I called to see what a simple toe nail painting would cost with NO MASSAGE, they said $20. As I walk inside, they sit me down and put my feet in water, then comes a guy who does do my French Tip ($5) nail polish and that was it. However, when I went to pay for the sloppy polish job he kept messing up on, they CHARGED me $40. Mind you, I had NO MASSAGE, they claim that the water was part of the package. There are MANY MANY OTHER nail salons, just please god do not go to this one. The bad reviews are true. read more

The services have been prefect every time and just what I asked and wanted! The environment is nice, soothing and relaxing and CLEAN! It was my first time here. Walked in and everything looked really messy. I asked for square and they gave me duck nails. The only reason on WHY I didn't say anything was bc I was already there for 2 hours and I was honestly tired and wanted to go home. I payed 80 for nails I did NOT like. I got a gel manicure and do not recommend it to anyone! poor quality polish, not even a week later and 5 of my nails are peeling. I also asked for clear for the base and the man kept pushing for a light pink and wouldn't give it up. also I got an ombre from glitter to clear and no one knew how to do it, it took 3 different people thinking about trying then finally the 3rd guy said he would do it. it is not good. looks nothing like the inspo pic i gave. I also picked out the glitter to use (a darker orange) and he decided to use a pure gold he had behind the desk. I thought maybe he was going to use gold and orange so I didn't correct him until it was too far and I asked him to add the orange glitter also. overall poor experience, not good quality and felt like no one was listening to what I wanted. and because of the ombré (again i wanted glitter to clear) they charge me an additional $10 I did get a pedicure also and I believe that guys name was Thomas and he was great!! so friendly and did a nice job. that part I did appreciate. he was awesome. read more

Anthony is my go-to! I've never left unhappy and I can be a pain because I never tell him what I want! He is creative and a perfectionist! He is very friendly but takes the queue from you. I have been twice and I will not be going back after yesterday. I got a refill and a gel pedicure. My acrylics are fine but I have a huge spot where the gel was never applied, I had gel all over my hands, I originally wanted a black french tip decided to not and she never filed the black from the sides of my nails off, and my gel pedicure was already ruined by the time I got home a hour later. I took off my slides and noticed two of my toes didn't have any gel left... less than a hour later I should not have these problems. Zero stars! Very disappointed with this place. I went last Wednesday to get dip. The guy acted like he did not know what he was doing. Made my actual nails skinnier than the actual nail. Super square when asked for square/round. Gel under every nail. The skin was stuck to the nail. The nail starting falling off on Saturday. I lost 3 by Sunday. I went back today to get them fixed. The staff did not seem too happy with me there as they proceeded to talk about my nails while standing behind the girl redoing my nails. I asked if they were talking about my nails and she said yes! Maybe try learning to do nails or buy quality products or actually speak to the customers!! They talked amongst themselves the whole time and not to one of the 3 customers in there! My mom and I both got our nails done here. I got a pedicure and an acrylic fill with gel. My mom got a regular gel manicure. When my pedicure started, the water was freezing cold. I tried to tell my technician but she did not understand me. So, I just dealt with it and shivered through my pedicure. When I got to the manicure table, I asked for my acrylics to be filed just a tiny bit shorter and the technician proceeded to CUT them all the way down to my finger. By the time the first one was cut, there was nothing I could say - in order to get them longer, we would've had to start from scratch with brand new tips. They were painted very quickly without any care and the top coat doesn't cover the entire nail so there are places where it's not shiny. I mentioned that I got BOTH a pedicure and an acrylic fill/gel manicure. By the time I was done with both of those services, my mom's technician was STILL not done with her gel manicure. When we left, my mom had gel on her skin and she said the manicure was painful, with her technician cutting at her skin with the cuticle nipper for way too long. I understand that every nail salon has different technicians with different skill levels...but, when my mom and I have a terrible experience with THREE different technicians in one day, we're never going back to that salon. read more

Disappointed. My mother in law and I came after this horrid quarantine to get a mani pedi and just too many flaws to count. My nail technician was rushing. I timed my whole experience which was 35 minutes for both the mani and pedi. (The menu states a 45 minute pedicure) she rushed, my pedicure consisted of a poorly/weak massage while I watched my mother in law get the SAME pedicure with a 10-15 minute leg massage with lotion, callus removing scrubbing and when I asked my technician about my massage she stated she already did it.. but from what I got was a poorly rushed quick rub. She did my manicure on me during my pedicure which was okay, but I have cotton fibers now stuck on and in my polish because she polished over them. I'm sitting across from my mother in law watching her technician giving her a well done manicure, well done pedicure, massaging, taking his time. Oh and also forgot to mention my technician also didn't do the heavy duty scrubbing/callus removing which is the whole reason I come to get pedicures! I do not recommend this place. As far as the quarantine procedure, max people I saw was 6 techs 6 clients, screens in between the people, masks required to be worn, and sanitizer everywhere. I mentioned the experience to the manager and hope things will be fixed but I know of far better places to go to than this one. So 1 for treating my mother in law with patience and precision. Brought my wife in for a manicure today (3rd time we have been here together). We arrived right at opening as walk-ins. Our 1st 2 experiences were good, we both got pedicures. Today we both were going to get a manicure. My wife at first just wanted the manicure with just clear polish but decided on a gel color. She has dementia with cognitive impairment and was having difficulty picking a color, the technician (Thuy) was getting frustrated and said, "oh my god how hard is it to pick a color, we are busy". I said to her "excuse me that is uncalled for". When my wife was done, I decided I was not going to get mine done so we went to pay at which point I told Thuy that was very rude of her and explained my wife's condition. She did apologize, however regardless of my wife's condition, this type of treatment is uncalled for! read more

I've stopped in 3 times over the past 3 months and the service is not the same, my dip manicure was thick and awful looking both times-also the manicurist drilled my nails down so much that my real nails were paper thin.
