I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! While out on the lot looking at the car I had asked the sales person if there was anything wrong with it, he replied no, no problems. I don't know much about engines so I took his word on it. 41 days later while driving the car starts smoking. I brought it to a shop to get a diagnosis turns out it has a head gasket leak and multiple other issues. I sent them an email asking to remedy this problem and they have not gotten back to me. This is totally dealer fraud. So now I have a broken car that I can't drive, still have to continue making payments on it. And now have to find and pay for a lawyer. please save yourself the stress and never purchase from this untrustworthy dealer.

I got an amazing deal and Arsen was very quick to finish the paperwork. These guys are very professional and honest. After we got home, we noticed a small crack in the driver side headlight. I took time off work, brought a second person with me, and even had our family mechanic come along to inspect the vehicle. The car's A/C was not working during the test drive. That immediately raised concerns for me about the dealership's reconditioning process and the overall condition of its inventory. We also observed six separate rock-chip impact points on the front windshield, a partially worn windshield seal, and what felt like an unstable suspension during the drive. The dealership agreed to repair the A/C but refused to replace the windshield, offering only to fill the chips with resin. They had their mechanic inspected the suspension and come back saying it was good. Based on what I experienced, I decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere. In my opinion, the vehicle was not in the condition I expected, and I left with concerns about their thoroughness of the inspection and reconditioning process.
