Used one of their coupons online. Got a huge 18" pizza with half pepperoni for only 15 bucks. With that price I can say we weren't expecting it to taste as good as it did. The crust was thin enough and cooked well enough while still maintaining a nice softness. The cheese was good as well. What it usually comes down to is the sauce though. Loved the sauce. An order and pick up counter is all you see when you enter this small joint located in a strip mall that you wouldn't think that existed. I called ahead and ordered as did many of the other customers waiting for their grub. While I was waiting a customer waited beyond their pickup time and the manager kindly gave some freebies knowing that if he didn't do something to please the customer he would lose some of his business. Awesome, just awesome. The "Chicago Style" pizza, which was enormous, was ordered and the family was unable to finish it (maybe I should stop thinking with my stomach and their stomachs....). This place is so hit and miss. We order though their website. We order the Italian Beef on Garlic Bread which is delicious. However, we ask them to package the meat separate from the garlic bread because otherwise it arrives SOGGY as heck and soggy bread is NASTY. This time we got it soggy, nasty, and to top it off... missing the cheese fries. I called the number my email said to call to rectify the missing item. The person that answered was an idiot. She was rude and told me she couldn't refund me the cost of the fries because apparently they have no honor and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. She passed the buck onto the Website. Super legit. Cheap, large pizza slices. $2.00 the combination is $2.50 I believe. My daughter loved it. I thought it was good for the price but the crust is a little like bread. Kind of dense. Not really buttery or flaky. But it's cheesy and the sausage is so good. Crinkle fries. Good cheese. Nowhere to sit, that was kind of a drag we were gunna sit for lunch. It's a very doughy pan pizza slice. During the school year there may be a line out the door due to High Schoolers on their lunch break. I always get a slice or two, a can of pop and a ranch or garlic sauce dressing to go with my pizza. I've been coming here for the past 8yrs on a regular basis. Especially when money is tight. Hot, fresh slices are the best but even if you go there when it's slow, the pizza still tastes great. I just tried the $2 slice of pizza (sausage in my case....) after my wife's cousin raved about it (21 yrs old and probably biased because of the cost). I thought it was mediocre at best. It's all bread and average sauce and cheese. If you're looking for a cheap fill-up, it's worth a try. if you're looking for great pizza, no chance... Worst pizza i have ever had. Ordered for delivery once and the slices werent cut evenly. Ordered a second time and ordered 2 grilled chicken salads a few weeks ago and the chicken was so dry it looked like a bread crumb. Credit card numbers are printed on the receipt along with your expiration date, so your number can be seen by any and all employees that have access to the receipt. The only up side this place has is that the garlic dressing is good and that is only because it propably comes out of a container manufactured by someone else. I highly recommend nonno's pizza on frontage and rand. Vince's on Lake cook and hicks or Oak Alley pizza. All these places have much better pizza. If you want a pizza by the slice deal go to vinni's on palatine and quentin or go to pizza bella on northwest highway and smith. The double dough pizza and the boneless chicken wings were badly overcooked to start with. A substantial portion of the pizza was charred. It also was apparent that the food had been initially cooked some time before, left lying around, and then reheated prior to being delivered. You can tell when this is done because the food is quite hot at first, ( on the surface at least) cools very quickly, and has a dried out quality. The pizza was just awful and I stopped eating it after two pieces. Besides the flaws described above, the crust was way too thick for the amount of cheese, sauce and toppings provided. It has to be proportioned correctly and it certainly wasn't. The toppings were especially skimpy and unevenly distributed besides. Even if the pizza had been properly prepared I think it still would have been very bland tasting. The wings were only slightly better, and the ranch sauce was badly watered down. I spent $32.00 (I was overcharged to boot) and basically all I got for my money was a six pack of Pepsi. BAAAH!!! read more

Started going here for lunch in high school because their slice of pizza was only $2! It is your average pizza slice but the slice is huge! I believe it's been raised to $2.50 now but that is still dirt cheap for what you're getting. However, because it is so cheap, don't expect to be eating the best pizza in the world either. Sometimes I feel like their sauce is a tad on the sweet side which I am not a fan of. OMFGROTFLIMHOSTFUDTMFAPMP!!! During the great snowstorm of Thursday night, I decided to rip out a coupon from the Entertainment Book for half off any pizza from here. I'd planned to go someplace else but couldn't find that coupon, and ultimately this was much, much closer to where I was staying that night and given the condition of the roads (8 inches of snow on the ground in case you're reading this in August), closer was better. So I call up without the benefit of a menu and ask if they have stuffed pizza. Guy says yes, what toppings would I like... gotta go with sausage. When I went to pick it up at the specified time, it took about an extra 15 minutes. Not a big deal because I talked with the owner for a little bit- a charming, older Italian man. I asked him if they were busy that night because of the snowstorm. His response (complete with Italian accent and a big smile on his face), "Man, I'm busy every night. I make the best pizza in town. By the slice, I sell 10,000 slices of pizza a week, sometimes 50,000 in a month. It's the best pizza in the whole area, I think." Being that it was a Thursday night, roughly 9:15pm, and 6 people came in to order pizza by the slice in the 15 minutes I was there, I trust his math. Holy dog crap, the man was right! The stuffed pizza was more than 3 inches thick, with a good balance of dough, cheese, and a very tomato-y sauce. The sausage was actually diced pieces of pre-cooked Italian sausage, as opposed to crumbled bits of coarse ground sausage, and it was very good. I was full after one piece but I employed my hollow leg and stuffed myself with a second one because it was just that damn good. The shopping center that this place is in doesn't look like much. It's a bit run down, having seen better days. My parents live pretty close to here and never even noticed this pizza place being there. But oh, for the love of god, does one of its tenants churn out some good pizza! I sincerely believe that this may be the best pizza I've had in a hell of a long time; if not my entire life. Ordered their thin crust pizza. Lady on the phone said it would take 40 mins. It took an hour and was cold and tasteless. It was not the normal thin crust I am used to. Very doughy. I was very disappointed and I called to say it was cold. A man put me on hold forever so I had to call back. When I told him it was cold he didn't apologize or offer some sort of discount. We had never heard of this place before and when he said they sold slices we decided to take a chance. Ran out and made my way to Napoli and to my surprise the slices $2 for cheese sausage or pepperoni or 2:50 for a combo I went with the combo sausage and pepperoni. Living in Arlington Heights for almost 6 years I was amazed to find out that I had never step foot in this pizza place not only that I was amazed at how absolutely fantastic that slice of pizza was. Opened box the half of the pizza has barley no Toppings and the other half had all of the sauce and sausage. Pizza sauce tasted like pasta sauce.
