Food: simple and tasty. Very suitable for a quick protein breakfast. Service: it's very busy in the morning but staff was helpful. Ambiance: very casual just like other food chains.

    Definitely smaller than usual!

Disappointed in the small bagel - you never what what you will get - and daughter's is burned on the edges - better to drive to bagel street cafe

Here is my bagel with the cream cheese that I paid for. And no, I did not say go easy on the cream cheese.

I love Noah's bagels, but I hate this location. Maybe one out of 10 times am I lucky enough to get a bagel that is in stock, not burnt and has the cream cheese that I paid for on it.

Update: Jumped through all the online hoops to try and get compensated, got responses but they were "fill out the form" time sucks. Had another occasion to stop there this past Friday for breakfast and another load of bagels to take down to Socal to see our son and his family. I explained the situation to the fellow that rang up our original purchase and he immediately gave me the correct order, free of charge. Thanks and kudos to the staff of this Noah's for circumventing the corporate runaround that I had been getting for the past four months, and making things right!

Slow slow service, you see a line out the door. Need more people working there to get orders done in a timely fashion.

Not good bagels. And definitely not in New York fashion. I'm sticking with levys in San Ramon or Posh in Pleasant Hill.

I've ordered pizza bagel, sandwich bagel, plain with cream cheese, lox sandwich and no matter what I've ordered, it's been a good bagel. Lunch time could be a little hectic, especially if you're driving and looking for parking. There is also sometimes a line but the staff is quick and courteous. I've never had an issue with anything I've ordered. Def would love to be there more than once a week but since my favorite is the fresh lox sandwich, I can't afford to come in more than once in a while! Although I've only ordered to go I've noticed that there is always tables available to sit at and the area is fairly clean.

Although this was a tad off the freeway, it was easy to find with plenty of parking. There were beautiful trees & plants outside, which also surrounded the patio area. There was a good amount of seating inside as well as one gender neutral restroom. I thought the one seating counter with built-in phone chargers was awesome. The space was clean with a modern yet rustic feel. The employees were fairly friendly and made our drinks rather quickly. I got a matcha latte with oat milk & brown sugar vanilla syrup added. They had so many unique syrup options that I had a tough time ultimately deciding, but the brown sugar vanilla was honestly such a great choice. I'm an absolute matcha snob and make my own at home all the time; the one I had at Grounded was quite delicious and I could tell they use a higher quality matcha than most other coffee shops, which made me happy. My husband went simple with a cold brew coffee and said it had a good flavor with low acidity, which he very much enjoyed. Next time we have to drive to/from Oakland for work, we'll be stopping in again and my husband will likely be taking a bag of beans home too now that he knows the coffee quality was high. Great little gem in Livermore!

It's tiki style, which honestly is super fun (especially with the bird noises!). The service was good, I have no complaints at all. My drink (can't remember the name, but it was coconut 'loco' ) was REALLY good. The drinks range from $16-$22 from what I saw, so somewhere from the median to the upper scale pricing. One of my buddies got the old fashion soda, which he liked, and another got the monkey drink. We didn't get to order any substantial food this round, but I'll be coming for the rum cake and spam misubi! Overall I'd 100% come back here, and highly recommend it for an escape out of your typical downtown livermore cocktail bar. Great job Rosetta! Keep the themes coming!!

During my visit, the Toast POS system appeared to have a 15% tip already selected, and it was added to my transaction. I was also surprised that Rosetta Roasting does not accept cash. While businesses can choose their payment methods, I believe customers should still have the option to pay with legal U.S. currency. The coffee and staff were good. My feedback is directed at the payment policies, which I hope management will reconsider.

Today I stopped in to grab a couple of bagels for breakfast. When I received the order, the employee looked me in the eye, said my name and then handed me the bag. When I went back to get it corrected, the manager made excuses that two people's order came out at the same time. When I told her that my name wasn't what she was claiming a that their employee called my name and handed me the order, she argued that it was not what happened. The bagels weren't great either. Both were hard and dry with very little cream cheese scmear. So, if you order from this location, and the get your order wrong, expect them to blame you for the inconvenience.

The result? A complete disaster. When my guests opened the wraps from the box, almost every single sandwich contained meat which was completely unexpected and It was deeply embarrassing. Hoping for a quick resolution, I called the store and offered to drive right back down to pick up a corrected order. Instead of making it right, the staff member flatly refused. I was told it was "peak time," the line was out the door, and that I could "order online or stand in line again." The sheer audacity to expect a customer--whose order you just completely ruined--to wait in line all over again while guests sit at home starving is mind-boggling. With zero options and hungry guests including kids, I was forced to order basic bagels from this exact same store via DoorDash just to feed everyone. After the party, I went back to the store to address it. All I got was a casual, "Sorry about that, the person who took the order is new." Please help me understand how that excuse saves me from the embarrassment I faced in front of my guests. To put this into perspective: 10 out of the 12 sandwiches were completely wrong. Only two sandwiches and the coffee box were correct. Looking at recent reviews, I see I'm not the first person this has happened to. Management needs to wake up and take this seriously. Otherwise, this place is going to become a Pleasanton landmark for all the wrong reasons--a spot where you order one thing and are guaranteed an unpleasant surprise.
