushing the date and still nothing, they don't care. Also purchased another accessory for the pool to be delivered at the store and still no update by the workers at the store. After calling, they could not give me a response and I decided to go to the store to then be told "oh we're sorry this item is no longer being produced, but we'll give you a refund". If you're looking to purchase a pool, go to another store. The workers and company at this one just don't care for their customer. read more

Associates are rude and unfriendly. They don't act like they take their jobs seriously as they allowed us to walk around with no acknowledgement at all. Prices were cheaper than other stores, but the quality is terrible. We will never attempt to shop there again. I'd rather pay the extra few dollars and have staff that cares and supplies that work. read more

All of our questions were answered thoroughly and were very pleased with the whole process of buying a pool. The salesmen was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. No high end or top quality but good stock of cheap to moderately priced above ground pools and equipment. Namco's list of installers is very limited and only capable of erecting their pools but watch out regarding filter or heater installations. read more

We purchased a pool through Namco in March of 2017. We were initially told it would be delivered by the middle of April 2017 and then after we did not hear anything from the store, we called to check status and were then told we would have it by the end of April 2017. When we received no updates on the order and called again, we were told there would be another delay. By the first week in May 2017, we decided to cancel the order due to the fact that customer service was completely terrible and the order kept being postponed after the initial promised delivery date. The store manager, Chris, at the Wappingers Falls, NY had offered some store certificates for the trouble, but at that point, we were completely fed up with the service we were dealing with and wanted to continue the cancellation of our order. Chris said ok, and asked for our account number to process the cancellation. We were told we would hear something in approximately a week of speaking to him on May 3, 2017. We never heard back from him. We have called both Namco and TD Bank in attempts to cancel this order and have gotten nowhere over the past month. I am currently on hold with Namco Corporate office for well over an hour of wait time. What do we do? How do we resolve this issue when there is no response from the company??? I would like my credit line account through TD Bank closed and I would like to be refunded for the payments I have made toward the purchase. AS OF 06/15/2017 STILL NO RESPONSE AND CORPORATE STATES THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A RETURN. CHRIS HAS BEEN AWFUL FOR A STORE MANAGER. HE SHOULD BE FIRED FROM THIS POSITION FOR THE NUMEROUS TIMES I HAVE CALLED AND GET NO CALL BACK. HOW DO I NOT GET REFUNDED FOR A POOL I NEVER EVEN RECIEVED IN THE FIRST PLACE. read more

Namco is the worst when it comes to applying a guarantee or warranty or anything you pay a ton of money you get your warranty and they give you absolutely no service brought a new pool following year the skimmer busted just came down they never even considered to give me a new one after all the money that was spent it had not been the first time that I had shop they're very disappointed they could care less and it's always cooperate , no one in the store knows what to do and they have to have someone who can answer questions and initially do something for you in the store but they give you a number so you can call corporate and then they want you to send pictures and do this and do that and then make a decision without even knowing what the heck is going on they don't stand up for you they stand up for the company so it's not customer first is company first because they don't want to lose out but yet they can take your insurance money read more

Horrible. Put a deposit on a pool, then told the deposit couldn't be applied to the purchase price. It's been 6 weeks and we still haven't been credited back our money, despite multiple visits to the store and multiple swipes of the credit card. They don't answer the phone; you actually need to walk in the store and complain. Pool was delivered and installed by one of the people they recommend, and 6 days following the install, we have a leak. Namco advised US to find the leak, but went on to say they can't do anything for us anyway. Tonight we found a crack in the skimmer. Absolutely horrible customer service from both the store and corporate. Hours of frustration and still not resolved. read more
