I've been coming for years and Lynn always provides the best service and pays attention to detail. I appreciate the pride that she takes in her work. Any design I ask her to do, she nails it. The change in ownership has really made a difference for the better.

My niece wanted to get her nails done for the first time for her graduation promotion. She wanted basic French tip full set with a bow. It took the 2 hours to do it. On top of that the male nail tech did a horrible job. It seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. The other nails techs kept coming to help him. At one point there were two nail techs working on each hand. Each nail tech does different work and it shows. Please look at the photos for reference. The French tip wasn't even fully covering the nail. The job was super messy and the shaping was horrible. Again this was my nieces first time getting her nails done and she was super sad about it and kept telling the male tech over and over again to fix it. She got frustrated and wanted to leave after hours working on her hand and telling him over and over and over. Things to consider is if you're going to talk about someone in Vietnamese, know that there's other people that understand Vietnamese in the store. I took my niece here to get her nails done because we aren't from this area. We're from LA. So I chose what ever was close to her place and the reviews nails were amazing. I was debating on doing my nails as well. There was a short haired lady that was talkative that said $60 but she left. So I decided to get my nails done and this other lady went to help me. I showed her my photo and she took my phone and brought to another random lady to ask the price. She quoted me $70 it's only a $10 difference but I didn't like how she quoted me a different price to begin with. I decided not to follow through with the nails. Then the lady goes to the back to talk about how it's too expensive for me to the other lady, not knowing my man is full blown viet and his mom also owns a nail shop. Lady, I've gotten nails done for $200 before. It's the fact that y'all quote different prices. I really like the short hair lady that left, she was super sweet and talkative. The other ones need some better customer service. It's a shame because they have cute charms and I would've loved to get my nails done from here. After the service,l and product we were left super unsatisfied.

UPDATE: I AM A MEDICATION TECH, i pass and count out meds and the flower is already fallen out IN ONE WEEK exactly... $100 and a flower falls out in a week with minimal use ? I loved Lynn and her personality, but for $100 I wont be back, this is the first time in over 12 years I had gotten my nails done for my only daughter(and last child) birthday party.. she personally was amazing, but the nails the more I look at them the more I see what's wrong with them, I have friends with BEAUTIFUL nails for $65, telling me I was stupid for paying $100 for these, I only had $100 on me as I figured that would cover it, but hearing $90 for the nails I was shocked, but i didnt want to walk out and be rude... i wont return for the price.

This was my first time getting my nails done at this place. I wanted a full set of acrylic and got Sheena as my nail tech. I showed her a picture of what I had wanted, and she went straight to work! She was meticulous in shaping each finger nail and took her time! I wanted an almond shape look, and she made sure to file each one to my liking. She blew my mind away with the design and took care in getting all the details right! I was really impressed! I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all! I literally sat there for 3 hours! But, I didn't care. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied! I am definitely asking for her again when I come back to do my nails. One happy customer!

Came in for a French tip asked for a short square set this lady did a horrible job shap was not what I asked she did not do the French tip how I wanted it I walked out and payed 50 bucks for clear coated nails I'm so upset they look crazy this is what I asked for and what I got I work hard for my money to not get no we're near what I asked for

Me and my cousin got basic pedicures here April of 2025. This was our first time here When we came in we weren't sure if it was a good idea to stay or not. There was a customer chewing out a nail tech about some nail polish he missed on the sides of her nails I'm assuming. It was a bit uncomfortable since she was yelling at him right in front of the door when we walked in. But we minded our business and got checked in by a nice nail tech. The ladies that did our pedicures were very nice. I didn't know I had an ingrown toe nail but the lady fixed it for me and I felt so much better! They have cute charms and cute colors too! Idc what that other lady was complaining about I'll be coming here again for my next pedicure. Prices aren't too bad either. Basic pedicure is $38 with gel is $48.

I love coming here for pedicures. I always get them done & they do an amazing job! I recently got my nails done & I love them. They did what I was looking for. Don't understand the negative reviews when I have always gotten great service here.

It wasn't my first time at this nail salon but it was my first time getting my nails done by Lynn. I'm so happy with the outcome. I showed her an inspo pic and she over delivered. I love how my nails came out! Super friendly and very funny lady. She also didn't have me sitting in the chair for a long time. 10/10 recommend her for artsy nails. I'd definitely come back again!

I left a negative review on the service of this location and got cussed out and named called by the business owner in the response... please review below. She attacks the customer and personalizes instead of just addressing the issue. This place should be cut out of business. She called me Felisha and thats not even my name. Assuming she called me that because I am Black I feel that was a racist issue. "Bye Felicia" or whatever. Please do not spend your money here. Owner does not like black people. And the man made my nail flat. If you want to charge more per nail for your time then do that. I would gladly pay more for good service and work any day anywhere else. Go hereat your own risk. Everyone I know hates this shop. I tried to give them a shot but They failed miserably.I hope she isn't on something the way she cannot handle negative reviews and has temper tantrums.

Nail techs know what they are doing! I recommend calling to confirm they are available. Overall amazing service and I'll absolutely be going back. I believe it was Tom or Tony who did my nails. I've been coming in for a few weeks (recently moved to the area and wanted cute nails for summer since I thought my boyfriend was going to propose). I had gone with a simple acrylic nail the first time and the nail tech, Tom, convinced me to get a clue accent nail. The second time was a bit wonky since their internet was down, not their fault. The third, most recent time was great. I wanted a darker full color for the acrylic since the 2nd time didn't match the 1st time and Tom knew exactly what color do to. After the acrylic was set and shaped he asked if I wanted something fun. Convincing me it was 4th or July weekend. I said yes and I was so happy I did. If you get the right nail tech you might get lucky. I went in to get a design that was on display at the nail shop and they refuse to do it. I was forced to pick a design a didn't like much, now I am going back to my old nail shop from now on so they can fix them for me. Yes thank you for being so unprofessional. You shouldn't refuse the design a customer wants. No worries. I had them fixed at a very professional shop. I will never come back an I hope everyone sees this review read more

This was the quickest and worst pedicure I have ever received from any nail salon, here in Sacramento. The guy was pretty young and just basically cut my toenails off, straight, did not file correctly. The large toenail on the left was cut off shorter than the one on the right. I spend $40 for less than a half an hour of unprofessional work, and I won't be going back. read more

I usually go to #1 hair and nails in Rocklin, but they are not open on Sunday's. I did come in Sunday 12/23 and scheduled it that day, so I was happy with the accommodation. A gentleman did do my nails and seemed very distracted. He was nice, but was very aggressive and sloppy. He was very jittery with his legs shaking and did actually cut my finger with the grinding tool. Moments later, he slipped and tore his glove open with the tool, again, because he was incredibly distracted and jittery. He did a good job for how unfocused, and I would even go as far as to say he was under the influence of something based on his bodily movements, but I'm hoping he was just having a bad day. The color was pretty, hence the extra star, but the nails are haggard in shape. He did a sloppy job. I was picking underneath my nails, cleaning the paint he left on my fingers, and literally went to raleys to buy a nail file to fix it myself. I paid $50 (since I asked for chrome) and tipped him $10. I do know chrome is extra, but I only get charged $35 for my fills at my usual place. I do make a far drive for it, but loyalty does pay off and I won't be back here again. It would be nice if I could get a salon owner to talk to me because i am genuinely concerned of whether or not this gentleman is okay and able to work. And I'd like at least some of my money back as I am having to get them fixed this weekend only after a week. I can consider updating this review based if there are things that are addressed based on my experience. Especially as a first timer. Thank you! read more

And to Miranda (the owner of the salon) as a business owner taking constructive criticism is apart of the game not arguing with customers on why you think they are wrong! And in my previous review I compared your prices with other shops because I've done this plenty of times and at least when I paid $75-$85 my nails lasted 3 weeks to a month where as with you and your shop, I paid $100 for my toes to only last a day???!! Are you serious? Yeah and I went to your shop because I now live in the area and was hoping to find a place with good quality that last especially if you're going to be charging as much as you do ( but obviously I didn't find that here) and I shouldn't have to pay NOTHING else if I paid $100 and your tech's work didn't even last 24 hours. (FYI people that work in settings where they have to wear closed toe shoes but like to get their feet done do what I do all the time, that's "who does that anyway" since you want to be funny) and yeah like you said I kept telling your tech to go shorter because she was no where near my actual nails and when you wear closed toe shoes that's what you have to do but she obviously didn't understand what I was saying no matter how many times I said it and at that point I was getting irritated but considering the price I was paying, I figured they would actually be worth it and I could've fixed them when I got home and that's the ONLY reason why I didn't stop her in her tracks for the 5th time to correct her. And don't get it twisted the only thing I'm miserable/mad/sad about is that I chose to come to your shop in the first place sweetheart. Service (2 stars) Quality (1 star) Vibe (-1 star) It's sad to give this review but maybe it will help them to improve. I live walking distance from Natomas Nails and would love to be able to go there. But, from the moment I walked in, it was not inviting. It was cluttered and b . There are plastic barriers between the customer and the nail stylist. The barriers made sense during COVID and I could handle them if it weren't for all of the notifications all over the plastic barrier - including statement that essentially say - Cash only, if you don't like what we did - tell us before we do too much; some of our nail stylists are better than others so if you want something "special" tell us ahead of time. Now for the nail job itself: My nails were unevenly squared. The gel began chipping within a week. I never had gel chip before this. I've seen comments about the gel chipping in other reviews. There are so many nail salons around the area. I believe in supporting businesses within walking distance, but they have to provide a pleasant atmosphere and good service to keep my business. Unfortunately without a significant change in atmosphere and service this is not one where I will return. read more

Least to say I'm disappointed. I knew something was up when she did no cuticle prep didn't even cut my natural nails that something's gonna be up but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and not even 3 days after they started lifting, yellowing, chipping on the sides. Some nails are longer than others or shaped differently just overall horrible. I've gotten milky white nails before same thing with the same matte top coat and they never looked like this never yellowed and never looked disgusting. And all for $70?! Please this place is a rip off. She wasn't even talking the entire time not asking how's this? How does this look? She was talking to the other workers there. Also cut the nails too short then asked how's this? I couldn't really do anything at that point so I just said it's fine and tried to convince myself it'll be alright cause they're almond shaped and it won't be too short. read more

This salon is amazing to get a manicure, no doubt. But a pedicure? Absolutely not. I got a manicure today and it was perfect 10/10. The pedicure on the other hand was HORRIBLE!!! I mean the entire pedicure was rushed, the lady was being so rough on my feet, by far the worst pedicure I've ever received. A literal waste of $55. She didn't even bother to cut my cuticles, or even polish neatly. I'm not one to complain but the way she was being so rough and I'm not kidding when I tell you she did my pedicure in 35 minutes. I saw Tina today and she did AMAZING. I have left so many salons upset about my nails because they didn't come out, but this is the first time i left somewhere extremely happy! She's so sweet and does exactly what you ask for! She's super gentle, she wasn't too rough or hard with the drill and file. I booked my next appointment with her instantly and will keep coming back because she's my new fave! I went yesterday to get a gel mani-pedi plus acrylic removal. As you can tell, my vision was pretty ambitious and cost 150 total, but it was worth every penny. My nail artist, Nick, took it all head on and did an excellent job! I wanted kirby inspired nails and they turned out so cute! I appreciate how detail oriented he was and how carefully he worked as well, and there was a lot of transparency with the pricing. They only take debit or cash, so please keep that in mind, and I would suggest making an appointment vs walking in during the afternoon/evening. Overall, I am very happy with this experience and will be coming again in the future! read more

I really wanted this to be my new spot. The woman at the front is so nice as well as everyone else there. However I wasn't very happy with my outcome. My nails were sanded down so thin it was burning. She asked after a couple nails were sanded, "oh are these your real nail". Yes you're sanding down my real mail bed. The shape of my nail is crooked and the French polish is even more crewed. Probably my luck if the draw because I know they have people there that do with wonderful work, I just didn't get them. Stuck with these on my 2 week vacation. :( verify that you're getting someone that specializes! read more

My daughter and I had the best experience! This salon came across my Facebook as an advertisement, not super close to where we live but the designs had us intrigued. So we made an appointment and headed out. We were seen right on time for our 10am appointment time. The owner is unprofessional and rude. She can't take bad/negative criticism and decides to take it out on paying customers and respond to negative reviews in a hateful manner. I feel sorry for the people who work for her. My cuticles are fucked up and were bleeding too. A message for the owner, you need to learn correct and respectful customer service and to learn to take negative feedback and do something good with it instead of taking offense to any bad constructive criticism. Instead of calling others "evil" you need to look in the mirror. Why would anyone want to come back here to get their fucked up nails fixed? Instead of worrying about responding back to negative reviews, you should learn to hire new people(including a new manager/owner) who knows how to properly do nails and talk to customers. All the excuses that you are giving, don't take away the fact that the customer service is absolutely terrible and the workers don't know how to do nails. read more

Personally, I liked this place. They did a good job on my pedicure. I have no complaints the only thing that I find very unprofessional is the owner replying long paragraphs to every bad review. So I've been coming to natomas nails for a while now and my experiences have been alright, nothing amazing but nothing horrible. I thought I would reach out specifically to Amy for a design I had been meaning to do. I am completely appalled and disgusted by the response I got (which I have attached in this review). The first message starts out by saying "my wife name.." so I'm assuming Amy's husband was the one messaging me. First of all, you DO NOT talk to a customer like that. Especially when they are not disrespecting you. I don't care who you think you are. Side note: If I am texting a specific person regarding their business, I do not want to talk to their husband, child, grandma, dog, whatever! I want to talk to that person. (In this situation, that person is Amy, not her pathetic husband.) I do not appreciate being cussed at. That is utterly disgusting, especially coming from a "man". All I did was not say Amy's name when reaching out to her and I can understand if some people want more of a formal greeting, but there was definitely a more respectful way to tell me that and I would've understood. And the last message. Oh Lord, the last message. I was just completely shocked and disturbed by it. Ironic considering some weird old dude is telling me to get some manners while cussing me out and disrespecting me. All this just because I didn't say his wife's name when texting her. I'm honestly just so shocked and horrified I don't have much else to say. I have never been spoken to like this, by anyone. I guess this is what the world has come to. The proof is in the screenshot. Clearly, HIS MOTHER didn't teach him any manners. My mother taught me plenty thank you very much. If the disgusting messages continue I have no problem getting a harassment claim against them. Uncleanly, unorganized, unprofessional, over-priced, took 2 hours for a French design and my nail broke two days later. The owner is very unprofessional and gossiped the entire time about her relationship/custody issues. There are signs everywhere stating how they don't accommodate their customers in any way, so don't even try. That should've been a red flag. Signs everywhere that they don't fix a service for free, after it's complete. My nail breaking was the final straw...and knowing they won't fix it is a cherry on top. The lady who did my nails was very sweet but very slow and the fact my nails broke is somewhat infuriating because of how long it took them to get done. She also charged me $60 for a fill!!! Insane. Anyways, that is all. I won't be returning. read more

The prices are insane ! The guy nick told me it was $50 for gel nails and $50 for the design so $100 for a full set. I've attached the picture below of what I had asked for. Definitely recommend golden spa over this place. They have reasonable prices and do an amazing job. Went to golden spa and they did it for $70 and were so nice and took there time while making sure it was exactly how I wanted. read more

I think this place is a hit or miss depending on who does your nails. I came in for a mani pedi with my mom and sister. My nail tech was Nick and I think he did a really good job with my mani and pedi. My sister had another tech (not sure her name) and she enjoyed it. My mom had one for her pedicure and she really liked how she did it. The same tech started her manicure and the had another appointment show up and had my mom sit somewhere else. She sat there for a good 30 minutes before being told to sit at another tech's table. That tech didn't really talk to her or greet her. She ended up cutting her when doing her nails. This same tech had a client walk out while we were there for cutting her as well. It wasn't bad but service could've been better. read more

My nails started breaking and when I called to get them fixed they said there were sign every where saying that they don't fix nails for free ..plus my niece wanted a certain set and they said they could do it and didn't do it right the lady that did them also had horrible customer service I walked out there paying 200 dollars for crap.... read more

Girl! You need to go in and give this place a try! Pic doesn't do it justice! I've lived in sac for 3 years and have yet to find my nail spot and I think I found it! Prices are actually reasonable $45 for toes (gel) $55 cat eye nails (gel) I have basically have given up on being creative with my nails but this place has made me excited to do my nails again! Where do I even start!!! I recently moved out to Davis for school and was looking for a trendy nail shop that was nearby and happened to stumble upon this hidden gem! 1 star I went in for a nail repair because my nail was lifting. I asked Jessica to cut the nail part that was lifting and she said no it would be ok and she proceeded to just add more powder to the top. Well here I am less than 24 hours later and the same nail is lifting again! Poor service I paid for the botched repair job. I thought I found a nail tech bit I won't spend my money with lazy nail techs who choose to cut corners. And so happens today is Sunday and they are closed smh. read more

I usually love this place and I loved the shape of my nails but I noticed that while the tech was doing my nails she was making them really thin but I didn't say anything because I loved the shape however I've had my nails for only a week and three of my nails broke already with simple tasks like washing my hair in the shower and tying my shoes :( I'm not a nail tech but I know the apex should have been thicker so they won't break. Update: Hi Miranda- Thanks for replying back, I've had my nails this length many times before and never had a problem with them breaking. I also didn't say anything to the tech because I didn't want to undermine her work and trusted she knew what was best. I also never got an FYI about how the length of my nails could mean they could break easier and I never expected one either because I've came here before and gotten the same length with no issues with breakage until now 3 nails breaking in one day. The worst part is that as soon as she finished the very last nail, she admitted that we could have done the chrome at the beginning, but it was "too late now" because the white was already on. This is the second time she has done this to me. She waited until the job was finished to tell me she actually could have given me the design I asked for. I told her straight up that I wasn't happy. If you want someone book with Angel instead. I've gone to her before and she is great, but definitely avoid Nancy.

Some things to keep in mind: They are cash only. Definitely prefer to be able to use my card and tip in cash. Luckily I already has cash but they do have an atm in the salon, and there is also a credit union in the same shopping area. She did ask a coworker to help her with putting my gelx nails on. I do love that she asked for help, but it does show that she is still somewhat new at doing a full gelx set...so keep that in mind. But the price, $65 was so reasonable! She was very nice, but I could tell she was learning. While I got the package pedicure, it took 1 hour and 50 min. That is a bit longer than I would have liked. At the end of my pedi I went to the bathroom and noticed that my paint wasn't fully dry when she added the oil/alcohol, so my toes were matte and required fixing. I also had to request that she remove more of the dead skin nails, which someone else stepped in to do - then dig so deep my toe started bleeding. I want to like this place so bad because of the convenience, however $72 (gel pedi + 1 nail with powder) is a bit much when I have to watch and request changes are made to improve the quality. I did find a lady that did hands (Mai) and since I saw her work, I would go back to try her, but pedicures may be out for me here. 0 stars. Had to come back in two weeks because my big toes had cracked and or lifted. This was a gel manicure. This has never been the case for any quality pedicures I have received, as they typically last 4-5 WEEKS! when I came back and showed the lady how badly my toe was bleeding when I walked out of here, she told me that had happened somewhere else and I should have told someone I was bleeding. I explained to her that they knew I was bleeding because they had tried to stop it, however, when I walked out it was continuing to bleed.

I asked to do square white dip powder and my nail tech wasn't willing to do what I wanted. I got a mani and pedi and my pedi turned out great. The lady was super sweet and provided great service. My manicure tech first told me she wouldn't cut down my nails shorter after I had asked her to which she responded "it'll look ugly". I understand for specific nail shapes like almond a specific length is required to achieve that look but not for square. I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. In any circumstance when is it ever appropriate to make that comment?? This salon is nice and it is on the pricier side but the service does not meet the price point. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.

I called the same day hoping to get an appointment after work, and Tracy was so kind and accommodating. She told me she'd take care of me, and she absolutely did. Tracy is professional, meticulous, and pays incredible attention to detail. My nails turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn't be happier with them. Eric did my deluxe spa pedicure and did an amazing job on my gel French toes. Everything looked flawless, and the pedicure was so relaxing. The salon itself is a cute little shop that is very clean and welcoming. I also LOVE their massage chairs, they massage both your back and bottom. Overall, I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and so happy with the results. Highly recommend Tracy and Eric. I've been trying to find a good nail salon near me but it's not easy finding a place that does a solid job on both nails and toes especially for french, something so basic. I took a break from getting my nails done recently, but decided to come in this weekend to get a pedicure for our upcoming vacation. I made an appointment for 9:45am and was immediately greeted and seated at a pedicure station - I was also offered water too. I went with the Deluxe Pedicure which was $42 + extra for the Gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly while taking her time - she did a great job! They're very personable at Monet Spa which I also like - the owner remembered my name and that I'm married and have a daughter. The staff is always so grateful to see you back too! Overall, I'm glad I decided to come back and give them another chance. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon!

We were treated like VIPs, with a special birthday and retirement shout out on the big screen, mimosas, and a hot shoulder pad while having our pedicures. Chris provided an excellent pedicure, and Tom did an outstanding job on my nails. The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I've been coming here for almost 3yrs now. I've witnessed somethings have changed during the years because some ladies have ripped this place off etc... It only takes 1 incident to happen for things to change. Before fixing a broken nail within 3 days was free(not anymore), before we were able to use credit cards( not anymore), if your bill is over $100 you must pay first... the list goes on! It wasn't like this! It was made into this. Yes, Miranda has a hard exterior but she's a nice lady once you get to know her. You learn to love this place with their flaws & all. Amy & Miranda do my nails on a regular basis. I have nothing bad to say. Yes, their pricing is high but it is what it is. They do a great job! Lynn & Jennifer also do amazing pedicures! Every time I come in all these ladies are nothing but friendly! I have also established a relationship with them though. If your going to get offended for every little thing or be extremely picky. This place is not for you. However, if you show them respect... they will give it back. I just feel like the shop deals with so much crap (I've personally witnessed while in there) that they have low tolerance. This review is long overdue! I started coming to Natomas Nails (in 2019) after my last nail tech went on a vacation (hint: she went out on maternity leave). I found Natomas Nails on Yelp, loved the pictures and here I am four years later. The shop is clean: The chair is sanitized between clients, and there are plastic guard barriers up. They even take my temperature, too. Miranda is my go-to lady! She can do any design, any shape, etc. I often search for cute nail designs on Pinterest, and Miranda can recreate the same look without even knowing the names of the polishes used. read more

They are so bad at doing nails. My nails shape are all kinds of off and too weirdly pointy no matter how many times I asked for them to be fixed. It's incredibly thick and my cuticles weren't even touched.... It's the WORST full set I have actually ever gotten in my entire life and they were my birthday nails. I look like a freak :/ I'm really upset especially because I felt like they were talking shit about me just because I said they didn't look good. I don't think I'll be coming back. Amy's work is absolutely amazing but the customer service here sucks ass. No one greets you when you come in or even asks what you want/how long the wait should be. I get that it can be busy but even other places do the bare minimum. I also find it quite hard to communicate what I want as they don't seem to understand English. What's the point in trying when they just ignore you too? Anyway, thanks. read more

Came in today for my pedi done my the girl who is at the back (forgot to ask to her name) and a full set done by the lady who station is at the front row by the reception area. She is a real perfectionist and very sweet. She askes me what shape I want and she has to make sure everything is nicely prepared before she begins building the nails. I got recommended here, the person I wanted was busy and so I had another lady who couldn't do any of the styles I wanted so I settle for a less complicated design and this women use a drill which I know most nail techs does but she burn my nails, and I literally walked out this 3 different cuts for this reason. Within just one week, my gel nails started chipping, which is not what I expected given the price and reviews of the salon. The staff were friendly, and the salon was clean, but the longevity of the gel nails was lacking. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back. read more

I took my daughter here for her first full set. Kayla was amazingly patient and kind. Miranda is hilarious. I ended up getting a full set for myself and it was a fun experience all around.
