My husband set out to the Mosaic Center Farmer's Market for the goods. It was his first time out in the world in a month and he was pleasantly surprised by how safe and efficient everything was. The market made it very easy to practice social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. When my husband inquired about which beans to purchase, the seller was very thoughtful in asking about how we would make the coffee, what our flavor preferences and more. Since we do not have a grinder at home, he ground the coffee as well. We are now fully stocked to make the perfect at-home cup at home and we can't wait to go through our bag (should be tomorrow!) so we can try some other roasts.
