[[HIGHLIGHT]]A couple friends and I went to NettBar to watch a game and had a great time![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were lucky to have such great weather for when we were there because we wanted to sit outside and in Texas... that's not the best idea during summer usually.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were so many cocktail options that I sampled a few before selecting. All of the frozen drinks were good and they also had a lot of specials going on as well, including their train shot deal which is special to them! We also got hungry while there so we ordered some food and everything was delicious as well! Very happy with the experience as a whole!

The boujee Nett Bar that we love coming to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great outdoor patio with an indoor counter for drinks and another indoor space to order food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their food is great by the way! Love their burgers, grilled chicken sandwich, and today... quesadillas! They also pour a great Guinness. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good spot for adults and kids![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

First time at this location! How fun! When we got there, we were able to snag a parking spot easily. We also saw 2-3 cars pulling out to allow others to come as well. There is street parking if you can't park in the lot. Vibes are good! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Some of the outdoor seating is covered. We went for a birthday party and they have a happy hour food/drink menu from 3-7pm (Tues-Fri). We ordered chicken sliders and skewers from the menu, but also got brussels sprouts from their shareable menu which were good and affordable. The chicken sliders came with 3. They were actually pretty yummy and fulfilling. The skewers were small, came with 2 and definitely not worth it. The brussels sprouts actually came with rice too, which was a surpise, but a good surprise! Shots of course when the train goes (they have a TV to watch) were cheap and our group definitely had a great time. Bartenders/service was nice. Food was kinda slow, we waited awhile to get it, but had a great time nonetheless.

This was my first time at this Nett Bar. Because it was Friday the 13th, there was a dog costume contest going on. There are games for children too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Being a Friday evening, there were several families since the children could play and stay busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks are on one section and food at another one. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a happening place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is ample parking but I ended up parking on the street since there were no spots. I ordered a hummus which comes with pita bread and cucumber slices. You get a number at the counter and food is brought to you. The hummus was tasty and had happy hour pricing. I would like to try the Brussel sprouts next time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are snacks for dogs and an enclosed dog run too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place has all the seating options. Two indoor spots. One just for drinks and another just for food. Outdoor areas covered and not covered.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food is delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Location is decent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have their own private parking and street parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a lot of TVs to watch any game.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place to hang with family and friends. Pet and kid friendly too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Enjoyed catching a baseball game from the outside patio thanks to the fans.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The beer prices were decent for a bucket. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of seating for groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sunshades were great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tab is transferable from bar to bar.

Our pup loved their Pooch Pub dog park.

I came here a few weeks ago for a Texans game for the first time. We sat in the low table because we had our pup with us. The nearest TV wasn't playing the game so we moved to the high tops. The owner or manager noticed our dilemma and completely moved the low table in front of the right TV for us so that we sit comfortably with our pup. I was so impressed and grateful. Now that's what you call Southern Hospitality! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We enjoyed the outdoor patio, food, drinks, and even distracted our active pup in the little dog park they have.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great service! We will return soon.

We had a good experience here! We used to live right around the corner from the OG nettbar when we stayed on center st so it's nice to see this second location in the area! Parking can be a little tough. Wish they had a bugger parking lot. They've got all the same great drinks as the other location, but they have separate area now where you can order food. I'm glad to see this new addition to the neighborhood and will be frequenting more often!

I'm a big fan of the original location just off of Washington St, but this location might be even better. Unlike the original, this location still has neighborhood bar feel with a wide variety of cocktail and beer selections but with a kitchen and increased seating space. Keeping true to the nett bar identity, the shady acres location still has bocce ball but now also a dedicated, gated dog park, and a cafe soon to open. Expect it to get busy during Astros and college football game days, but not to worry, the shady acres location has more tables, booths and outdoor bar seating to accommodate every time of group - college reunions, families, neighborhood friends, even first dates. They do have two small dedicated parking lots but still, parking is tight. I recommend taking a ride share whenever possible. Definitely recommend!

The place is loaded with TVs to watch the game and it also has a full bar in case your sports team lets you down. Even with TVs, the restaurant is not overly loud. My son loved his burger and that says a lot since he is a field leading expert in the art of complaining. So, we are looking forward to heading back to try other burgers. The food came out quickly, and everything was cooked just right. What made the visit extra special was meeting up with friends I used to come here with. Sitting together and reminiscing about all the events we've attended here over the years reminded me why this spot has always been such a favorite. The patio is absolutely fantastic--spacious, relaxed, and perfect for lingering conversations over coffee, mimosas, and yes even espresso martinis. Even though it's counter service, the experience never feels rushed. You order, grab a seat, and just enjoy the atmosphere. Cottonwood has that rare ability to feel both lively and laid-back at the same time. Great food, great patio, and even better memories. Definitely a go-to spot for a relaxed Houston brunch.

Parking isn't a problem in the large complimentary lot they have. Ambiance (3/5): Pretty much your typical patio bar. There's a decent-sized indoor area, but most of the action is on the spacious patio. There's plenty of seating and TVs... which made for a good spot to watch the game. Especially since they had the sound on. Service (3.5/5): You order at the bar. No waiter service that I noticed. Typically there wasn't much of the line, but it was congested at one point throughout the night. Food (3/5): We split their Alabama white wings and crawfish fries. Pretty much your average bar food. Generous portions. Decent prices. The crawfish smelled a little funky though. Drinks (3/5): Since a sporting event was going on, I stuck to beer. They have a pretty decent selection of brews on tap, including quite a few Texas beers. Along with some standard ones and some European selections. The biggest red flag? Patron vehicles being towed under circumstances that appear predatory and poorly communicated. Multiple customers--including myself--were blindsided by towing while actively patronizing the business. There was little to no clear signage, no warning, and zero accountability from staff. Whether or not it technically skirts the law, it feels deceptive and hostile to customers. Inside, things don't improve. Service is painfully slow and indifferent, as if the staff would rather you weren't there at all. Orders are forgotten, drinks sit empty, and requests are met with eye rolls instead of help. You get the strong sense that customer service simply isn't a priority. Then there's the cleanliness--or lack of it. Sticky tables, dirty floors, and restrooms that look like they've been neglected for far too long. It's hard to enjoy food or drinks when you're questioning how often anything gets cleaned. Between the towing fiasco, the poor service, and the grimy environment, Cedar Creek Bar & Grill feels less like a neighborhood hangout and more like a trap for unsuspecting patrons. Houston has too many great bars and restaurants to waste your time--or risk your car--on this one. Not recommended.
