Alright, got pretty good reviews on Yelp so I went to try this place after a dissatisfied, expensive meal at Izakaya. Was the pizza that great? No, but it wasn't horrible. Were the owners awesome, friendly, and down-to-earth? Hell yes they were. I just dropped by the plaza with my girlfriend to walk around, check out what stores were around and grab a slice of pizza on the way out. I think there was a minimum for validation from them and I was a couple bucks off but the owner was nice enough to validate anyway. Very nice of them. Back to the pizza, the dough was nice, not too fluffy but not too dense either. Ever so slight sweetness at the end. Not shabby. The cheese had a nice char on it but the pepperoni was a bit on the salty and greasy side. I understand pepperoni is pretty greasy by nature but this pepperoni was a bit too oily for my taste. Took a napkin to it, no problem. Either way, better than the meal at Izakaya at a significantly lower price. Run by great people, great snack warm or cold stop by if you're shopping and grab a slice or two. Review is more of a 3.5 stars. read more

I don't even know how to get started on how RUDE the short guy employee is. I thought it was just me but sometimes when I would just be passing by, I see him yelling at customers and his co-workers don't even mind. What the heck. Overwhelmed place making people grumpy. Not sure why everyone was raving about this place. This is just a counter at the food court. There is Subway and a couple other counters too. Their off the shelf pizza selection is limited. If you want more choices make the pizza from scratch which might take time and it also costs a lot more. The slices from the shelf costs about $5 or so for 2 slices. Enough for a meal. So that's why I give this place 3 stars. They also give a generous serving of warm sauce to dunk your slices. Yummy!! This is a small carry out spot inside of the Whalers shopping outlets. Those nights where we did not want to wait or overpay this spot came in quite handy. Of course there is pizza but they have a large selection of hot sandwiches and cold. Nikki's also has salad, gyros, and pasta dishes as well. The food and services was good. We stayed in Maui for a week and came here multiple times for breakfast. Kids love their Local Breakfast plate with the Portuguese sausage. I ordered bagel (which was gigantic and soft) with cream cheese. Portions were super generous and prices reasonable. Fresh to order and A+++ service. Great place to grab delicious, fast, and affordable food. Ate here multiple times during our stay at Westin, one main reason is because our kids like pasta and pizza. There are also multiple restaurants close by but mostly long wait or need reservation. Would come back to Nikki's for sure in the future. read more

Hands down the best pizza on island. They also have a nice selection of other menu items. We've been eating here for years. We always get a slice each, and they are generous servings! It might look like a food court type operation but, don't let the looks fool you. This place has some of the best pizza I have ever eaten! Quality fast food, and by that I mean amazing food that is prepared super fast! After snorkeling all day, we were dying of starvation. We decided to "just grab a pizza" and gave up on our reservation at a neighboring restaurant as the 40 min. wait was agonizing! We had dinner in under 12 min. from time of ordering, we had a wonderfully flavored Hawaiian pizza and actually had leftovers for lunch for the next day. We proceeded to go to Nikis for breakfast one day having breakfast burrito, so huge 2 of us ate it! And then had lunch one day for about $40, feeding 5 people. No doubt this is a reasonably priced option to get a cheaper lunch or dinner than the typical Hawaiian restaurant fare, which is ridiculously priced, but in the end you get what you pay for. I would be willing to try it again for a fresh made whole pizza, but I'll qualify my rating by saying that it's based on a "by the slice" experience of buying pizza out of the case and having it re-heated. We had the 5 cheese pizza, and some bread sticks. Not very good. Pretty dry and tasteless, and thank goodness for the marinara to dip them in. Reasonably priced and lots to choose from, Nikki's Pizza is my go to place at Whaler's Village in Kā'anapali. Pizza, Gyro, salads, Philly Cheesesteak, crinkle cut fries....yummmmmm I'm getting hungry *drool*. They even have breakfast items to order even if it is past noon. Their menu is vast and I am sure you could do 3 meals a day there for a week and not get tired of their food. We ordered a large half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. It was extremely sub par. Very little tomato sauce, cheese was kinda thick and not really that tasty (advertised as 5 cheese). We bought two Italian cheese rolls and they have cheese on the outside, but nothing on the inside, and it's almost like plain bread with some cheese on top. Looked good but tastes pretty bland. The owner who I am guessing is Nikki was a very stoic Italian fellow. Nice and helpful but had a demeanor like Drago from Rocky 3 (I think). I ordered a slice of Pepperoni and Hawaiian. I had to wait 5 mins for the pepperoni since it was hot out the oven. I like how they cut the pizza that is a magical piece that I've never seen in my 37 years on this earth. Pizza was pretty good, not the best I've had as I've traveled to Naples and has the original pizza off a taco truck on Martin Luther King Drive in the heart of Naples. But yes, this pizza is good. For good measure we got the teriyaki chicken which was thighs marinated. Chicken was cooked well but it had a But too much saucy sauce for my taste buds. I do recommend this as well but asked for teriyaki sauce on the side? Overall 5 starts for great soul. They put their heart into their food. You can tell by the Dr. Pepper soda. You can just feel it.
