Came here for lunch on a weekend after I dropped off my car at the dealership for service. I heard a lot of people mentioning this spot so since I was nearby, I decided to give it a try. Upon ordering, I decided to go with their garlic shrimp noodle. When I received it, the smell was amazing and the taste itself was okay. It was heavy with lots of oil and very few garlic so I wished they deep fried some more garlic to put it over all the noodles and shrimp. I felt like I ate more oil than noodles so I didn't feel that great afterwards. Today I decided to eat here and got the GARLIC CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH and it was drenched in garlic sauce which was completely overpowering to the point where it was not enjoyable. When I went, there weren't anybody eating in the restaurant. The room was full because everyone ordered to go and were waiting just as long as we did. Warning, the parking lot is small so it might be difficult to get a spot. As for the food, it was decent. The meat was alright but the noodles were really clumpy. I eat here at least once a week and it is by far the best late night option in Newport Beach. Everything else is the worst unhealthy or low quality food. They have pho and great late night munchies food. I usually get he garlic noodles and bulgogi beef. The pho is decent. Not the best, but for late night and in Newport i think it is amazing.
