    $8.60 for small iced coffee

I never noticed how much I'm paying for their small iced coffee. It only comes in one size and once you add ice to it it's about three sips of iced coffee. They are charging almost 9 dollars so it was like $8.60 for a small iced coffee that was mostly milk.

Huge Kudos to this small but mighty cafe that's going head-to-head with a bunch of bagel heavy-hitters in close proximity. But what the others may have in size, budget and advertising, NY Bagel Cafe makes up for with excellent food, very friendly service, and tons of charm. This is the privately-owned gem you want to support and to make sure they're rewarded for their efforts. To be honest, I've personally only ever ordered bagels from here, sometimes to go, sometimes to eat in-store, but they have a huge menu of breakfast, lunch and even dinner-type dishes that really aim to keep people coming for much more than bread and cheese. In fact, none of the other local bagel places are offering anywhere near the number of options as this cafe (the closest similar place would be the Old New York Deli & Bakery way over in Canoga Park), and the items this kitchen is putting out can easily do battle with most of the venerable, well-known breakfast spots across the Valley. The bagels are made in-house and offer far more flavor than what you'll get at Western, Noah's or Einstein's. And on weekends you can get a Bialy that actually comes close to the Brooklyn stalwart you just can't find anywhere... and this level of close is definitely appreciated. They also make their own cream cheese in a variety of flavors, and a vegan "spread" that lands somewhere between a cream cheese and a hummus that my vegan son praises for having far more flavor than the other vegan options found in town. Sticking with that theme, NY Bagel Cafe offers a good selection of vegan options in every section of their menu, as well as making vegan cookies, cakes and pastries. If making great food was all they did, that would be sufficient, but they also go the extra mile by decorating the shop with homey bric-a-brac that gives the place a more lived-in feel, and invites you to stay for a while. Staying makes sense, as they also have live music inside or out on the weekends, so why not relax and smell the flowers? or the bagels? Or the waffles? It's all worth some attention from the town, and you'll be glad you gave it a try.

I stopped by here this morning to get a blueberry bagel. I was going to pick up an online order for my wife across the street so I parked in the plaza this place is at. There more parking here than the street parking so I prefer that. I came in the morning so they were not busy at all and it was raining. This place has outdoor seating and also inside seating. There also a little stage area for musicians to come play at. I looked at their menu first to see if anything look appealing to me but the prices for the smoothie is on the higher end. So I stuck with the blueberry bagel and asked for cream cheese on the side because if you don't then they'll put a lot on the bagel. The price for the cream cheese is almost the same as the bagel so be aware. I thought my bagel was good especially with it being toasted and adding a little cream cheese. I would come back again if I'm in the area.

Absolutely incredible, and I'm talking everything! If you are looking for a New York Bagel go to New York cuz these blow them out of the water!! Incredibly soft, flavorful and delicious! I honestly don't even eat gluten but I WILL eat these. (Shout out to THE best jalapeño cheddar!) Phenomenal cream cheese, garlic spread or hummus to spread on top as well. I was also shocked to receive the best matcha I've ever had, and I'd consider myself a matcha connoisseur. The coffee is also one of a kind, low acidity sourced from New Guinea. You can absolutely taste the difference. The service is fantastic, always helpful and guiding me into exactly what I'm looking for. There is a natural healing tea which I also highly recommend-it's not the greatest tasting tea but the benefits out weigh the flavor. Cutie little patio outside to enjoy all your scrumptious treats too :)

They even have a little stage for live music and open mic nights!

Just moved to the area and stopped by here, was welcomed in with the best service and had an amazing bacon egg and cheese and cold brew! Will be back very soon!

A nice little shop with some great deals. Their nacho fries were really good and their bagel sandwiches are pretty solid. I've tried their Pepperoni Bagel pizza and it had a bit too much sauce on it but otherwise was good. The staff have always been very friendly.

A very unique and interesting cafe! They have healthy teas here for immunity (Brazilian) and smoothies - they also have organic coffee which is my favorite ! Highly recommend! They are cute and very health oriented !!! 10 starts for that !

Loved this place! I was looking for something cheap and gluten free to eat for breakfast and this place was suggested. Food was inexpensive, wish I would have bought more lol. Also the owner was in shop and told me all about the tea they brew there. I'm coming back two days in a row to get the tea because it definitely is healing! Highly recommend the food AND the tea! I even put my friends on and they want more!

Very MID. A tiny space with cool outdoor area. Service was good and locals seem to like this place as well. The food is below OK I got salmon bagel - the size of big mac which is pretty small for almost $20 after tax with no drink. The bagel was falling apart, cream was everywhere, the tomatoes were not ripe and very bland. They use regular thick cuts of fresh onions instead of pickled one - meh. The overall taste was not memorable at all and all this for almost $20. One and done. Not recommended

I grabbed an onion bialy with cream cheese, and I am still thinking about it hours later. The flavor was unreal. It tasted like the best part of French onion soup, just without the soup. Rich, savory, and perfect with the cream cheese. Blissful is the only word that fits. My youngest went with an everything bagel, plain, and she lit up after the first bite. Soft, squishy, exactly how she likes it. She looked at me and said, "Dad, how come you haven't brought me here before?" I told her that sometimes, for great things, you have to wait in life. We also grabbed the nectar of the gods (Diet Coke) and an apple juice. Everything was packaged neatly, easy to grab and go, and the whole experience felt effortless and the people there are wicked nice! Hank's is officially in our rotation now.

Out of the five times I have picked up bagels here (ordered online and in person), only two have been correct. Three times I have brought home my orders open them up to find a missing topping. Today it was cream cheese. Last time it was avocado (a pricey loss). The people putting together the bagels need to be more conscientious about what they're doing and double-checking their accuracy. Also, the manager should be checking the order before it goes out. This is happening far too frequently for a To-Go food shop.

He's tried other bagel sandwiches but they were a bit overwhelming like the maplehouse egg sandwich. We've also had the chorizo burrito which wasn't that great. I will add that the service is always great and the lady at the register knows who we are and usually puts in our order when we're next in line so once we get to the register she just tells us the total so that's cool. The place is always clean in the inside and even on the patio area. Note that, they have parking meters out front and they do have a parking lot in the back that doesn't charge for parking if you go before a certain time in the morning (I'm not sure what the time is but I will update when I find out). Overall, Noah's is cool! It gets the job done. However, I've had some really good bagels my coworkers have brought in to the office and they were super solid! I'm not sure where they got them from but If you want a quick bagel, Noah's is ok. OOO 3 out of 5 Afros

I want to raise a concern that reflects a broader operational issue rather than a single…read moreinteraction. There appears to be a pattern of inconsistent customer service and engagement that, intentionally or not, creates unnecessary friction for customers attempting to place orders. As a long-standing customer of Noah's Bagels, it is concerning that employees are not adequately trained on the functionality of the company's own app or how it integrates with delivery platforms like DoorDash. Customers rely on staff to provide accurate, basic information about ordering options, and that expectation is currently not being met. In a recent interaction today, I attempted to place a delivery order and asked for very simple modifications as I always do, specifically adding onion and having sauce on the side. I was told these options were available on both the Noah's app and DoorDash, which was not the case. When I sought clarification, I was rudely and initially directed back to the app with incorrect information, and ultimately told to come in person if I wanted those basic requests accommodated. This response overlooks the main purpose of delivery services, and was condescending. Customers choose delivery because they are managing time constraints and responsibilities. Suggesting an in-person visit as the only solution defeats that purpose entirely, and is frustrating when someone is also responsible for a lunch order for others, and a customer's time is limited. As a result of this interaction, I lost approximately 15 minutes navigating inaccurate information, only to be left without a viable solution. More importantly, the tone of the interaction conveyed a lack of ownership and accountability, and was very immature and dismissive. Also, to be clear: this is not simply a customer service issue at the individual level. It points to a need for stronger training, clearer internal communication, and accountability around customer experience, and product knowledge. Employees should be equipped to accurately explain ordering channels, app capabilities, menu items/ingredients and be able to come up with reasonable alternatives when issues arise. As a manager, being on top of these things, would significantly improve both efficiency and customer satisfaction, especially for loyal customers who are willing to pay for convenience but expect a baseline level of competence and support in return. Lastly, please be mindful that, for example, turning away an average of 10 potential delivery customers per day due to your staff providing unhelpful and discourteous service, who are willing to spend $25-$50 per order, can result in significant annual losses for this store.

Didn't smile, was stiff, and not pleasant at all. I ordered 2 bagels. An Onion Bagel with egg, bacon, avocado, tomato & Mozzarella cheese. The cheese was not melted, the bacon was not crispy at all and barely any bits to it. The 2nd bagel was a lox bagel with capers, chives, cream cheese, lettuce & tomato. On everything bagel. Both bagels were not toasted to my liking, was cold, lox was not fresh, and the blueberry muffin that I ordered never made it to my table. I had to go twice to ask him for my Decaf Iced Vanilla latte and the 2nd bagel(lox) was not cut in half. Place was somewhat clean, there were 2 tables that was dirty with napkins, cups from the previous customer/S, before I even walked into the shop. First off, found this place after influencer Violet Bass showed the gluten free breakfast sandwich she got here and it looked great. I like the vibes of the place. The issue is their staff didn't get multiple people's orders right. I can tell because someone else came to the counter to say they got something wrong and they got mine wrong (didn't do eggs runny or no tomatoes) The person taking orders multiple time had to turn to a coworker to translate to Spanish which was a bad sign. Honestly, order online so they get it right but that shouldn't be necessary as a walk in. The food was good but not as good as I hoped. The hash brown was a little too soft and not crisp. All the bacon on my sandwich slipped out to the bottom. It was a little overly salty. Didn't get the egg right. It was good with easy potential to be 5 star good but just was 3 star good sadly. I will come back in hopes they get it right but can see this place failing because if two people had their orders messed up while there, that is not a harbinger of success. If this place gets the food consistently right like I saw they did for the person they hired to promote on insta or how their food looks in the pictures, this place would be a gem. Get quality control down before you promote! $10 for a breakfast sandwich isn't crazy priced these days if you nail it. It isn't worth it if it's 3 star quality though. Hopefully they get it right because this place has potential and surprised it isn't more packed when I pulled up only to quickly get why.

Also, got their small 100% Orange Juice & their yummy, creamy spread.. Honey Almond. For all this the price came out to be $31.73 including tax and tip not included. EXPENSIVE!! You can get a dozen eggs from your local grocery store for just the add-on eggs on my bagels. My food was nicely toasted and everything was right with my order. It tasted DELICIOUS, FRESH, and the portions could have been just a little bigger. I will still go back to this place & instead of getting 2 add-on eggs on each bagel, I will only get one. They also do catering, pickup/to-go orders, and third party apps as well. There are many bottled beverage options as well, such as juice, water, etc... Parking lot is always full, shared with a lot of other businesses and has one gender neutral restroom.
