From the moment we walked in, the setup felt refreshingly unique and different from the usual coffee shop vibe. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the owner personally greeting us with genuine enthusiasm. On our first visit, we tried their signature drinks: the Signature Phin and the Phin Brown. Both were absolutely next-level. Rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. If you're someone who appreciates a strong, full-bodied coffee with real depth of flavor, this place delivers in a way that's hard to find. I ordered mine at 50% sugar, which was perfect, but you can easily adjust to no sweetness and still enjoy the full intensity. I was excited to visit this place and ordered a drink. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my drink shortly after receiving it. I understand that accidents happen, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. No one offered to help me clean up the spill or offered to replace the drink. I would have appreciated even a little assistance or kindness from the staff. Saw this place as I was driving by to head to the theatre and got excited to see a new coffee shop in the neighborhood. They are having their soft opening this month as they work on getting furnishings and interior decor completed. They also shared renderings in the photos to give a glimpse of what to expect for the interior space. We tried their phin latte and phin signature with 50% sweetness and it was perfection. Yummy!! It was my first time trying this place out and as someone who loves boba and drinks it quite regularly, I'd highly recommend this spot! I got the rose milk tea w/ boba (50% sweet) and it wasn't too sweet at all! Thoroughly enjoyed it! The boba is sweet, soft, and chewy! My cousin got the amber milk tea w/ grass jelly (75% sweet); her drink was also delicious - just a smokier floral drink! It was my first time trying an amber milk tea. Stopped by the new coffee spot that just opened and tried their coffee with the cheese cold foam topping. The coffee itself was okay--nothing standout, but decent and smooth enough to drink without complaints. The cheese cold foam was interesting; a bit savory and creamy, which makes it different from your usual sweet foam toppings. It might not be for everyone, but it's worth trying at least once if you're curious. Overall, it's a solid new addition, but I think they still need a bit of time to refine their drinks and find their "signature" flavor that makes them stand out. read more

Was told they are in soft opening currently. They don't have many non caffeinated options, but I decided to order their equivalent of a brown sugar milk boba. I think its call tan or roast milk or something, haha. It was a bit more burnt tasting then I was expecting with the foam charred. I'm not sure I'd get that drink again, but I heard their thai green tea is good so I'll have to come back to try that when I can handle caffeine. Currently they have no furniture so it's a grab and go place. They're still working out the kinks it seems but, seems promising. One thing I'd advise is to move their order kiosks further apart from each other. It's a bit awkward when the kiosks are so close for separate groups of customers. read more

The best Vietnamese coffee in the SGV for me. It is nice and strong. We tried egg, sea salt crème, coconut and signature Phin. They are all great. My favorite is the sea salt creme. I am so excited that a legit coffee place has finally opened up. I usually have to drive out to OC or LA for good strong coffee. They have a good selection of drinks from teas to coffee to fruity drinks. This time around I settled on their signature phin, this is the type of coffee that I love and the best part was that it's actually good coffee. There was so much to choose from that I will for sure have to come back, I already have in mind what my next order will be. They also have some drinks that look kid friendly. The staff were all so friendly, the gentlemen there also explained to us that they are currently in soft opening phase. Sometime next month will be the official grand opening. Came for the soft opening, the barista was very kind and informed us their kiosks were down and that our drinks would be free today. I feel like most businesses would cancel a soft opening with that issue but they made the choice to take the loss and let us experience their menu. I got the Vietnamese Egg Coffee and I've never had one before but it almost reminds me of crème brûlée with that yolk sugar layer on top, I don't get very sweet drinks often but for what it was I'd give it a solid 8 (if I got it 1/2 sweet I think I would like it more) but I'm very excited to come back and explore the rest of the menu. read more
