Authentic Japanese Ramen! The noodles, soup, and toppings are all outstanding. The seasoned boiled egg and Chashu (Japanese braised pork belly) were cooked to perfection. The server was very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised when they greeted us in Japanese: "Arigatō gozaimashita." At the entrance, a beautiful flower arrangement by Aki-sensei added an elegant touch to the atmosphere.

Totally loved my vegan ramen. I got the egg-free noodles subbed with normal noodles and added vinegar to the broth. Service was fast. We were in-out in less than a hour. Dining area was clean enough for us. We'll be back!

Attentive service, good ramen, clean restaurant. An overall solid experience. I sat at the "bar" near the kitchen and when I went (around 2pm on a Saturday) it wasn't super busy. Was really hungry after being busy all morning and this hit the spot. A bunch of good Asian food options in this complex and I struggled to decide which to go to, but I am pleased with my choice and would return when nearby.

This is a pretty good ramen restaurant that we came across recently. The service is pretty fast and easy to work with. The atmosphere is your typical ramen restaurant here in DFW. The food is pretty satisfying. They did have an interesting spin on their Takoyaki. Where you could have one filled with wasabi, we declined for that surprise. The ramen itself was pretty good, I would have to say average, but fulfilling. The curry and fried Pork was very tasty. Overall it was a nice experience.

I've tried Nishiki Ramen twice now and as much as I want to love it, the food is honestly just mediocre... On our first visit, I had the Nishiki ramen and my fiance had the smoke bomb black ramen. Both of us felt that the broth was lacking in depth and flavor compared to other spots we have tried before. Then a few months later, we decided to give Nishiki a second go and this time we tried the chicken karaage, curry pork ramen, and pork chashu rice bowl (which came with an egg and cabbage salad). The chicken karaage had good flavor but some parts of the chicken seemed to be undercooked... Otherwise, I thought the curry pork ramen was a bit better than the ones we had during our first visit, plus the rice bowl was solid as well.

The Wagyu truffle ramen did not disappoint. It is a bit pricey but the flavor is spot on. I got this as reward for myself and I'm glad I did. I will definitely comeback and try other items from their menu.

I came here for Sunday lunch with my sister, and WOW this ramen was amazing! When we came in, we saw they had a Crispy Ramen Shake snack you can order while you wait for your food. We got the chicken flavor and it was a nice crispy snack to munch on before getting our ramen bowls! I ordered the pork curry ramen and it was so delicious! The meat, broth, toppings, and noodles go perfectly well together. The curry flavor was amazing and not too overpowering. The noodles were so fresh! The service is fast and staff was very friendly! I loved the interior too, there's a lot of cute ramen decor on the wall and kitchen area!

Went here for lunch recently and got the notorious GGG! Added extra toppings like egg, noodles, black sauce and the death sauce on the sauce. Shared it with my bf because he eats a lot and I can't lol (I'm on a calorie deficit). Ramen was delicious and super hearty! Extremely filling and creamy broth. Would highly recommend!

This is our first visit. It's cute on the inside and the ramen broth was flavorful. They have a unique kids meal that my daughter enjoyed. Service was great too.

This is a pretty good ramen spot. While you wait you can enjoy a free crispy ramen appetizer which is nice! You can add a spice mix to it and shake it up. We tried the Russian roulette takoyaki with wasabi in one of the takoyaki balls but you won't know which one... The ramen itself is very good with super flavorful broths. I got the Nishiki which is regular tonkotsu which for me sets the standard for everything else. The GGG was also really nice and fresh and unique. The only thing that keeps this place from earning 5 stars for me is their chashu. It tastes good but the way they prepare it lacks the crispiness and grilled flavor that takes your ramen over the edge. That's just a preference thing. Overall great service and food.

For some reason, Nishiki Ramen chose to grace DFW with its presence from San Diego, and we're all the better for it. \\ Chicken Karaage - i typically look for a crispy exterior and juicy interior, so i don't think i'll order again - theirs was more crunchy and less delicate but still--fried chicken will always be yum \\ Nishiki Ramen (Tonkotsu ramen) - i had to try the noodles that bore the restaurant name, even if the menu said it was the second-most popular (my fiancé had the most popular one, with black garlic oil, so i got to sample its smoky umami broth, too) - soup so creamy it's almost sweet and not too salty so you can have spoonfuls without chugging water later - i was surprised that the pickled ginger actually tastes like ginger instead of candy - the freshly made noodles were beautifully springy without any of the curliness that packaged noodle remembers - comes with an entire soft-boiled egg that had a perfect jelly yolk that gushed out with each bite I love that there's a full vegan menu, too! Gone are the days when I felt bad that my vegetarian and vegan friends couldn't try ramen. They would have so many options here! At $16-18 per bowl, it makes me miss the days of $8 ramen in LA, but the ingredients and flavors are truly of outstanding quality. Would love to come back from time to time and recommend to others! Good amount of parking at this relatively new plaza, but with all the awesome restaurants, spots were still hard to find on a Saturday evening. Service was superb--we were greeted with a hearty "irasshaimase!" which means welcome. There was strong attention to detail in the service and the comfy decor. Gochisousama deshita!

This place is phenomenal! We had the Smoke Bomb Black and the Akuma ramen. The black ramen was complex and delicious, and was really a bowl of absolute perfection. The Akuma was spicy and the tonkatsu was rich, creamy and one of the best we've had. The ambience is cute, the staff is very attentive and friendly and checked on us multiple times just to refill our water. I think me and my wife have found our go to ramen place. Strongly recommend!!

We ordered Ramen #1 and Ramen #2. Both broth was good. If the broth was a little bit more richer and creamier , it would have been perfect for me. Service was very good.

The karaage really didn't need any sauce, tasted fine by itself. The taro chips were quite addictive, good for scooping the salad. Miso ramen broth was not too creamy; pork belly was a little bit on the leaner side. Abura ramen (brothless) is a nice option during hot weather - ginger garlic sauce gave the noodles good flavor since it's broth-less & the noodles weren't drenched; the tonkatsu had a nice crisp. Upon entering the restaurant, we were led to a kiosk to place our order before sitting down at a table. We ordered the potstickers, abura ramen (brothless), and ramen in a blanket (ramen sandwiched between two tonkatsus), plus they gave us an order of the short ribs on the house! To start, the potstickers were very good and I liked that the filling was braised pork as opposed to the traditional ground pork, but the short ribs were on the tougher side. Moving onto the ramens, I really enjoyed my abura ramen; the flavors were great and the house pickles were a refreshing touch! However, while the ramen in a blanket is a unique take, we wish there was some sort of dipping sauce on the side because the tonkatsus were a bit bland otherwise.

The restaurant wasn't busy at the time, so it was no big deal, but worth noting. The service was actually the highlight of the night, and earned this review one additional star simply because of the effort involved. Else it would be a 3 star review. There was only one server running the entire front of house while the restaurant got progressively busier, and only two chefs in the kitchen. Despite being swamped, the server worked her tail off. She didn't mess up a single order for our large group and kept things moving. I greatly appreciated her hard work. Appetizers (5/5): The wait for food was noticeable due to the staffing, but the appetizers were worth it. We ordered the Edamame, Yatai Gyoza, Agedashi Tofu, and Takoyaki, and all of them were delicious. Entrees (3/5): Unfortunately, the main courses were a bit basic compared to the starters. The Tonkotsu Ramen was strictly average; I've definitely had better broth and noodles elsewhere. If you are looking for the top-tier quality izakaya, Mr. Max Izakaya in Irving is hands down better option. However, you have to wait an hour for a table there.

My partner described the Charashi bowl as good, especially for the price. My Katsu Don is where I felt everything fell a little flat. It was overly sweet, the rice underneath tasted a bit stale and like nothing, and the katsu itself was a bit too moist and no longer crispy on the outside.
