The friendliest staff. Great environment for an early morning breakfast. The bagels are delicious and the helpings are generous.

I love being able to get goodies for my coworkers at a place that opens very early (500AM). On both my visits I was warmly greeted by either the store manager or employees. I was treated well and on my initial visit was offered a complimentary coffee, being an employee at a large company in the area. Store is clean and tidy, employees friendly and helpful, and product-food well appreciated and enjoyed by my colleagues. I look forward to a return visit to this store. read more

These are prime bagels. I mean I wish the lines weren't so long during prime time, but it is a good product. They always have good flavors and it's worth the wait. Noah's Bagel never lets me down. It is the customer service that has surprised me the most when I go in. Not only do they have delicious bagels, but their employees make the store a pleasure to visit. The last couple times I have been in, they have offered my boyfriend that goes along for the ride a bagel on the house when I went in to get one and he didn't order anything. This last time I wanted just a cup of coffee and the cashier gave him complimentary cup of coffee so I am not "drinking alone." These little perks on top of great bagels makes me come back for more. They can be a little pricy when it comes to sandwiches, but you have to weigh that you might be getting some stuff for free sometimes, the bagels taste way better than competitors, and the staff are friendly. read more

The food and the customer service here is fantastic! The owner or manager I'm not exactly sure, seemed to know all the customers personally, he asked me and my friends what we were doing and we told him that we just arrived to LA after being stuck in traffic for over two hours. Great place if you are starving, it's close, and you have a coupon. I have tried several different breakfast sandwiches, as well as the bagel and schmear, and the "bottomless" coffee. It is astonishing how Noah's manages to offer food items that are so incredibly flavorless, and expensive for what you get, yet still remain in business. The egg sandwiches are salty, hot, and rubbery in texture. Any greens or slices of tomato that stumble onto your sandwich are amongst the saddest, most pathetic bits of vegetation you will ever see in your lifetime. The bagels are bland. The "bottomless" coffee is watery, hot and tasteless. If you do find yourself here, as a result of requiring immediate sustenance, make requests that will enhance your choice, albeit minimally. Request a crispy toasted bagel or crispy bacon. Any bagel can be made into a "thin". There is one reduced-fat plain cream cheese option available. FYI- In the past, I have received coupons in the mail for a free bagel, no purchase necessary. I freely admit, without shame, that if sent a coupon for a free bagel, I will use it. On the few occasions that I used these coupons, and, this is key, did not purchase anything, the manager quite visibly displayed his irritation. Irritation from a man, who, on 6 separate occasions, I have witnessed giving FREE food and drinks to people in line he deems worthy of his gluten-laden generosity: either cute young female tourists, or people he knows by name. Noah's will accept Einstein's coupons, and vice-versa. read more

I'm Sorry.. but this is just an underwhelming bagel experience. I could as them to set my bagel on fire, it will still never be toasted. I know I'm picky about bagels so if you are not, you probably love the spot but for real-- a warm bagel is not a toasted bagel and for that, no thank you. You have nice cream cheeses though. read more

While just about every Noah's Bagels I've been to has been decent if not good, the Manhattan Beach location stands out as consistently disappointing. While I usually take my business elsewhere when I find a poor quality restaurant, this location has often been geographically convenient. It seems like nobody at this shop seems to care about the food they serve. The folks behind the counter are often inattentive and often get the order flat out wrong. I've been served bagels ranging from stale to wet (like somebody spilled water on a quarter of it). I'd swear there's something wrong with their toaster, as I've yet to receive a bagel that's more that slightly warm, let alone toasted. The bagels are also assembled incredibly poorly. The spread is often only on one side of the bagel (i.e., left/right side, not top/bottom). It's not uncommon for me to unwrap my bagel, and have to rebuild it because most of the fillings are on the paper rather than between the two halves of the bagel. If you're in Manhattan Beach and craving Noah's, this place will do in a pinch, but not even the nice view can make up for the sub-par fare. read more

This is my favorite Noah's. The employees are so much more friendly than the ones at the Rosecrans location. The manager, Melton is fantastic. He always wants to know how your day is or if you're up to something fun. He is genuinely interested too. The bagels are super fresh!! I go out of my way to come to this one, even though parking in Downtown MB can sometimes be a pain. Literally my only complaint is that the trash always seems to be overflowing, but they are always consistently busy too. read more

I would spend ~$20 every morning here when I'm in town for business. The last time I was in, they misheard my order and left off the cream cheese from my bagel. When I asked if she could fix it, I was told "I'll have to charge you for the cream cheese as a side". Really? $100/week every other week in this store and you won't fix your own mistake? Always a great choice for a wide variety of fresh toasted bagels. The low calore bagel breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage, egg & light cream cheese is my favorite. The manager Felton runs a great shop. This is my favorite Noah's to visit. All the staff is always smiling, professional and quick. Don't be scared of a long line, it's there because the food is good and it will move fast as the staff is great. They also carry much more than bagels now. read more

Great morning and lunch spot for a quick fresh bite. The staff is the friendliest in the South Bay and Felton the store manager is one of a kind. It can be out the door busy and you can get in and out in about 10 mins max. Now they have espresso drinks and FRESH eggs on their breakfast sandwiches. Felton, the manager, keeps the place running as smoothly as possible and sets the example on how to treat customers. Great bagels as well as numerous other items on the menu. I am bagel lover and have had bagels in over 100 different bagel bakeries in the US. I typically avoid the chain types, but after many years on hiatus from a Noah's visit, I dropped in. The bagel was soft and squeshy and a bit pasty. I talked with the staff and come to find out they do not boil the bagels before baking them. they steam them in a bread rack oven. According to my Websters dictionary a bagel is a boiled and then baked product. So no wonder the bagel tasted funny. They boil them to wash off the starch and then the skin of the product is shiny and chewy. It is suppose to be different than a dinner roll. Noah's bagels tast like a underbaked dinner roll --that is kinda yeasty. My advice is to ask bagel places if they boil then bake the bagels to get the amatuers out of this game. Stick with real bagel bakeries, not this Noah guy who pretends to be a bagel bakery. read more
