Disappointed with Nekter. We are regular customers and yesterday I ordered my wife an acai bowl on Mother's Day through Door Dash. Both bowls came without granola. This is the second time an açaí bowl had missing ingredients. Another time I paid extra for peanut butter and they forgot to add it. I love their açaí bowls but they continue to forget certain ingredients. When you pay so much for açaí bowls, specially through door dash, you expect your order to be right. They need a process to ensure all açaí bowls leaving their facility is made right. read more

I received amazing service today, from everyone there nothing but smiles and when I was undecided on what drink to get they offered to make me whatever I wanted if I didn't like it they would make me whatever else free of charge. I hate to be this review but honestly- if I could give no stars I would! We placed a mobile order because we were trying to get somewhere. Our order was $50 for 3 smoothies and a açaí bowl. Keep in mind we ordered with plenty enough time for them to make our order because we knew we didn't want to have to wait. When I walked in the girl comes from the back and let's me know they haven't even started on our order. After she makes our smoothies she stops to socialize with her friends who just walked in. Continues to make their smoothies for them. I ask for my açaí bowl to which she says Oh yeah! Well I have to clean the blender out now so hold on. At this point it's been a good 45 minutes, our smoothies are melted. All the while the manager is just sitting there watching me wait and even stops her from doing our smoothies to ask "oh what time are you off 2? Oh no wait 3 huh." and walks to the back. ‍ read more

Worst customer service I have EVER received. I placed an order for a 3 day cleanse on 3-10 it was supposed to be ready for pick up 3-13. I went in today 3/14 to pick up my cleanse only to have to deal with the most disrespectful counter girl. I asked for my order she said "we don't have any" I said well it was supposed to be ready yesterday and she proceeded to tell me it wasn't there and she didn't know when I would get my order. Okay well can I get a refund? No I can't do that for you. I spent 137.00 on this cleanse and I have no juice and I'm out 137.00 until god knows when. I will NEVER order from here again. I wanted to try it but so many bad reviews I decided to go elsewhere. If I owned the business I would really consider what's being written.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and skip this place. Never have I felt this way about any establishment, but if I could give zero stars this would be the one. I went in on a random weekday afternoon, there was maybe two guests in front of us waiting patiently for their smoothie when we first arrived. We placed our order, staff was friendly at this point, and went to go sit and wait. After watching every person who ordered after us get their drinks, and after sitting for close to 45 minutes, while neither my party nor the ladies in front of us received a single drink. After waiting and realizing the staff wasn't making our drinks ever, I finally went up to inquire about our smoothies. To which the staff member told me "I'll be right with you to take your order" meaning my smoothies were A.) not being made, and B.) where never going to be made considering this staff member literally had no recollection my myself or my large order. After waiting for almost an hour, the staff then inform me they "forgot my ticket" and have to use my receipt to even see what I ordered, and at this point they tell me they will get to my smoothies "right after this order". At this point I had been waiting for 4 smoothies, which I paid $10 a piece for, with over an hour wait and no sign of a sorry of any sort. Apologies, but no smoothie is worth $10 AND over an hour wait. I told him at this point, no thank you I have other plans, please just issue me a refund. This is where customer service skills would have come in handy, however the staff then processed to get rude and snappy, talking about how they didn't know how to process a refund so they had to go make a call. 20 minutes later, a different employee emerges, and gives me cash back for two smoothies, no tax included, and tells me have a great day. At this time I had been waiting for over an hour, so I forfeited my money and left. If that tells you anything of how awful this experience was, I literally walked out paying for smoothies I didn't even receive just to be able to leave that place. I don't know why this location is so terrible, I have been to numerous Nekter's with fantastic experiences, but please save yourself some money (literally) and avoid this location at all costs. read more

I know they recently opened, but I've been in about 3-4 times since, and each time the employees have been really unorganized and talk more than they work. I've been in while there was no one there and it took them a few minutes to actually serve me because the girls were too busy talking to each other. They don't really pay attention to what they're doing and they give you your smoothie not filled up all the way. I'd recommend giving them some better training on customer service read more

Great after workout snack! The protein power bowl is so good, saves well, and has 45g of protein! Honestly, all the food is great here and the employees are so nice and always so knowledgeable. Yes, it is a little on the more expensive side but you're paying for better, healthier, and more natural ingredients with none of the added sugars that other juice bars often put in their products. Which is definitely worth the extra. PRO TIP: get the Mango Delight smoothie with Coconut Water instead of cashew milk, it's so much better! read more

I just picked up an order from Nekter Juice Bar off of Tmec Parkway and got there at my designated time. I am always so excited to get a bowl from there, and today was a bit busy. I waited about 5 minutes before a girl asked me if I was there for a pickup. She reached into the fridge and grabbed my 2 orders and placed it in a bag for me. When I got in my car I opened one up and to my disappointment, my bowl was entirely melted... to the point where it was like soup. All of the toppings were at the bottom, and I even paid for an extra scoop of peanut butter on both which ended up melted/not even seen as well :( I'm so disappointed with the service today, and most likely will have to go to the other location from now on. I usually love Nekter, but unfortunately I came to this location with my sister for an açaí bowl because it's closer to where we live and as I got the bowl and my sister and I were eating it, there was a live fly within the center of the bowl. They did apologize and change the bowl for me but after that I am yet to return, that was absolutely disgusting to encounter especially for a place that serves fresh fruit options. read more

This is the second bad experience I have had at this juice bar. First of all a clueless rude teenager could not multitask for the life of her. She was a short petite brunette/blonde girl. She did not know how to make a açaí bowl and there were white spots in my bowl for the third time. I asked her to reblend it and she was so rude about it and to make matters even worse the bowl was not even half way it was a quarter of the way and the fruit on top barely made it half way. A lady behind me even noticed the ugly attitude she had. For the prices they ask for at least try to do your job. I've worked in customer service before and even if someone isn't satisfied I still keep a happy attitude and will help them until they are fully satisfied unlike these gross teens that work here.
