I've been coming for years and Lynn always provides the best service and pays attention to detail. I appreciate the pride that she takes in her work. Any design I ask her to do, she nails it. The change in ownership has really made a difference for the better.

My niece wanted to get her nails done for the first time for her graduation promotion. She wanted basic French tip full set with a bow. It took the 2 hours to do it. On top of that the male nail tech did a horrible job. It seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. The other nails techs kept coming to help him. At one point there were two nail techs working on each hand. Each nail tech does different work and it shows. Please look at the photos for reference. The French tip wasn't even fully covering the nail. The job was super messy and the shaping was horrible. Again this was my nieces first time getting her nails done and she was super sad about it and kept telling the male tech over and over again to fix it. She got frustrated and wanted to leave after hours working on her hand and telling him over and over and over. Things to consider is if you're going to talk about someone in Vietnamese, know that there's other people that understand Vietnamese in the store. I took my niece here to get her nails done because we aren't from this area. We're from LA. So I chose what ever was close to her place and the reviews nails were amazing. I was debating on doing my nails as well. There was a short haired lady that was talkative that said $60 but she left. So I decided to get my nails done and this other lady went to help me. I showed her my photo and she took my phone and brought to another random lady to ask the price. She quoted me $70 it's only a $10 difference but I didn't like how she quoted me a different price to begin with. I decided not to follow through with the nails. Then the lady goes to the back to talk about how it's too expensive for me to the other lady, not knowing my man is full blown viet and his mom also owns a nail shop. Lady, I've gotten nails done for $200 before. It's the fact that y'all quote different prices. I really like the short hair lady that left, she was super sweet and talkative. The other ones need some better customer service. It's a shame because they have cute charms and I would've loved to get my nails done from here. After the service,l and product we were left super unsatisfied.

UPDATE: I AM A MEDICATION TECH, i pass and count out meds and the flower is already fallen out IN ONE WEEK exactly... $100 and a flower falls out in a week with minimal use ? I loved Lynn and her personality, but for $100 I wont be back, this is the first time in over 12 years I had gotten my nails done for my only daughter(and last child) birthday party.. she personally was amazing, but the nails the more I look at them the more I see what's wrong with them, I have friends with BEAUTIFUL nails for $65, telling me I was stupid for paying $100 for these, I only had $100 on me as I figured that would cover it, but hearing $90 for the nails I was shocked, but i didnt want to walk out and be rude... i wont return for the price.

This was my first time getting my nails done at this place. I wanted a full set of acrylic and got Sheena as my nail tech. I showed her a picture of what I had wanted, and she went straight to work! She was meticulous in shaping each finger nail and took her time! I wanted an almond shape look, and she made sure to file each one to my liking. She blew my mind away with the design and took care in getting all the details right! I was really impressed! I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all! I literally sat there for 3 hours! But, I didn't care. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied! I am definitely asking for her again when I come back to do my nails. One happy customer!

Came in for a French tip asked for a short square set this lady did a horrible job shap was not what I asked she did not do the French tip how I wanted it I walked out and payed 50 bucks for clear coated nails I'm so upset they look crazy this is what I asked for and what I got I work hard for my money to not get no we're near what I asked for

Me and my cousin got basic pedicures here April of 2025. This was our first time here When we came in we weren't sure if it was a good idea to stay or not. There was a customer chewing out a nail tech about some nail polish he missed on the sides of her nails I'm assuming. It was a bit uncomfortable since she was yelling at him right in front of the door when we walked in. But we minded our business and got checked in by a nice nail tech. The ladies that did our pedicures were very nice. I didn't know I had an ingrown toe nail but the lady fixed it for me and I felt so much better! They have cute charms and cute colors too! Idc what that other lady was complaining about I'll be coming here again for my next pedicure. Prices aren't too bad either. Basic pedicure is $38 with gel is $48.

It wasn't my first time at this nail salon but it was my first time getting my nails done by Lynn. I'm so happy with the outcome. I showed her an inspo pic and she over delivered. I love how my nails came out! Super friendly and very funny lady. She also didn't have me sitting in the chair for a long time. 10/10 recommend her for artsy nails. I'd definitely come back again!

I left a negative review on the service of this location and got cussed out and named called by the business owner in the response... please review below. She attacks the customer and personalizes instead of just addressing the issue. This place should be cut out of business. She called me Felisha and thats not even my name. Assuming she called me that because I am Black I feel that was a racist issue. "Bye Felicia" or whatever. Please do not spend your money here. Owner does not like black people. And the man made my nail flat. If you want to charge more per nail for your time then do that. I would gladly pay more for good service and work any day anywhere else. Go hereat your own risk. Everyone I know hates this shop. I tried to give them a shot but They failed miserably.I hope she isn't on something the way she cannot handle negative reviews and has temper tantrums.

Nail techs know what they are doing! I recommend calling to confirm they are available. Overall amazing service and I'll absolutely be going back. I believe it was Tom or Tony who did my nails. I've been coming in for a few weeks (recently moved to the area and wanted cute nails for summer since I thought my boyfriend was going to propose). I had gone with a simple acrylic nail the first time and the nail tech, Tom, convinced me to get a clue accent nail. The second time was a bit wonky since their internet was down, not their fault. The third, most recent time was great. I wanted a darker full color for the acrylic since the 2nd time didn't match the 1st time and Tom knew exactly what color do to. After the acrylic was set and shaped he asked if I wanted something fun. Convincing me it was 4th or July weekend. I said yes and I was so happy I did. My girlfriend and i came in for a pedicure awhile back and I was very un pleased with the customer service. And the sanitation of the salon. Very rude and unprofessional and instead of changing there ways the manager get defensive and tries to justify the actions of the salon. If you can't handle constructive criticism than maybe this line of work isn't for you. Hopefully she changes her ways until then do not come here! Look at the way the manger responds to the negative reviews lol should tell you everything you need to know about this business. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I am afraid that the technician who did my manicure did not disinfect her equipment. My finger got infected after my manicure which left me in severe pain and discomfort, and a trip to urgent care for antibiotics. I will not be returning here. read more

Wouldn't go back honestly, my appointment was for 12:30 got there at 12:30. Sat for about ten minutes no biggie. I show the lady what I want and she tells me it's gonna be $100. Like whoa okay but looking at their photos. I was like good I want my nails to look great. And I was DISAPPOINTED! Extremely disappointed not only did I not leave until 4. Almost over 4 hours of sitting their getting my nails worked on. The design the lady did is not even close to what I asked for the shape is just round I wanted almond nails. I'm just not happy at all with my nails. Just ugh wish I never went should of just saved my money. $100 for ugly nails yay read more

Nick did a great job on my dip gel manicure! Very pleased with my nails. He did a great job shaping them and the dip gel is even and smooth. The receptionist is very nice and the overall atmosphere is great. I feel comfortable every-time I go to this salon. There are reviews complaining about high prices but I feel for the quality of work their prices are fair and are not any higher than any other quality nail salon! read more

It's very small. I made appt for 1230 got in early around 1225 for a color change for my feet first then my nails. My issue is a color change and a design shouldn't be $42 yes it was gel I took off gel n got gel and I came with the design it's wasn't provided by the nail shop! Then my nails again only a color change fix one nail design & 3D at $70. I'm sorry but I probably won't go back when I get a fill and pedicure for $130-150 AND 4 of nails are now cracked on the sides so I have to get a fill this week. I didn't leave until almost 4 due to she took over an hr to do 2 3D designs. I wasn't told the prices before they started or I probably wouldn't have got it done at all if I knew read more

I've just moved to the area and I was searching for a nail salon that was up to my standards. I googled this nail shop and did a walked in and was overly satisfied with the customer service, that I was welcomed with.. as I was able to schedule an appointment very fast, and the work was excellent! I only intended to get my nails done, but was overly satisfied so I decided to get a pedicure also!! Everyone that sees my nails always compliments the work that was done! Miranda IS THE BEST!!! These people leaving bad reviews can get over themselves. She rocks and does high quality work. She's very attentive and LISTENS to what you want, and then delivers!! If you want speciality nails ASK FOR MIRANDA. She is the one who does all the crazy designs. Don't just walk in and expect everyone to be able to do intricate designs. That's not how nail salons work. Call in for an appointment and then let them know what you want design wise so they can plan accordingly. It takes time to get nails this good, so make sure you are aware a walk in might not be enough time for them to do some crazy Pinterest design. MIRANDA AND NATOMAS NAILS ARE THE BEST!!! BY THE WAY Miranda is ALWAYS BOOKED! And the Salaon is ALWAYS PACKED. They know their stuff. read more

I had put in an appointment for 115. I was gonna be three minutes late and they were like oh OK and then after that I was two minutes late and they were like oh shit really you're gonna have to go to her like oh OK and then after that happen I told her I wanted short acrylic and she gave me medium compared to the picture I had in the heart on my nails are lopsided and cut me multiple times and try to say it was my fault for moving and literally sitting there. Still just don't recommend this place and I got medium acrylic nails for 75. read more

I made an appointment with Miranda for a new set with fall designs nails because I am done with the heat and ready for Fall season. My tech did an amazing job on my nails and I love love love my nails. Please be sure to book an appointment if you want to get crazy design. My tech is Miranda but I heard Tina, Jessica and Lynn are also very good with nail art. I will be back for sure and recommend this place to anyone who loves fun nail art. read more

I found this nail shop on Instagram and after reviewing their ratint on Yelp I was very excited to get my nails done however, after experiencing their customer service it is safe to say I will not be coming back. My nail tech was a young man with grayish dyed hair. During my appointment he accepted a FaceTime call and was on it for approximately 10 minutes. Once he hung up he proceeded to begin watching a live stream of someone playing video games. All in all I was bothered but felt that as long as he was doing a good job it was fine. But, things changed for me when I was showing him a pic of what I wanted again and he snatched the phone out of my hand. Again, kept my cool and let it go. But found this to be disrespectful and rude. The icing on the cake is when I did not want him to take a pic of my nails he waved me away from his desk as if I was a fly. Again, rude and disrespectful. The pricing is also questionable. While I realize I have a more demanding nail design and know it will be more expensive, their pricing seems questionable at best. I was told I would have to pay for full ombre set ($60) even though I only have 4 nails in the ombre design. The crystals I asked for in two nails were an extra $25 (which is fine, I expected this), the marble design i asked for on two fingers was an extra $10, the chrome finish on two nails was an extra $10, the matte finish on 3 nails was an extra $5. My set came to a total of $110. Again, I have the moneybto afford this but after reviewing the answers the owner posted here on Yelp regarding the pricing an ombre set should have started at $50. It seems to me they charge for anything extra. My biggest complaint is the customer service. Update: Her response to my review only proves how awful their customer service is. If the owner can speak to a customer like this then obviously its condoned to have rude and disrespectful interpersonal skills. Thank you, Miranda for making yourself and the shop look bad. read more

Initially I came in and had experience for multiple reasons some my fault for not speaking up when I didn't like something a nail tech did on my nails. I ended up coming in again to get them redone to my liking. And let me tell you I had the best experience. Miranda was very nice and took her time perfecting my nails. She is amazing at nail art, and I'll definitely be coming back again. They take great precautions against Covid-19, when you come in they take your temperature, there's Sanitizer at every station, and plexiglass between station. Overall I love this place and will recommend this place 100/10 read more

I love me some nail art! This is the sole reason I chose to come check out this place. I decided to get a pedi to including callus removal so as not to make my toes jealous. Lol. So I started out with the pedi. They greeted me quickly and got started right away. Everyone was nice however didn't talk much which is ok as I needed to relax. Besides they don't know me and am not a regular yet so that's to be expected. Got pedi quick but only complaint was that when removing callus the lady got a little carried away and I got a tiny gash. See pic. Now to the mani. Miranda was awesome with keeping my shape the same, not too thick so still fairly natural and was able to give me a fall look similar to a pic I showed her with fall leaves. I definitely will return to keep my fingers flashy. May leave off pedi in future. That's the reason I had to give 4 stars. read more

Tony is AMAZING, saw these on their ig and booked right away with him- got in the next day. He's very good with his art and has been doing this for 7 years! Very precise and will take his time to make sure your nails come out with zero flaws. Thanks for recommending him Miranda since I couldn't book with you, everybody is super sweet here. read more

I've been coming here for 5 years and this is definitely the best shop in Sacramento. My nails always come out perfect and I get so many compliments. The shop and supplies are clean. They always use new stuff for each customer. It's a busy nail salon, but it is definitely worth it. Plus the prices are fair. I'm going to keep coming here. read more

As a new customer, came in for nail removal service. I did not had cash on me, so the nail tech(Joanne) broke down the price. I did not mind paying the nail service. Joanne was unprofessional, she seemed irritated while doing my nails. I notice a little paper stating if you need any changes to let your nail technician know. I informed Joanne my nails were bumpy and I had a crack. She had an attitude, and did not do anything about it. read more

The nail salon was an overall bad experience. The employees are rude and they are overpriced for the little amount of work they do. The nail tech was rude to my 7 year old daughter who was getting her nails done for her bday and very excited but the nail tech had no patients and was RUDE the whole time. If you don't have patients for kids maybe say no kid services we would have left and spent our money elsewhere, somewhere that is professional, clean and has a welcoming nice atmosphere. If I could leave half a star I WOULD ! I called at 10am to schedule a afternoon appointment for 12:30 and I checked in EARLY before it even started !!! I've had problem with this place double booking and leaving me waiting for extended periods of time before but I come back because they genuinely do good nails I will give them that BUT THE SERVICE ! THER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. DOWN RIGHT LAUGHABLE !!! I wait over 30 MINUTES OUTSIDE for my appointment while i literally watched people go in AFTER ME AND BE SERVICED. I have no clue how they even though that would be acceptable and it's beyond rude and inconsiderate of me time and my patronage! My money is just as good as they other customer so why should I have to wait OUTSIDE OVER 30 MINUTES PAST MY ACTUAL APPOINTMENT?! This was my first time here and they did a great job! I came in on a Friday expecting it to be busy but I waited less than 5 min! It is a small place but they have all hands on deck to get you in and out as quick as they can! Lee did my nails and I was very pleased with the end result. Showed him what I wanted and got it. My usual nail place was booked for the next few days and I desperately needed my nails done. I came here because they had good reviews and in their info it stated the "latest dip powder services". Well they do NOT have dip powder. So if that's what you're looking for, try to find another place. When I walked in, I told them I would like dip powder and they stated they only have clear dip powder but no colors to offer. They stated they do gel then clear dip powder on top. I didn't understand but said ok cause I was desperate. While I was waiting, I saw a large poster in the wall advertising they carry dip powder and a variety of colors. They should prob take that poster down. The lady who did my nails was super nice but my nails just ended up OK. She ended up just doing a gel fill. So I didn't even get any clear dip powder. I think the nail color ended up looking a little too thick for my liking. Overall, I just wish it wasn't advertised that they offer the "latest dip powder services". read more

It was Lunar new year so my normal salon was closed.. so I was excited to know this nail salon was open because I start my new job tomorrow and want to make sure everything is fresh. The owner was super personable easy going and down to earth. Very professional. It's not everyday you find a salon that you decide wana make your home nail bar. Highly recommended. If you care about your safety during this strange time in the world right now THIS is the nail shop the visit. They have implemented allll the Covid 19 safety protocols so when you visit your job is to relax and enjoy the experience even with your mask on. I went to another local salon and they didnt have any safety protocols in place and I felt very uneasy the entire time. I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Natomas Nails and my nail technician Sheena did an amazing job. She was thorough, patient, and detailed. If you want someone book with Angel instead. I've gone to her before and she is great, but definitely avoid Nancy.

Some things to keep in mind: They are cash only. Definitely prefer to be able to use my card and tip in cash. Luckily I already has cash but they do have an atm in the salon, and there is also a credit union in the same shopping area. She did ask a coworker to help her with putting my gelx nails on. She was very nice, but I could tell she was learning. While I got the package pedicure, it took 1 hour and 50 min. That is a bit longer than I would have liked. At the end of my pedi I went to the bathroom and noticed that my paint wasn't fully dry when she added the oil/alcohol, so my toes were matte and required fixing. I also had to request that she remove more of the dead skin nails, which someone else stepped in to do - then dig so deep my toe started bleeding. I want to like this place so bad because of the convenience, however $72 (gel pedi + 1 nail with powder) is a bit much when I have to watch and request changes are made to improve the quality. I did find a lady that did hands (Mai) and since I saw her work, I would go back to try her, but pedicures may be out for me here. 0 stars. Had to come back in two weeks because my big toes had cracked and or lifted. This was a gel manicure. This has never been the case for any quality pedicures I have received, as they typically last 4-5 WEEKS! when I came back and showed the lady how badly my toe was bleeding when I walked out of here, she told me that had happened somewhere else and I should have told someone I was bleeding. I explained to her that they knew I was bleeding because they had tried to stop it, however, when I walked out it was continuing to bleed.

I asked to do square white dip powder and my nail tech wasn't willing to do what I wanted. I got a mani and pedi and my pedi turned out great. The lady was super sweet and provided great service. My manicure tech first told me she wouldn't cut down my nails shorter after I had asked her to which she responded "it'll look ugly". I understand for specific nail shapes like almond a specific length is required to achieve that look but not for square. I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. In any circumstance when is it ever appropriate to make that comment?? This salon is nice and it is on the pricier side but the service does not meet the price point. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.

Tracy is professional, meticulous, and pays incredible attention to detail. My nails turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn't be happier with them. Eric did my deluxe spa pedicure and did an amazing job on my gel French toes. Everything looked flawless, and the pedicure was so relaxing. The salon itself is a cute little shop that is very clean and welcoming. I also LOVE their massage chairs, they massage both your back and bottom. Overall, I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and so happy with the results. Highly recommend Tracy and Eric. I've been trying to find a good nail salon near me but it's not easy finding a place that does a solid job on both nails and toes especially for french, something so basic. I took a break from getting my nails done recently, but decided to come in this weekend to get a pedicure for our upcoming vacation. I made an appointment for 9:45am and was immediately greeted and seated at a pedicure station - I was also offered water too. I went with the Deluxe Pedicure which was $42 + extra for the Gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly while taking her time - she did a great job! They're very personable at Monet Spa which I also like - the owner remembered my name and that I'm married and have a daughter. The staff is always so grateful to see you back too! Overall, I'm glad I decided to come back and give them another chance. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon!

We were treated like VIPs, with a special birthday and retirement shout out on the big screen, mimosas, and a hot shoulder pad while having our pedicures. Chris provided an excellent pedicure, and Tom did an outstanding job on my nails. The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I was completely satisfied with the service I received and will return not only for a nail/pedicure, but also for their hair spa and facial.

I've been coming here for almost 3yrs now. I've witnessed somethings have changed during the years because some ladies have ripped this place off etc... It only takes 1 incident to happen for things to change. Before fixing a broken nail within 3 days was free(not anymore), before we were able to use credit cards( not anymore), if your bill is over $100 you must pay first... the list goes on! It wasn't like this! It was made into this. Yes, Miranda has a hard exterior but she's a nice lady once you get to know her. You learn to love this place with their flaws & all. Amy & Miranda do my nails on a regular basis. I have nothing bad to say. Yes, their pricing is high but it is what it is. They do a great job! Lynn & Jennifer also do amazing pedicures! Every time I come in all these ladies are nothing but friendly! I have also established a relationship with them though. If your going to get offended for every little thing or be extremely picky. This place is not for you. However, if you show them respect... they will give it back. I just feel like the shop deals with so much crap (I've personally witnessed while in there) that they have low tolerance. This review is long overdue! I started coming to Natomas Nails (in 2019) after my last nail tech went on a vacation (hint: she went out on maternity leave). I found Natomas Nails on Yelp, loved the pictures and here I am four years later. The shop is clean: The chair is sanitized between clients, and there are plastic guard barriers up. They even take my temperature, too. Miranda is my go-to lady! She can do any design, any shape, etc. I often search for cute nail designs on Pinterest, and Miranda can recreate the same look without even knowing the names of the polishes used. read more

They are so bad at doing nails. My nails shape are all kinds of off and too weirdly pointy no matter how many times I asked for them to be fixed. It's incredibly thick and my cuticles weren't even touched.... It's the WORST full set I have actually ever gotten in my entire life and they were my birthday nails. I look like a freak :/ I'm really upset especially because I felt like they were talking shit about me just because I said they didn't look good. I don't think I'll be coming back. Amy's work is absolutely amazing but the customer service here sucks ass. No one greets you when you come in or even asks what you want/how long the wait should be. I get that it can be busy but even other places do the bare minimum. I also find it quite hard to communicate what I want as they don't seem to understand English. What's the point in trying when they just ignore you too? Anyway, thanks. read more

Came in today for my pedi done my the girl who is at the back (forgot to ask to her name) and a full set done by the lady who station is at the front row by the reception area. She is a real perfectionist and very sweet. She askes me what shape I want and she has to make sure everything is nicely prepared before she begins building the nails. I got recommended here, the person I wanted was busy and so I had another lady who couldn't do any of the styles I wanted so I settle for a less complicated design and this women use a drill which I know most nail techs does but she burn my nails, and I literally walked out this 3 different cuts for this reason. I recently visited Natomas nails for a gel manicure, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality. Within just one week, my gel nails started chipping, which is not what I expected given the price and reviews of the salon. The staff were friendly, and the salon was clean, but the longevity of the gel nails was lacking. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back. read more

I took my daughter here for her first full set. Kayla was amazingly patient and kind. Miranda is hilarious. I ended up getting a full set for myself and it was a fun experience all around.
