I won't take my car anywhere else. I've been searching for a trustworthy shop since my mechanic moved. These guys are the best! The owner, Ken, drove to my work nearby where my car crapped out on me. He took a look under the hood and crawled underneath to try to diagnose the problems on the spot. He arranged for a tow and drove me to the nearest car rental place to get some temporary transportation. When I had another issue related to another shop's negligence, they were able to get me in right away and make the easy fix. These guys take the time to explain what repairs need to be made and why. They work quickly and help accommodate you when you are carless. Their waiting room is clean and has free offerings of coffee, water, snacks, etc. Take your car to Next Auto Care! I came here out of sheer convenience it is right down the street from me and I was worried my car wouldn't make it far. I requested a quote online and they got back to me very fast. Communication via email was easy and clear and I was thrilled they could get me in right away and sent me a tow quote since I was unsure about it starting. Same day I received a good all over check of the car, a high quality battery with a 5 year warranty, and an oil change. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and all the phone calls where handled by a knowlegable person. Zero complaints and I would give more then 5 stars if I could. read more

I have been very pleased with my service at Next Auto Care. I have been twice for oil changes and do not have any complaints. They offered the best price I could find. The waiting room is comfortable and offers amenities for kids- a small table and chairs, coloring books, snacks, water. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms- there were soap and lotion options. As a pregnant woman in winter with two small children with me, all of these things made the experience very bearable. read more

This place has been great! I've been here a couple times for my car from oil change to replacing a tire. Next Auto was friendly, professional, affordable, and convenient (dropped me off at work). The comfortable waiting room with drinks was a nice added perk. Not open on weekends but I'll work around it for this place. I normally would not take the time to fill out a review, but this situation left such a bad taste in my mouth I wanted to share. This is the place you go to and feel like you need to shower after getting your car done. I had an issue with my vehicle and brought it in for them to check. They came out saying that XX needed to be done, not knowing that I have brought my vehicle in for the past year for all oil changes and recommended maintenance, and the issue I was in there for today had already been serviced. They misfiled my customer and vehicle information so never made the connection to my account. Once they found my account, they reviewed the information, and it was just walking back the conversation. Tech not here today but we have had the same issue with the past tech, your complaint is not uncommon, someone will call you. No solutions, just excuses. Totally unprofessional and I felt I was being lied to, especially before they realized I was a recurring customer. If you are going there for cheap oil changes, have at it, but anything else, do not trust these guys. read more

This is going to sound silly, but back in April I experienced an outstanding oil change at this wonderful shop! I happened to get a coupon in the mail for a "spring special" and I decided to switch things up and check out this local shop. I spoke with Manny on the phone and set up an appointment. When I arrived the next day, he greeted me warmly and quickly. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the "front of the house." You'd never be able to tell you were in a garage! Extremely clean and spacious with a comfortable lounge area. They were expeditious in getting my vehicle serviced within the estimated time frame with no upselling. While I waited I enjoyed a cup of tea and a snack and thought I was in the twilight zone (see photos!). I'd like to note that while I was waiting (about 45 minutes) I could overhear the staff conversing. They were professional and kind with how they treated one another and customers on the phone. I cannot praise them enough for this! I will be sure to return for any future needs. read more

I am actually happy (Yes, I said HAPPY!!!) to come here for auto repairs. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They have good snacks, coffee, and water. They'll drop you off at home or work and pick you back up. They go out of their way to help you and will make time if you have an emergency need. Their bathrooms are clean, and their waiting room is comfortable - like hanging out in your own living room. They've always been the best price when I have called around. I made the mistake of going somewhere else on a Sunday, because they were closed and I needed my car repaired immediately, that shop gave me a list of all the things I needed to repair. I came back to Next Auto the next day with the list and surprise, none of that work was necessary. In fact, my brake pads still had more than 60% left, when that other shop told me they were about to be metal on metal. Two days later when the repair from the other place was now not working again, because they put in a used part even though they charged me the cost for a new one, they helped me out for an amazingly good deal on a problem they didn't even create. After having a secondary problem after the initial fix, I reached the shop owner after business hours. He was willing to come pick me up so I wasn't stranded, and made arrangements to pick up the car so I wasn't driving it. I wouldn't take my car(s) anywhere else for non-warrantied maintenance. read more

I went in to Next Auto Care to have them replace my auto sensor and rather than simply fixing the auto sensor they instead broke the current sensor that was already in my car. The mechanic continued to hammer it until he severely damaged the sensor that was already in my car and thus ruined the manifold intake as well rendering the car dangerous and nearly not derivable. The mechanic clearly had no prior experience and admitted to breaking the sensor. The manager and owner, Chris, covered for him and proceeded to tell me it is not his responsibility to fix what they had just broken and that it would cost me $779 for them to fix the disaster that they had just turned my car into but also to replace the manifold intake which they had just damaged. Instead of trying to fix the mess his employee had made, he blatantly lied to me about the damage. When I tried seeking answers from him and his employee, his wife threatened to kick me out of the store and told me to "calm myself down" because she did not want me to warn any of the unsuspecting customers that were entrusting their mechanical work to this unethical, fraudulent, and nefarious company. These people are greedy and have no intention of fixing any cars and simply want to take advantage of female customers by breaking the cars and forcing them to pay exorbitant prices to rectify the immeasurable amounts of damage that they have caused. Chris repeatedly refused to fix any of the damage that was caused and his wife kept rudely trying to kick me out of the shop even though I was a paying customer and I simply wanted some answers as to why I came in with a car that needed a simple fix and was leaving with a vehicle that was so damaged it would cost well over $700 dollars to fix. Absolutely horrified at how they would treat their customers and at how little they truly care about the work that they are providing. how this shop claim that they have ASE certified mechanics while they don't have the experience to perform standard mechanic job. A dishonest and thieving shop run by people who are incapable of performing mechanical work on cars and who are pretending they are qualified simply so they can make a buck. Would not return and would not recommend such a cruel and despicable place to anyone who is seeking a simple car job to be done. In absolute shock and awe that this could happen in Highlands Ranch and by a family owned business nonetheless. read more
