    Burnt old pizza. Horrible!

NY Pizza and Pints III....... Absolutely awful! Ordered thru Grubhub. Came dried out, old and burnt. We usually go to the one in Carrollton which is outstanding! #3 is horrific. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog! When we called they said it was not old, but trust me.... It was. See photos.

If i could give it zero stars i would. It's 11:52am. We walked in stood in line for 10 minutes before anyone came out. We had to yell so someone can hear us in the back. Then as we looked we saw the pizzas stacked on each on a cart. Obviously from the night before which i hoped they would not serve to us. Welp they sure did. It was the worse service and worse food I've had in a long time. Everyone in this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

    Shaved ribeye Focaccia Philly Grinder

Food was not good. Pizza: very little cheese and then they added a sprinkle of extra cheese (not my request) on top as seen in picture. It was dry and not much sauce. Shaved ribeye focaccia grinder: Menu calls it shaved rib eye but it's actually just deli meat (looked like roast beef) thin sliced on bread. Two slices of deli meat in whole sandwich. Very little cheese and bell pepper wasn't cooked. Fountain soda: tasted flat "stubborn brand is name of it" soda not like regular coke and root beer branded.

Been eyeballing this place for a minute. Here's all I can say....to-go, slices for delivery are a biiiig no go. I placed my order about 30min after opening. So you'd think that this would be....fresh-ish pizza, right? Soooo....why did my slices look like the pizza you pull out of the fridge 2 days after ordering it and contemplating the scale of how desperately hungry you are ...to see if you'll eat it or toss it. I got a cheese, a BYO 3 topping and a sausage. But...but...y'all....it just wasn't good. The crust was chewy ... You know the kind you sort of have to gnaw at a little to get it to rip off when you bite? The cheese was sporadic and seemed to miss the edges....the cheese pizza was thrown out bc it was deemed on that scale of 1-10 of leftover pizza, a -1. It was just sad. Now, the slices are GINORMOUS. but a GINORMOUS slice of underwhelmingly bad pizza is just...a whole lotta bad. Now....would my experience have been vastly different if I'd dined in? Perhaps? Are their whole pizzas hugely better than their slices? Quite possibly yes. Was I persuaded by my delivery results to give that a shot. Absolutely not. Definitely dissuaded. So...my rec is...of you're gonna give it a go...perhaps dine in? And avoid the slices like the plague.

    Dry, dry, dry.

You know it must not be good if you are feeding 6 teenagers (including teen boys) who are hungry and there is pizza left over. We ordered three medium pizzas on a Saturday night with garlic knots. A whole pizza and a half is still left afterwords. Yes, despite ordering an hour earlier saying that they were hungry for pizza. If teenagers don't want to finish pizzas after they are hungry, you know there must be a problem. And that problem would be "dry, flavorless, overcooked and crusty." We even had to send back the first batch of garlic knots because they were black on the bottom. The second batch wasn't that much better. Almost hockey puck-like. To add to the frustration, the lady that work there was upset that she had to redo the garlic knots. Quality control must be bad. Or finding good workers is hard right now. Good luck.

"The Bronx" slice. Dry.... Very low sauce.... Very low cheese. Bland.... Underwhelming. 2 out of 10

Cool place. Cool location. 2 out of 10 pizza. Dry pizza with hardly any sauce or cheese on it. Skimped on toppings. Crust was burnt. Took four bites & walked out. Large portion was a plus but expensive for an underwhelming slice of pizza. Won't be back.

    That's a 12" ruler - menu said I was getting a 14" pie for 2 people. Not so much.

I've been to the Carrollton location with my family and have had their giant pie, good stuff. Decided to order a pie for a co-worker and myself. After delivery & a service fee I paid over 20 bucks - I have no problem with that if I'm getting what I'm told. 14" pie - no. Off by at least 2". Enough for 2 adults - barely. Not a plate, napkin, cheese or red pepper flakes either. Certainly you guys can do better.

Not sure if this place is new or not but definitely a new find for me! I was out and about and got a call from my fiancé to go pick up a pizza from this location. It's in Addison circle and has about two to three parks out front. There's a parking garage near by but not ideal if you are alone and it's late. Especially if it's just for pickup. I walked in and there was no line and I let them know I had an order to pick up. I gave them the name and they turned around and placed the LARGEST pizza I've seen on the corner! I was in total shock. This pizza was 24"! Warning: THIS WILL NOT FIT IN YOUR FRONT SEAT! Lol! I had to put this bad boy in my trunk. Any who, I love the cheese they use and the pizza had a good taste to it. Wasn't crazy about the sausage they had, so I'd stick to pepperoni with mushrooms in the future. Oh they're also an authentic New York style pizza, I haven't been to New York so have nothing to compare it to but I thought it was decent. Great for when you have company and have people to feed.

Cheese and Burger slice. More cheese please and less of the overly seasoned sauce.

My wife and I must have hit them on a good day because our Saturday lunch was quite good! I had a 1/2 Caesar salad with ranch dressing and the chef also included a container of Caesar dressing. Both were phenomenal! And the croutons were crispy and well seasoned. Our server also gave each of us plastic flatware and salt and pepper packets sealed in a plastic bag. Very hygienic! Both of us ordered a slice of cheese and burger pizza. It was pretty good but I could have used more cheese and less of the overly seasoned tomato sauce. My wife could not get enough of their iced tea and must have refilled her cup at least 3 times; I liked the ability to customize my tea with the awesome lemonade dispenser nearby! Other than the overly seasoned pizza sauce my only other gripe is that they charge a 3% fee for processing your payment if using a credit card. Nobody said anything about that when we paid; l just happened to request a receipt.

Great handmade pizza. LOVE this play.

Something has changed in their pizza, the cheese is different. Lower grade. Thanks it was good while it lasted.

We just finished a photoshoot in Addison and my wife looks at me and says babe, I'm in the mood for some pizza... I then look at her and say not Skinny Pizza, and she goes on to say it's not there anymore it's a new place NY Pizza. I rolled my eyes, me being from NY said, come on another pizza joint trying to be NY PizZa in Dallas. Well we called in and ordered a cheese and pepperoni pie. We then drive back to pick it up, and decide to try a slice while they made the made the pies. WOW I was blown away. The dough is perfection, the ratio marinera to cheese is a formula! These people got it right!!! Warning 1 slice is equivalent to 2 slices just so you are aware before ordering. Definitely ordering from here when I'm craving pizza. Welcome to the neighborhood!

This new pizza joint is walking distance from our apartment and we couldn't be more excited!! Great food, friendly service, and good vibes! Come hungry! I ordered the chef's special which is a GIANT slice, Caesar salad, pickle, and a drink. Then I went back and got the tiramisu which was also very good. The prices were very reasonable. They're currently waiting on a liquor license which I hope comes soon, because I saw they also had some fun bar games (cornhole, Jenga, and a NY themed chess set).

Pepperoni pizza+Caesar salad combo. Very good!

Our standard order is a large three topping with pepperoni, real Italian sausage and onions. You've got to try onions as that touch of sweet helps with all the savory flavors. We always include a side salad with their homemade blue cheese dressing for a small charge $2.55! You've can also purchase their homemade salad dressings by the pint or quart. The pizza takes a minute to get made so the salad calms our appetite. I swear it's cheaper to get a glass of their house wine than to get a glass of tea so don't hesitate to order. This place is a definite bargain on many items. Now the pizza is just spectacular. The Italian sausage is the real thing that has been sliced from the links not the sausage "turds" you get with fast food pizza. The crust is perfectly yeasty and the thickness on the medium side. They also serve on a rack at the table to keep the crust fresh. Since we order a large it is a knife and fork pizza with the heavy cheese and toppings. Another favorite dish is their lasagna. I've lost count how many times I've ordered at the restaurant and to go. It comes with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. The soup is homemade and simply the best warming dish - a hug in a bowl loaded with veggies. Service is always friendly. The murals of Italian scenes and the wine bottles hanging from the ceiling add a fun touch. Just don't forget to try the pizza and you won't have regrets. One of the owners told me he has been eating that pizza twice a week for almost 50 years!

I placed an Uber Eats order at 8:28 PM on Thanksgiving, fully expecting delays due to the holiday. What I didn't expect was a cascade of preventable issues and a complete lack of accountability from the restaurant. First, I was told my order was released to the wrong driver--or "stolen," depending on who I spoke with. Then, while the restaurant was supposedly remaking the order, there was miscommunication with the second driver, who ultimately left. These delivery complications were frustrating but not entirely the restaurant's fault. What was within their control, however, was how they chose to handle the situation once I reached out. I offered to come pick up the food myself and simply asked that they honor the same price I had already paid through Uber including the promotion. They refused. The tone of the conversation was dismissive at best, and there was zero acknowledgment of the hour-and-a-half delay or the inconvenience caused. It is now 10 PM on Thanksgiving night, and I still have no food--not even an apology. If you're considering ordering from this location, I strongly advise against using Uber Eats or any delivery platform, and based on this level of customer service, I would be cautious about ordering at all. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and the lack of basic courtesy was the final disappointment.
