The woman who did my nails did a beautiful job, and another staff member helped bridge the language gap whenever needed. They were cheerful, friendly, and focused on making sure I left happy. Most importantly, my nails looked perfect. The polish was applied beautifully, lasted through my event, and looked exactly the way I wanted. They also let me sit under the dryer as long as needed so I could leave without worrying about smudging anything. I was genuinely grateful for how gracious they were with a stressed, demanding customer who showed up unannounced. Me and my girlfriend came in and were honestly just expecting a regular nail appointment; we left feeling like we'd been pampered by people who actually cared. The owner is SO sweet. Most places wouldnt consider a tri-color dinosaur design for man+Pedi, but she took it on and knocked it outta the park! (She draws with her small kids alot so she has so much creativity and practice with silly designs lol) They also have a 10 day guarantee on gels! Efficient without feeling rushed although I wish the leg and hand massage were longer than a minute. I was able to fully relax in their clean massage chair while enjoying some adult contemporary music in the background. The salon is well kept, they're just working on getting the bathroom knob fixed. The owner, Nu, is a delight! I was visiting town on two different occasions for work this October and mentioned to my daughter that I'd need a manicure each time. She immediately booked us for an appointment and I got a gel manicure with a vibrant silver polish that elicited lots of positive commentary from others. The second time I went back I got a sparkly rose set and the same - people told me how nice they looked. Both times the manicure lasted throughout multiple trade show booth set ups and tear downs. Nu is also just a kind person. You can sit and have a glass of bubbly, or have a cup of water while she and her team attend to you.
