Believe the great reviews.... 20+ year old Suzuki Grand Vitara that my wife and I purchase more than ten years ago (used) had been passed on to her mother, who was now at the point where she needed to give up driving. Perfect timing to pass the car on to my son for college. However, a few local trips revealed that the air conditioning in the car was broken, unacceptable considering that a summer time drive across country to take the car back to university with him was a couple months away. I took the car to one shop in Bellevue on a Groupon deal, hoping it was as simple as a refrigerant recharge. No such luck - Bellevue shop reported a broken compressor, and offered a casual verbal quote of $600. Not wanting to make the drive all the way back out to Bellevue, I got quote from local shops more on the order of $1600 (as well a revised quote of $1600 from the Bellevue shop)...except for Naoth Automotive, who said it could be down for $800. Easy choice...except when I took the car in, a little bit of diagnostic testing revealed that the compressor was fine...and that the real culprit was a $15 relay. Total repair bill came to a little less than $150. Suzuki needs other repairs that if the parts weren't already on order at my wife's favorite repair shop (2010 Mini Cooper S...the Mrs. likes her cars used and with manual transmissions) we'd let Naoth do all the repairs. I wish I could let them work on my still under warranty luxury SUV...will probably start bring the Mini Cooper here....real nice guys as well... read more

They worked on my Honda Pilot and did a great job. They replaced the timing belt, adjusted the valves, replaced spark plugs, and replaced power steering fluid plus a few other small things and the cost was still way lower than the dealership. They completed the work in basically 1.5 days and were very quick with getting my car back to me. They communicated very well about the work and were willing to discuss the project without any pressure. I will take my car to them again in the future. read more

My husband needed to get his HID bulb, ballast, and fog light bulbs replaced. This was the only shop that responded same day and definitely the only shop that said yes we can do it. Due to the complexity of the vehicle all the other shops didn't respond until days later and needed more information about the vehicle. Benson and Jun are extremely helpful. Came in for an exterior/interior cleaning for my 2018 SUV! Wife and I pulled up and the car looked brand new! They buffed out scratches that we thought had no chance, noticed our bumper was loose on one side and tightened it (free of charge), had the whole interior looking like we just bought the car off of the lot. We had a phenomenal experience with Benson and his crew. We were stupid and left our car out in the elements in the winter and then left the state. Boy did our car take a beating. Looked like a barn find that had been buried for ten years. We also left it super doggy and disgusting before we left for the winter. There was mold on the seat belts, moss on the exterior rubber. It was bad. I was embarrassed to ask for a detail, but Benson took it on with a genuine smile and kindness. The car we got back was immaculate. These guys knocked it outta the park. They did a FANTASTIC job. No dog hair, moss, dirt, mold... they polished the headlights, replaced the windshield wipers and the air filter and added air the tires. I took my mom's highlander in to get the car battery changed since she haven't driven the car much during COVID and the battery is dead. They were helpful to offer a free car inspection for me to make sure everything else is still in good condition since the car hasn't been driven. It's nice to not get up sell and the only recommendation they made was an oil change which I have completely forgotten and was glad they reminded me.
