If I the customer can not understand your prices & "titles" to your nail salon than maybe you the owner should better explain in a fashion that can be better understood. Here's an FYI, I get my nails done all the time, there's no reason for there to be 3 different types of rock star toes, just 1! When someone asks for rock star toes it will always be acrylic, always! I was so upset that day, you literally shit on my day. I would rather go to fashion fair and pay double the price to know I get exactly what I ask for every time and not looked at like I am stupid because you can't understand. After reading the reviews I expected a lot worse than the experience I had. However I was in the area and figured I might as well. The good: The prices were good and the shop was clean. They offered me cold water which was also great. They had A TON of gel choices and were willing to change my choice up which was cool. The bad: the guy I had definitely did not take the time he could have on my pedicure. I got gel polish and he only did one coat of color when he should have done 2 before the glitter. Also, I told him that I was ticklish and he tortured me and was making comments to his co-worker. Whatever. The ugly: so as he was not focusing on completing my polish job he decided to start cleaning out the spa. That was okay until he was touching a gross sponge, didn't wash his hands after, and then touched my feet. That grossed me out beyond belief. Do not go here for eyebrows. Came in asking for a cleanup the lady thinned them out thinner than her drawn on ones. When it was taking too long I asked her if everything was ok. She went to get someone else. I looked in the mirror and one brow was pointed the other rounded. Both thin. I went in with full eyebrows left with thin differently shaped ones. Two ladies came back in... I asked what the heck happened? One lady said I'll fix it. I said how? There's nothing left. I told them if they didn't know what they were doing they shouldn't have touched me. The guy at the desk said oh I'm sorry you don't have to pay.. come back in two weeks and we will fix it. I sat outside the salon waiting for them to open at 9am. At 9:10 the lights were still off so I called the number on the door and a woman answered and as she did she flipped the lights on and opened the door. She was very polite and took me to one of their plush chairs. The water temp was perfect and the man working there promptly got me and another customer a bottled water. I chose my color and my pedicurist did a nice job. Very careful yet quick and thorough. It took about one hour for the $40 treatment with exfoliation and massage and I loved my toes with gel polish! The place looked very clean and it started to fill up quickly with other customers. It looked very busy, but not sure why they don't have many reviews yet. I should've looked more closely because when I got home and looked at my toes they looked BAD my polish was also all smudged! I did really like the work I got from Helen. on halloween i had been calling multiple salons to see if walk ins were available-nice nails said sure quickly and i made an appointment for 1:15. i arrived and she was finishing up another client and Lina took me to do a new acrylic full set. I showed her the nails i had in mine, she handed me the basket of painted nails and i chose the colors and she quickly started. she took about an hour and a half but WOW her shaping is amazing, attention to detail, everything!! i loved them!! for my first time giving this place a try i'll definitely keep coming back! she charged $55 for the set and i felt that was a rather fair price compared to other salon pricings. as for the salon it has it's busy times, it was very clean, a little old but still well maintained! staff was very sweet and they offer waters as well! btw after a week the two index nails did break in half(while putting on my shoes). other than that all other 8 nails were strong and sturdy for the 3 weeks i kept them on for. read more

First time here, my daughter looked it up and said it had great rating. She has been wanting to try a new place. So here we are, we made appointments at 4:30 for two and one at 4:45. We arrive about 10 minutes late, but we arrive and let them know we have appointments and the response is we will get to you as soon as we can. We seat here and wait, there is only standing room. After my daughter asks how long the wait is they offer her a seat. They start her nails. As we sit here and wait, I finally ask how much longer once again the answer is we will get you in as soon as we can. But they offer my friend with a 4:45 appointment a seat. Yes she came in about 15 after me. Here we are 50 minutes past my arrival time and I am still siting here waiting. This is a bad first impression. As I am sitting here waiting one of the workers keeps on looking at my family and I. My son whispers to me, this lady won't stop staring. It made him feel uncomfortable. This is not a place I will come back for service that is for sure. We will see how my friends and daughters nails turn out. At this rate I don't know if I will get my done. Came here on Saturday with my mom for a pedicure. The man up front was super friendly, greeted us and got us seated right away after we picked out our polish. We got started and everything was going great with my pedicure lady but my mom seemed to be a little on edge with hers. Apparently the lady kept trying to make my mom go pick out a different color than the one she brought from home, saying that they have other shades of pink that she thought would suit my mom better. But my mom just wanted her simple pink, nothing too flashy. She even painted one of my mom's nails just to show her the difference (?) I really have no major complaints other than the language barrier. It's so hard to communicate sometimes! After we were done with our pedicures the owner and my mom's pedicure lady got into an argument about something, right in front of all of the customers! Literally yelling at each other over something about the pedicure tubs (sketchy much?) I know some people are iffy when people talk in their native language to each other but I usually don't have a problem with it unless you start screaming each other in front of me and kinda make it seem like something shady might be going on, but of course they won't tell you that something is actually wrong. I'll come back here, but I just hope these people learn to keep their arguments to themselves or at least in the break room! read more

Went here on a Sat. morning and got seated right away. I came in for a gel full set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. . . Eyebrow wax - (done by a woman whos name I didnt get) Awesome! My eyebrows were a total mess do to getting them done by a total wack job at another place. She was able to correct them and make them look really really good. Also got a very mini forehead massage when she was done which felt really good and made me super relaxed. Pedicure- ( done by a guy whos name i didnt get) Average pedicure no extras like hot stones/towel but he was nice and did what i asked. Cant complain its almost 2 weeks and no chips. YAY! Gel Glitter Nails - Done by Megan - I got crystal nail tip with a pinkish purple glitter powder and a 3D flower on the ring finger. It took her a little long but it was well worth it. My nails have never looked better! Im going back to her every time now. Nails arent lifting or broken after almost 2 weeks. All in all this place is great! They have lots of glitter/desgins/polish colors to chose from no you never have to worry about getting the same thing. They also do full waxing (up to brazillian) facials, massages, eyelash extensions. Prices are good for all the services above I paid 90 which to me is a deal. It was clean and bright and organized. Terrible service! I had an apt at 12, but didn't get seen til 1:15 with Tracy but I guess she was behind so I was given to another person, when I specifically asked for Tracy's service. Then I was handed off to someone's else AGAIN, so I showed her my design I wanted on my nails and she said she could do them but failed, twice. So she kept having to erase her mistakes which THEN messed up the acrylic nail. She didn't even say anything or bother to fix it till I told her about it but by then I was so irritated and frustrated with the horrible service that I told the guy I was not going to pay for anything. They left streaks in the nail, patchy spots, a bad nail, and many spots weren't filled in with acrylic so they looked like I had them for weeks and I needed to get a fill when I JUST got them done. Had a good experience the first time as I got my nails done and a pedicure for my college graduation. I decided to bring my 6 year old daughter in for their kids pedicure $17 and to also get her nails painted $5 since I figured they'd receive the same service we got, considering the price they charge for kids pedicure. The hello kitty pedicure chair is super cute. As for the kids pedicure itself, I feel like paying $17 for a kids pedicure service like the one my daughter received is overpriced and not worth the money. I could have just taken my daughter to the store and let her pick out a nail Polish color and do it myself. The kids pedicure to me, should only be worth $10. The lady that did my daughter's pedicure, did it pretty fast for the amount we paid. Their nail polishes that you can pick off the shelf, is so dried out and old. The lady that painted my daughter's feet and nails, had a hard time painting her nails because the nail Polish was so dried out. I can't believe they couldn't have gotten a new one out. 3 weeks later, I come back to get a new full set. Now that I think about it, I think the amount they charged me this time is an unreasonable amount. The nails I previously got done by them for my graduation had more details, more design, and diamonds on every finger for $62. This time's design, was just a light pink and white ombre design with a couple of diamonds per finger so I don't get how it could have costed more. Perhaps because of the diamonds because they said it was an extra $20 but they didn't have to do a detailed design etc like with the other full set I got. I got this exact design to the one they had displayed on the shelf full of samples, which I was originally told that it would cost around $50. Then they tell me it'll cost $72 for this type of design and they kept talking about how expensive this design is if I were to get it, as if it's a problem. But why display this kind of design on the shelf as a sample for customers if in the end, it's going to cost $70+ for it? Well, after I looked at my nails, I realized that there were flaws. When the nail tech applied the white acrylic, he didn't smooth it down/buff it down so on the inside of the nail, you could see white acrylic lumps. And I paid $72 for that kind of poor nail work? I found a girl at a different nail salon who does the same work and does a good job for cheaper than the amount I was charged. read more

The biggest problem with this place seems to be that they cannot seem to let themselves turn anyone away. My daughter and I had appointments to go in to have manicures and waxing. It took them half an hour past our appoinment to seat my daughter, and then another half an hour (at least) for them to seat me... and just because I was seated did not mean that they were ready to get to me. There were four people working. There were at least seven of us who were seated and waiting. I'm pretty sure that the one lady seated after me in a spa pedicure seat near met had her feet soaking for an hour, without anyone actually being able to do anything else for her. When I left, she still had not been attended to by anyone. Another lady remarked that she had been there three hours, and she was just finishing up with her pedicure and moving onto her manicure. I'm not sure how long it took her to finish, as it was over an hour later, and we were leaving, and I think she was about half-done with her hands. The staff took turns tag-teaming on each nail job. Three different people worked on my hands, and there was a lot of down-time in between, as they went to work on others' nails between stages. Really, the place would benefit most by only seating clients one-at-a-time per manicurist... They'd finish each person MUCH more quickly, and nobody would find themselves sitting through a five hour mani/pedi. I also think that the guy who seems to be the manager should focus on managing, and not filling in between tag-team switches... his work on my daughter's one finger needed to be redone. I don't think his skill lies in painting nails. (And BTW, just as an aside, I'd like to add that three different people applied polish to her hands... and that doesn't count the two or three turns they took on the cleaning/trimming.) Now, all that said, I am still undecided as to the quality of the work... this was my first gel manicure. I'm thinking I should not have had the "french" gel manicure, as the process was not as tidy as I'd have preferred. However, I have no basis with which to compare on the paint job, as I've never seen a french gel manicure before. It's not altogether tidy on the color transitions... And it's kind of welded to my fingertips, all of which the lady who did the color told me is because my nails were more difficult than usual, because they were already short. ..I'll update if I find a problem with the quality of the work, but in the meantime, I'll just say that I'd have found the experience to be ok overall if they could just have gotten their acts together and let ONE person work on ONE client at a time, and if they'd put more effort into being efficient with the clients they seat, and not add to their load as they go. As it stands, I think they should stop accepting appointments; what's the point? Oh, and we didn't bother getting waxed. They had forgotten by then, and we had been in the shop for over two hours and really just wanted to finish up. read more

I only posted one picture I wish I got more but I didn't. Due to my work schedules and the minimal amount of sleep I barely get my nails was not a big priority but paying the amount of money I should've considered it!! Clearly my fault on my end. The owner reached out to me. But seeing is that I can't just miss work to fix my nails because why would anyone? Well I don't know about most but everyone works around my schedule or nothing at all. I see most of everyone's pictures posted stating their gel lasts 2-3 weeks at most. Mine didn't. I'm not a nail picker so I know it's not me fidgeting with my nails but really? Again for the price you pay you would expect them to last a while before getting them done again. I don't know maybe just maybe nice nails but at this time gel shouldn't flake like how mine are. 7/31/2016 So I've been speaking to the owner himself directly and he was very very pleasant. Concerned about his customer! This is the type of businesses I love! He was very patient with me and worked around my schedule. Given it has been almost a month but it was because he was on vacation to see his family. That I did not realize but a review is a review. Today is finally my half day off and he still honored what he said and was able to get me an appointment at 3pm. Until then my review will be updated again. Upon my arrival I was greeted just like every customer. Denny kept his word and I got my appointment with Tracy the nail wizard. I am satisfied, she did everything I asked and more. Given they close at 4 they both stayed and worked on me until the job was done. Bravo! This is what I like and this is what keeps loyal customers coming. Tracy went above and beyond just like Denny she noticed my nails crack and split so she did something very sweet for me. A thin layer overlay to help my nails out. Awesome sauce!
