Attended a tasting here and I must say I was beyond impressed. This restaurant's take on healthy food Is definitely a game changer. The food has plenty of flavor and the menu was very diverse. My personal favorite is the dish "Taste of China". This take on traditional Chinese takeout is better than the real thing. Natures grills has some of the most phenomenal tasty healthy food and im pretty sure most people know that, but dining in should never be overlooked. I had the pleasure multiple times of dining in and having incredible and attentive service that stays consistent visit to visit. Eva was our waitresses multiple times and she hands down was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. My water is always full, food comes out in a timely manner. Despite the fact she is attending to 6-7 tables at a time it did not impede out service one bit. Definitely recommend for all! read more

Just finished a quick dinner here; I started off with the lemon chicken soup and my husband had the split pea soup, both were very good. For my dinner I had the shrimp quesadilla which was awesome with side of sweet potato fries which were delicious. My husband had the steak & chicken combo, with white rice & black beans. It was a very nice sized portion & he liked it very much except said the chicken was a tad over cooked/dry, but he really enjoyed the steak. We will be back! As a former Brooklynite I was so happy that they opened a Natures Grill on the island. I was aways in there In Brooklyn. The place was empty and I know why. Everything was over priced! it's not fancy restaurant it's just suppose to be healthy fast food. I ordered sweet potato and got half. It so expensive and I got a half potato. The menu for a healthy place didn't give a lot of healthy vegetarian or vegan options. It's not gonna last here. Too bad the south shore has a no healthy restaurants. Food is very good. I've been ordering it a lot lately because I live pretty close. I love the teriyaki bowls, Angus burgers, and i always make my own salad. The only thing i dislike is that their online ordering doesn't have the entire menu. When creating your own salad online they don't have all the toppings available that they do when order off the paper menu. Also you cant order sides and what not. Many things on the paper menu aren't available for online orders. And I've also noticed that some things are priced differently, from the paper menu to ordering online. With online being more expensive. They're fairly new so maybe they're still working on the online ordering. My advice is to call and order off the paper menu if you're looking for delivery or take out. Other than that I've been very pleased with their actual food. read more

I was glad to see a new healthy restaurant open. Finally had a chance to eat there. Everything's delicious and fresh! Lentil soup was so delicious that all I had to do was put a little hot sauce. I split the black bean burger and a vegetable pita with my husband. Both were amazing. Prices were on point. Everywhere you look is sparkling clean. Not a huge fan of delivery, that said, nature's grill was delivery as it should be. Ordered skirt steak panini, avocado salad with naked baked potato. It was delivered hot and fresh and frankly perfect. No complaints atoll - my new go to spot!!! read more

I ordered here last night and my BF and I were very impressed considering it's a health food place and these types of places are lacking in Staten Island and typically those few places can offer sub-par food. We ordered the chicken quesadilla, steak quesadilla, and steak burrito. All very FLAVORFUL which we absolutely loved. Prices steep, however, you get what you pay for and we do not mind paying for Good quality food. The girl who took my order over the phone was extremely polite and nice and my order was delivered in no time and it was still warm! My only wish is that the menu would be more detailed in terms of types of sauces/maybe calorie count? Low fat cheese I see is specified but since this is a health food restaurant and (i am active in the gym)- i believe nature's grill customers are more conscious of the calorie count/detailed ingredients and would prefer to be informed of what they are eating. We can't wait to order from Natures grill again and try other menu items!! read more

Delicious fresh food. I ordered the bison burger and it was SO flavorful. My only complaint is that the prices are steep! At least offer a side like a small salad or potatoes for a $12-$15 burger. The burger place that was there before them didn't last long because they had insanely high prices. If I want to pay $12 for a burger without a side I'll go to a sit down restaurant. I will be ordering from them again because the food is THAT yummy, but hopefully they adjust their prices or add some sides. read more

I went to Nature's Grill Cafe for a tasting last night. I had a delicious garden salad and chips with guacamole, hummus and salsa. All were so tasty. Their wraps and paninis were so good. I especially liked the Mexican wrap. Then I tasted the Teriyaki rice bowl, taste of China bowl and chicken skewers. All came out steaming hot, delicious and fresh. For dessert I had the sugar free carrot cake. You would not even know that it was a sugarless dessert. The service was exceptional. The food phenomenal. Minkk when they say grass fed its grass fed. The lettuce and arugula are so fresh you can tell that they literally feed it grass every night before they close. I got so lost in the freshness of their greens I was up hours sniffing their lettuce leaves I forgot I had to eat it, but when I did eat it mink I felt so healthy and not 450 pounds anymore that they made me go on a diet. I sleep every night with my lettuce and arugula leaves and it comforts me and lets me know that healthy food is delicious. God I love this place and next time I'll eat the food first before I start sniffing the freshness off these greens. God bless I love you guys read more

was here like 30 minutes ago with friends. All 3 tired and hungry. Waited for 10 minutes for server to come, he never showed up, we called him yet again, he still ignored us. The place was nearly empty, he wasn't busy. eventually we decided to order from the inside. From this point on speaking for my order only. I ordered New York steak (double), received some sort of a taco with chopped meat and onions, meat was tasteless, probably frozen precooked, waiting there few days for me to order. I also ordered vegetables on the side, which were just blunt, microwaved, no sauce nor salt, or any thing for that matter to add flavor. On top of it i ordered hot coffee, which i never received, even though i asked for it a 2nd time, i guess their waiter still waiting in dunking donuts for my coffee order. When we finished food, there was no garbage bin to throw the boxes. I paid 26$ for microwaved food, i could of gotten better meal for 10$ off street vendors in Manhattan, one of those Halals, at least that food is full of flavor. the service there is nonexistent. I've order from this place a bunch of times and usually it's pretty good but the delivery takes way too long. I have to go on my lunch break at a certain time and I ordered an hour and 15 minutes beforehand and it still took about and hour and 40 minutes to get to me meanwhile when I go there it's usually empty, and once it finally got to me the order was wrong. I wouldn't have been so upset if it got here in a timely matter and it wasn't so expensive and when I called them back they basically said there's nothing they can do to accommodate me. I'm super disappointed and this experience has definitely dissuaded me from ordering from here again. read more

if your hungry and waiting on your order DO NOT order from this place. i work at a doctors office and we have been ordering from this place for years they got the whole order incorrect, when i kindly called the place back to tell them the order was incorrect the guy on the phone told me that's what i ordered, started yelling at me hypercritically saying that he's busy and cant do anything about it. Telling me that's what i ordered. He said i can place another order and he will give me a slight discount. I asked to speak to a manager so they can come take back the wrong order and deliver the correct one he told me theirs no manager at their sight?? he was rude and obnoxious very unprofessional and the food they gave us stunk and the chicken was pink and looked uncooked. read more

Went on a beautiful day outside for their seating thinking it would be a nice change on a Saturday afternoon. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a simple burger with fries and a Mexican style wrap. I waited OVER an hour and half for my order. Not once did anyone come out to me to say what the delay was. I finally figured I'd ask where my food was and their response was it's coming right out about one minute. Waited about 15 mins to ask again and their response was oh we are making it for you now. Are you joking? I thought I was on a comedy show. Waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for them to say oh we are making it for you now. Unbelievable. Then they had the audacity to give me attitude after I told them to cancel the order I'm leaving. Definitely never coming back here again. What a shame. read more

Came here on a Monday afternoon. My friend and I were the only table. I ordered a simple soup and salad. The waitress forgot my soup and never came over to see that everything was okay. When she came over with the check, I told her to please remove the soup from the check because it was never brought out. You'd think she would apologize for forgetting it but her response was "OK". Have to take away a few stars not due to the food, but due to the extremely small radius that they now use for delivery. They've always delivered to me in Eltingville, but when I tried to place an online order, it told me I'm now out of their delivery area. When I called, I was told that since I'm out of their area now, it would be a $25 minimum, and over 90 minutes to deliver. Instead of shrinking their delivery area, wouldn't it make more sense to hire a second driver? Especially if your business is that good that people want to order from you? For those of us with disabled family members and can't go pickup, we rely on restaurants that deliver. Good thing Richmond Republic a few blocks away started delivering because I'm back in the market for a good burger place. read more
