This is when I should have known something was wrong, my delivery drivers kept canceling and the orders got reassigned 3 times before I finally cancelled my own order. If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a con, I tried to place an order through their website and it doesn't work so I called to place an order(it's someone's personal cell phone). So then he go on to tell me he's going to send me a link. Come to find out it is putting me under as a door dash deliverer. I called them again because it showed that my order was ready and I couldn't find the place because they have someone else's address as theirs(box and shipping company) and the guy said he has multiple people coming in everyday asking where are they located...they don't have a location is my strong bet. So I called again and he said that two people was in front of me, it would be about 20 minutes then he would bring it out when it is done. 20 minutes passed and no call or food brought out. When I called multiple times, I was sent to voicemail then I sent a text saying I was outside after a while I requested a refund, still no response so I called DoorDash to inform them of the fraudulent activity and requesting refund. I really try to support small businesses and black owned ones at that but people like this is very distasteful and unprofessional. I really lost a little over an hour over some nonsense. The most misleading pictures on their media pages and on ubereats, some people say it's a scam. Well I got my food and I'd have rather gotten scammed then have to deal with the betrayal of thinking your about to taste something delicious and instead food catfished. The picture has shrimp, wings, creamy Mac and cheese and some tasty looking yams. What I got was a bunch of drumsticks, somehow wet but dry Mac and cheese and actually disgusting yams which I didn't think was possible. Overall presentation of the plate itself looked bad let alone the highly misleading picture. Btw only does delivery and I wasted $50 dollars. Wish I could send it back. read more

I ordered through DoorDash & the driver refused to bring my order to my door. When clearly those were the delivery instructions. I'm at a resort which is like a gated apartment community, not the typical Vegas hotel which is understandable as to why a delivery person couldn't or wouldn't want to come in and deliver. He said you have to meet me outside, I said ok I will step outside the apartment & you can hand me my food. He said he was 3 minutes away. Never received my food and they blocked me. I texted asking was he here, no answer. My husband called and said is this DoorDash & they hung up. They literally just stole almost $60 from me. Added photos to show the text thread before they lie & the call log to show me calling the phone number listed & its also the number the delivery guy called off (they blocked me & it automatically goes to VM) and me trying to call them on the number DD has and no luck. DD is investigating them as well because this is a continuing problem. Follow-up: you'll are complete liars. I just received an order from DD prior to this order within about 30 minutes. Called security to let them know that I was receiving two different DD orders and you were good to come in. So save it for someone who doesn't have time because I do. Btw...security doesn't have my food either. DD never called me. I don't have to lie about or scam you for food. The reviews speak for themselves. Where's the picture of you dropping it off & my order said deliver to apt 1318. You have my number text it to me. Now what DD did do was make it right on your behalf. This is a scam. I ordered for pickup through DoorDash and walked 25 minutes in nearly 90 degree temps. Was excited about my first meal in Vegas. I get there, no store no truck no ring. Give them a call "we don't do pickup" they told em they would send a driver with my food. I am typing this 3 hours after my order, I talked to them two more times both times "driver is the on the way/close" talked to DoorDash who initially declined my request for a refund because the restaurant confirmed that **I** picked up my order (a complete fallacy) and DoorDash then ended my chat. I had to call to get a refund eventually but no compensation for the wasted time, the walk or the missing meal. To me, DoorDash and this restaurant are in cahoots and scammers. read more

They even admitted they might've delivered it to the wrong address and promised to text when they were on the way--which never happened. After my girlfriend called them, they said they would deliver to her house. Hours later, still no food. Later, I called from my mom's phone, but when they recognized my voice, they hung up and blocked her number. They sound polite on the phone, but it's all a scam. I placed an order through DoorDash at 7:00 pm, order was confirmed by the restaurant for a delivery time of 7:43-7:51pm, at 8:00 pm I called the phone number listed though DoorDash and on the website, spoke with someone who told me that my order was out for delivery, I waited and waited, by 9:00pm, still no delivery and when I called the phone numbers again, no answer. This restaurant is a SCAM!!! they take your order, charge your card and then do no deliver.
