Great service, great prices! Eyebrow threading is quick and easy. I highly recommend!!

I've been here about 3-4 times already but before I found this place, I've been going to Ruby Beauty Center. &What keeps me coming back is the $4 eyebrow threading! I also saw a sign at their window that said $1.99 eyebrow threading if you spend $30+ on cosmetics. Their service is quick and it's never crowded when I go. Also, they have this point systems that you sign into whenever you're done with your service and each visit counts as one. I think if you get 10 or 12 points, you're entitled to a free eyebrow threading. I'm satisfied with my visits here but I think next time I'll go back to Ruby's because I think they made my eyebrows look a bit better shaped. read more

*BEWARE! Customer service varies* This was the worst experience I've had with natural identity, I came across a receptionist I've never ran across before and this is where my issue started. I've been a loyal customer to natural identity for years now; I bring my sisters, mother, as well as friends. Today I brought my friend with me and this was her first time coming here and it was embarrassing!! To think that this was a place I used to recommend worried me! I came at 3:02 and ended up leaving at 4:40. The wait time was not my issue, even though we were told we would be taken care of promptly. The issue was the condescending and rude customer service I experienced. As a person that owns my own company, I know how important customer service is and I ensure everyone that works for us is adequately trained to give their best! It is obvious that the receptionist upfront hasn't had any training in that area before. I came in saying that I needed a clean up for a wax I just got elsewhere, I proceeded to clarify that I just have very small amount of hair left on my upper thigh that I wanted removed and another small area by my ankle; I repeat to her that "i just want a clean up, and I don't want a full leg wax", now at this point the receptionist tells me she will check with the person that gives the wax and see if they can accommodate that. She comes back and says that is fine and that I can go to the back. I go back with the person that gives me the wax and I tell her one more time that I don't want a full leg and that I just want a clean up, she seemed confused and so I pointed to where I think I still have " some hair" left over from my previous wax (mind you again that I just got). She says fine she'll "clean it up good" and gives me a wax, goes over the areas that wasn't necessary as it had NO hair but at this point since I HAVE already clarified it not once, twice, but multiple times, I wait till she's done since I'm assuming this is protocol for her to go over the same area.. I come to pay and she tries to charge me for a full wax, I told her that it doesn't make sense for me to do so as I've clarified only about 4-5 times that I only needed clean up, and to top it off I've tried to clarify with 2 workers. At this point, the person that has administered the wax has already rushed off the room and is no where to be found. The receptionist proceeds to explain "the scientific reasons" as to why a clean up wouldn't make sense in a VERY condescending manner that is among other stuff that was said (even though she didn't think about her scientific reasons before hand). The whole scenario was very dishonest and discourteous. Needless to say, after this horrible experience I won't be coming back but I wanted this to reach someone that maybe want to change up customer service training at natural identity so more customers aren't left feeling this way. read more

Came here with my best friend to get her eyebrows threaded. I was in AWE when I saw the service was only around 3 bucks! When we went there was people being serviced but bestie was seated as soon as we walked in and it took her thread lady maybe 10/15 mins and her eyebrows were gorgeously shaped and fit her face! I would travel to come back here and I want to explore more of Patel Market! read more

Yes! i had a bad experience at my old place and turns out to be a blessing in disguise. I went to the downstairs location, next to patel bros (stop there for a juice or some treats!) and was immediately greeted and lead to a seat. I was especially happy having just come back from travel... Literally took her 6 minutes of threading and we were done! and only $4!! (5 if its not cash). So fast, perfect job, and amazingly cheap. I wish i could give it 1/2 star. I like some of the staff there but the service is just TERRIBLE! They barely have any professional skills in makeup and some other services they provide. They need to invest in some professional certified makeup artists. Spend almosr $400 getting makeup done for a wedding and received nothing but critisizm from the guests. Hello? Where has this place been all my life? I'm pretty sure that I've been to Patel Plaza before, but I must have missed the FOUR DOLLAR THREADING signs, because this makes my heart sing. The older I get, the cheaper I become, and I'm always looking for a steal. Apparently, this is their all the time special, and I'm about to make this my all the time spot. So, I went on a Sunday afternoon, and while the parking lot was totally packed, I was able to walk in and sit down immediately. My threader was friendly enough, gave me a quick compliment and quickly got to work. I have friends that have eyebrow issues...ie they grow funny, they're super particular etc, but I just need mine to be groomed up, so I think I'm an easy customer. That being said, there was really no conversation about what I wanted, she just told me to "hold it", and we were off. For some people that may have been off-putting, but I guess she just looked at my unibrow and furry forehead and decided it was obvious what needed to occur. Either way, for four bucks I was very, very pleased. It was quick, didn't hurt any more than usual, and she didn't leave any spare hairs. Standard threading, couple of extra tweezer plucks and a quick snip of the scissors. Awesome deal. I'll be back. For basic maintenance....this is a fabulous new discovery. read more

Disappointed.... I was recommended to this salon for a hair cut but was very disappointed at the service. It's was 7:00 in the evening and there 6 employees lounging on the service chairs while I waited for a shampoo and haircut. When I was told to get my hair washed. The employee washing my hair was using cold water (keep in mind that it's December). When I told her it was cold she brushed it off and said its going to turn warm in a minute. It took her literally 3 minutes to was my hair. Worst shampoo service. Then she wrapped my hair in a towel and told me to sit on the chair until my turn. So I did. I waited there for 20 minutes with soaking wet hair dripping all over my face and making my clothes damp. Then Finally the long awaited hair cut. It's my turn! I was so excited because I heard so many positive things about this particular shop. To my disappointment I was asked to stand for my haircut when my hair was not even that long (shoulder length). She had me bend all the way down so she could get a perfect line in the back. She was so busy chit-chatting with everyone behind me that I felt like I was standing there for a good 15 minutes. Every time I would lift my head she would push my head back down. She kept her hand on my head so I wouldn't keep lifting it. After 15 minutes I was asked to sit down in the chair. I felt relived to sit down. She kept her hand on my head and still kept on talking to everyone else. At the end I was hoping to see what it looked like from the back but I wasn't even shown my hair. I was very disappointed at the service. And worst of all I didn't like the way it was cut. Awful. Don't recommend this place for a haircut. read more

The worst salon that you could go to especially for getting eyebrows. They have a branch upstairs and downstairs in the same complex. Although salon is owned by an Indian and All of the women that work here are Indians, they treat American customers much more nicely than Indian customers. Although they have billboards advertising $2 eyebrow special, any Indian asking for that special is treated like salon is doing them a favor by doing their eyebrows. The work performed is very poor quality because the entire mindset is customer is only paying $2. Never mind the 100%tip that I always leave.There is no sign in sheet and they will make the Indian customers needing eyebrows wait for hours while working in others. Several customers who arrived after me (without appointment ) were worked in before me . To add insult to injury, The salon worker told me to move to side chair so that "American customers paying for expensive service can be more comfortable". I was also told that it is my fault that I did not receive timely service as I should be the one keeping track of what is my place in line. Wow what a way to treat customers !! There are lots of other salons in the same strip mall and several more nearby. Unless you enjoy paying money to people that are going to insult you definitely avoid. read more

I get my eyebrows threaded here. It's okay. The interior design is not that great but the prices are good. It's fairly clean. I get my underarms waxed here and they don't charge very much ($8). I would enjoy my experience more if the waxing rooms were bigger. Another problem, is that sometimes when it is busy, I feel as if I'm rushed through even when I have a standing appointment. If you do come here, you should make an appointment. Try to avoid the weekends too. They accept credit cards and checks. I recommend Sana. read more

As I was waiting for my mother to finish shopping in the Patel Bros next door, I saw that this salon offered eyebrow threading for $4, and was currently having a special of $3. It was alright. My eyebrows didn't come out quite the same- the thickness of each side was slightly different, and the arch was more pronounced on one side. I asked the lady about it, and she said it was because there were still stray hairs that I hadn't brushed off. I've never heard that one before, probably because it wasn't accurate. I was also charged $4, and when I asked about the sign advertising for $3, I was told it was no longer available. It was very quick though- in and out within 10 minutes. I came to this place because someone recommend to me, but honestly I didn't like the service and how poorly the attitude Is. If I'm paying you, you should first treat me right second do your job right and do what someone ask you to do not whatever you want to do with their eye brows, I keep telling the lady that there was still hairs, that my eye brow wasn't clean enough and she got and attitude. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to Natural Identity. I have been a regular customer since 2009 and since then the professionalism and service has gradually declined to beyond dissatisfaction. The customer service has been sub par the last two times I was there and their failure to communicate changes in their rewards program is unfortunate, especially when I've been a regular there for so long. I went there to receive brow threading and waxing on my birthday at the end of December. I was apparently burned pretty badly on my facial area by the waxer (the scabs showed up about 3 days later) and then told I could not use my rewards points towards a free brow at that time because I had combined services. That wasn't a big deal though because I was told I could use it on my next visit. Fast forward to today and they refuse to allow me to use my rewards again because apparently they expired in December. See my frustration? I know it's only $4 but when you've been a loyal customer I just ask that you communicate the correct information and don't be so nonchalant and uncaring about it. Besides the fact that the quality in work has diminished not feeling appreciated as a customer no matter how I'm spending (especially when I have referred all my friends to your establishment) it is just not cool. I normally get cuts from Korean spots in Duluth but I checked out this spot from a recommendation from a friend. They washed my hair with shampoo before and the cut was on point. Barber had a warm demeanor. Men's cut only 14 Dollars as well. Def coming back!!!!!!! read more

They have a nicer salon in another part of the plaza, and I cannot for the life of me understand why it's only $2 there. We as a family have been going to this location for the past 3yrs, on our recent visit we're very Disgusted and appalled, with the level of professionalism. Hair stylist ZEBUL, very RUDE & ARROGANT. Took my 6yr old daughter in for a hair cut. When we noticed the sloppy haircut, we simply asked her to even the edges; that is when she became very angry and irritated. Another hair stylist came and saw her work and made the necessary changes. Zebul also became bit annoyed when the other stylist took over and corrected her work. On our first visit, Zebul gave us her personal phone number and asked us to visit her home where she can give us a better price and give us better service. There are 2 locations. This review is about the one on the lower level next door to Honest restaurant. No one wants to be nickled and dimed. If you want to pay with your debit/credit card it's a $1 charge. Also, they treat this place like it's a beauty school where the students are in training. You MUST be serviced by whoever is available but all of them do NOT do a good job. The only way that you can have your service done by the person that you like is by paying extra. So you are paying extra to receive the same exact service that the person sitting in the chair before you paid simply because you want your eyebrows done right and without an attitude. I'm definitely not returning. There are too many eyebrow bars/salons in this state for you to take your customers for granted. read more

In past have had ok experience. Today, not so great. Older lady, I believe her name was Sherma. Never seen her in the shop. Took off way too much from my eyebrow. When told her about it she attempted to dismiss the situation and say it was a only a little. A second lady in the shop could see I was upset and attempted to notify what seemed like head person. No one came over to say I can fix it. They apparently don't care to make an unsatisfied customer happy. Please don't let the older heavy set woman in shop do your brows! read more

I am never going back. I went with my daughters to get henna done; the owner showed me a pattern in the price range that suited me and we settled for that. However, while her employee was working on the patterns, she came multiple times to tell her to hurry up and not really worry about the design. She said so in her regional language not knowing that I understand the language. I don't know why I sat through it; I guess because the owner made me pay the whole amount for the service, including the tip, upfront. The end design was nowhere close to what had been shown to me. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I had an appointment and the massage therapist wasn't even at work. Receptionist called her begging her to come in because she has an appointment right in front of me. I was so disappointed. I ran the Peachtree Road race a day earlier and needed a massage. I've been to this place several times because of how cheap they are compared to other locations and since the location is convenient for me. One of the first times I went, the lady who did my eyebrows must have shaved off a chunk on one brow because the next few times I went to the same place, a different lady told me they were uneven. I mentioned that I had only been getting it done at this location and they had nothing to say. The chunk never seemed to grow back because the four times I got them done after, it was always mentioned about. However, my experience last week will definitely make me reconsider ever going back. I went in as usual and said "just cleaned up please, not any thinner." She Was spending much longer than anyone usually does on one brow. I got nervous and confirmed my suspicions when I looked in the mirror and my eyebrows were half the thickness I came in with. I was like wtf walked out without a word after paying and immediately started crying. If you don't get what a customer wants please confirm because my eyebrows are a defining feature of my face and now I'll have to wait a couple months for them to hopefully grow out. read more
