    Hawaiian Pizza

This was our first time ordering and very disappointed. I can't believe they would allow a pizza to be boxed up and given to a customer in this condition. The outside of the crust was burned and the very thin middle was soggy. First and last time at Napoli's

Need to replace the cook if they wish to remain open... Got a meatballs parmesan sub today and it ranked among the few absolute worst meals I have ever tasted. The bread was burned, meatballs undercooked and red on the inside. I had to recook the meatballs in the microwave. Trying to eat them alone and they were tasteless and disgusting. Total waste of money, just hope I don't get sick!

Date night with my daughter. I let my 22yo choose the place for her birthday dinner. We ordered to go. So I can't speak much on the location itself. The food , however, came via Uber and was nicely packed. So it remained hot and fresh. I ordered the child spaghetti because I wanted a smaller portion and my daughter got chicken Parmesan. We ordered two extra garlic butter knots. At 60 cents each, these are totally worth it. The food had good flavor and quality products.

Disappointing. Ordered through UberEats. Uber did their part well. Prompt, courteous delivery. Called when we got this order to inquire why the description on the RESTAURANT as well as UberEats says meatballS. Plural. Was told by the guy who answered the phone they only put one on the meal. Deceptive. Note the size of the ONE meatball. SMALL. Taste was good, but can't get past the one tiny meatball. Salad was wilted and clearly not from today. Salad was $7.95. Wow. Not good. Note the order was for CHICKEN parmigiana. Not at all what we got. I asked the guy who answered the phone if he is the manager. Answer was 'no'. The mfr was not there. No offer to have the mgr call me back. Genti's always has great food. Wanted to compare other places. Back to Genti's for us!!

First visit of the fat man. Was seated. Quickly received garlic knots and an unsweetened tea. The garlic knots will return in a moment. The owner's mother was my server. I asked for her recommendation. She suggested the Napoli Special. Consider it done. Waited a brief time. Here comes the main. The special. The plate looked sharp. The aroma was a bit peppery and a bit like fennel from the Italian sausage. The meal had chicken, sausage and a bacon. Very tasty. Loved soaking up the sauce with the garlic knots. The pasta could have been al dente to make the dish better. But that said, I'd encourage folks to try something like this.

    Tortellini alla Panna

Food was great. The tortellini was so good. The chicken was a little overcooked but still good. Service was good every time I thought I wanted something they somehow brought it to me.

Idk if there is an actual portal to NYC installed in the door or what. There are elements of Denton scattered throughout, though, which are pleasant reminders of the unfortunate reality we face upon finishing our sandwiches. The first time I came here was 9pm on a Tuesday. I was craving some cheesecake and the staff was very pleasant in accommodating me. The cheesecake is very good especially for the price. That can be said for all of the food I've had thus far. Today I got the All stops sandwich (and a slice of cheesecake), which was impeccable. The sandwich was so filling I ended up saving half for later! I'm a pretty large guy so that's unusual but a great surprise for me! The service is fast, place is clean enough to eat off the floor. I was surprised it wasn't busier to be frank. The bathrooms were clean, and there was a newspaper above the toilet from a couple days ago. How cool! Overall epic experience and I will probably be a regular.

We were headed in that direction for an errand, so today was the day. We arrived around 2pm on a Saturday and the place was empty, except for two nice gals working the counter. I had already spotted the BLT on the menu and since it is nearly tomato season, the craving had stuck. With a name like "Ultimate BLT," how could we resist? Hubby added a cup of the tomato bisque, which turned out to be a pretty large portion. The sandwich comes with house-made chips. I kind of wish I had splurged on the carrot lemonade, which looked and sounded amazing, but I didn't. Next time. One of the gals let me sample the tarragon chicken salad. It was good but not quite tarragon-y enough for me. The BLT, however, was very, very good. It had a little spicy kick from something; maybe the aioli??...and the bacon was that perfect combo of thick, crispy, and chewy. The sandwich was big enough for the two of us to split, and I left happy. Bonus points for the soundtrack in this place. If you are a former 1980s punk rocker, you will appreciate the Joy Division and The Cure playing in the background. My soul did a little MOSH pit dance.

The truffles were on top of the fries, if that is how you like them, but the sweet and garlic fries were a HIT! They had a myriad of drinks and sweets and the ambience is so country chic and the restrooms were beautifully decorated AND spotless! Now the best part. The staff was SUPER friendly! You could tell they wanted to be there. We were there for the last hour and they were all so warm and welcoming! One girl even volunteered to take a family pic of us as we were headed out.
