I love this juice bar so much, but I felt the need to write a bad review for management of this location. Doesn't matter what time I come or when, but every time I do it always takes so long to get my order done due to there always being only one person making the smoothies and bowls. I always place my order ahead of time on the app and it still takes forever to make. Management needs to schedule at least two people upfront it's so stressful on the workers and just not efficient for this type of business that shouldn't be taking more than 20 minutes to make a smoothie. read more

If you want a juice from this location make sure you order it hours before they close. Tonight I ordered two juices at 5:33pm, the order said it would be ready for pick up at 5:53. I drove all the way to the store arriving around 5:45 saying I had a pickup order, the first worker said "Did you guys have the two juices?" after saying yes we were told that they already cleaned the juicers and refused to make them for us even after I asked what time that they closed and we still had an hour and 15 minutes. After that the worker didn't say anything else and I had to speak up and ask for a refund, she said nothing and walked to the back getting another worker, who also said nothing just "cash or card?" Very rude workers and very unprofessional. Im mind blown at this experience and how I was treated, I will be taking my business else where. read more

I was super excited to spot this juice bar when we were leaving Trader Joe's. I had The Greenie and added a shot of turmeric to it. The staff are super friendly, and despite the fact that there were two people ahead of me, they made my drink really fast! The juice bar is really clean, and they have indoor seating if you plan on enjoying your drink there! Masks are required! The only downside is the parking lot! It is very busy as it shares a lot with Trader Joe's and a few other establishments! Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area! read more

Business hours listed show that you close at 8 pm yet I showed up at 7:51 and the girls working there refused to help me and said they we closed. The front door was still unlocked because obviously you they were still open. I understand when businesses are slow they start preparing to close early and because of that they can't fully make what's on the menu however they didn't even asked what I wanted. This review is in regard to the closing staff of nekter on Wednesday night 1/27/21. Nekter is my go to place to get a açaí bowl post workout. I arrived to the store at 6:44 16 minutes before they closed. I parked right infront of the store & got out of my car . As I was approaching the doors I watched the 2 employees inside turn the lights off & run to the back of the store. The doors were locked. I knocked for about 1 minute with no answer. I got in my car & tried to figure out whether I wanted a smoothie from Jamba Juice or not. While deciding, Several other people attempted to enter the store as well only to be disappointed by doors that were locked prematurely. The 2 employees in the back came out the back 5 mins till 7 while I was still in my car & too my disbelief they sat on chairs on their phones in the corner of the store until it was 7 & left at 7 on the dot. I own a business & I know that is no way I'd want my employees running my business. That's several customers that were missed out on due to negligence by employees. Walked in with no customers in lobby and 2 workers. One greets me quickly and asked if I wanted a juice cuz it would be a while because an online order had 24 drinks. So you mean to tell me, you will make all walk in orders wait while you have the only 2 employees work on 1 order? Wish they denied me service and told me they're closed instead of me spending money and tipping them then get terrible drinks. My drink tasted and looked like it only had blueberries in it and my dads drink tasted like chalk. If they wanted to go home that bad just tell me your closing and can't take anymore orders. I waited for 20 minutes just to get the bowl with my banana just thrown in there not even cut and 2 whole chunks of pineapple with the whole skin on both pieces.
